Dieses luxuriöse Apartment im Dorf Montroc ist ein stilvoll umgebautes traditionelles Bauernhaus. Es liegt in der Nähe von Skipisten und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich für einen perfekten Urlaub das ganze Jahr über wünschen können. Das Apartment mit Platz für 6 Personen liegt an einem Hang mit Blick auf den Fluss Arve und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Berge. Es ist sonnig und gemütlich, mit Schieferböden und wunderschönen Holzoberflächen. Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über 3 große Glastüren, die auf private Balkone an der Vorder- und Seite des Gebäudes führen. Auf dem vorderen Balkon stehen ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle, auf denen sich die Gäste entspannen und die Aussicht genießen können. Die Innenausstattung ist alpin, aber mit einem modernen Touch. Der Sitzbereich verfügt über ein Doppelsofa und einen Holzofen. Der hölzerne Esstisch steht neben dem Ofen und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen. Über dem Tisch befindet sich ein Flachbildfernseher. Die offene, rustikale Küche ist mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Kühlschrank, einem Raclette- und einem Fondue-Gerät gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer 1: Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf derselben Ebene wie der Wohnbereich und ist mit Holzvertäfelungen und Holzbalken, einem Doppelbett und Fenstertüren zu einem privaten Balkon ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses gemütliche Schlafzimmer ist über einen Mezzanine-Balkon über dem Wohnbereich zu erreichen und befindet sich unter dem Holzdach. Es gibt zwei Doppelbetten und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Badezimmer Badezimmer 1: Im Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es eine stilvolle Badewanne und ein Waschbecken. Badezimmer 2: Dieses Badezimmer gehört zum zweiten Schlafzimmer und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC. Extra: In der Nähe des Flurs befindet sich ein separates WC. Zusätzlich • Kostenloses WLAN • Spielkonsole • Spielebibliothek • Haartrockner • Holzofen • Elektrische Heizkörper • Waschmaschine • Privater Parkplatz (Garage), Auto empfohlen • Kinderfreundlich • Skiraum • Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett Lage Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dorf Montroc, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Montroc Le Planet und 100 m von den Shuttlebusse zu den Pisten entfernt. Die Anfängerpisten von La Vormaine und die Seilbahn Le Tour de Col de Balme sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nahe gelegenen Pisten sind für fortgeschrittene und erfahrene Skifahrer geeignet. Einige der höher gelegenen Pisten bieten auch später in der Saison noch Skimöglichkeiten, manchmal sogar bis Anfang Mai. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix liegen direkt vor Ihrer Haustür. In den Sommermonaten gibt es atemberaubende Bergwege zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken, Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf, Klettern, Paragliding und Reiten. Die Region Savoie Mont Blanc ist bekannt für ihre erlesenen Weine und Käsesorten. Gäste können die Ferme de Montroc (6 Minuten zu Fuß) besuchen, die dienstags und freitags nachmittags geöffnet ist, um die besten lokalen Käsesorten direkt vom Bauernhof zu kaufen. In der Nähe gibt es weitere ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jedes Budget. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 25 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Apartment entfernt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zwischen Montroc, Chamonix und anderen Dörfern im Tal mit dem Mont Blanc Express. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topografie, Lage und Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

The apartment is beautiful and located in a quiet area about 15 minutes away from Chamonix. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. We received and handed over the keys without seeing the owner. Magnifique appartement, bien situé (calme et proximité des bus et du train). Très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire à disposition. Un plus : le parking souterrain bien utile quand il neige et le cadeau de bienvenue, tous deux bien appréciés. Nous retournerions sans hésitation dans ce logement.

De locatie is absoluut fantastisch! Het zicht op de Mont Blanc is adembenemend, alle topattracties in de buurt zijn binnen kort rijbereik, het stationnetje vlakbij is handig...een plekje om van te smullen. Ook de begeleiding van de mensen van Happy Rentals was vlekkeloos en proactief. En in de chalet zelf is echt alles voorhanden wat je zoekt, bv. qua keukenspullen.

Location for Le Tour was great. Parking underground was a bonus (although quite a tight space) Apartment was well equipped, including ski locker etc. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils etc. Beds comfortable.

Apartment was great plenty of space inside and warm - could do with a little bigger cooking surface area. Montroc is a great little village, the apartment is very close to the bus stop to the slops and the train station is only a few steps further all very convenient - If you are a good skier there are two possible ski routs down from Le Tour. All very lovely.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a brilliant location. The only disappointing aspect was that it lacked some maintenance and basic supplies. There was no firewood, no kitchen cloths, only one dishwasher tablet, one blunt kitchen knife, no details on how to operate the heating and the shower was blocked. However we appreciated the car park and closeness to hiking opportunities. What a great trip.

Very comfortable, and kitchen was very well appointed. My only criticism is that for international travellers it would be helpful to leave a few dishwasher tablets and bin bags (as when you're flying you really don't want to buy them and take them home).

The apartment is beautiful and located in a quiet area about 15 minutes away from Chamonix. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. We received and handed over the keys without seeing the owner. Magnifique appartement, bien situé (calme et proximité des bus et du train). Très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire à disposition. Un plus : le parking souterrain bien utile quand il neige et le cadeau de bienvenue, tous deux bien appréciés. Nous retournerions sans hésitation dans ce logement.

De locatie is absoluut fantastisch! Het zicht op de Mont Blanc is adembenemend, alle topattracties in de buurt zijn binnen kort rijbereik, het stationnetje vlakbij is handig...een plekje om van te smullen. Ook de begeleiding van de mensen van Happy Rentals was vlekkeloos en proactief. En in de chalet zelf is echt alles voorhanden wat je zoekt, bv. qua keukenspullen.

Location for Le Tour was great. Parking underground was a bonus (although quite a tight space) Apartment was well equipped, including ski locker etc. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils etc. Beds comfortable.

Apartment was great plenty of space inside and warm - could do with a little bigger cooking surface area. Montroc is a great little village, the apartment is very close to the bus stop to the slops and the train station is only a few steps further all very convenient - If you are a good skier there are two possible ski routs down from Le Tour. All very lovely.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a brilliant location. The only disappointing aspect was that it lacked some maintenance and basic supplies. There was no firewood, no kitchen cloths, only one dishwasher tablet, one blunt kitchen knife, no details on how to operate the heating and the shower was blocked. However we appreciated the car park and closeness to hiking opportunities. What a great trip.

Very comfortable, and kitchen was very well appointed. My only criticism is that for international travellers it would be helpful to leave a few dishwasher tablets and bin bags (as when you're flying you really don't want to buy them and take them home).
