Questo lussuoso appartamento, situato nel villaggio di Montroc, è una elegante ristrutturazione di una tradizionale fattoria. Si trova vicino alle piste da sci e a tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza perfetta in ogni periodo dell'anno. Situato su una collina che domina il fiume Arve, con una spettacolare vista sulle montagne, l'appartamento, che può ospitare fino a 6 persone, è soleggiato e accogliente, con pavimenti in ardesia e splendide finiture in legno. La zona giorno open space ha 3 grandi porte in vetro che conducono a balconi privati sul davanti e sul lato dell'edificio. Sul balcone anteriore c'è un tavolino con sedie, dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. All'interno, l'arredamento è in stile alpino ma con un tocco contemporaneo. La zona salotto ha un divano a due posti e una stufa a legna. Il tavolo da pranzo in legno è accanto alla stufa e può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Sopra il tavolo c'è una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina open space, in stile rustico, è ben attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, raclette e fonduta. Camere da letto Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto principale si trova allo stesso livello della zona giorno, con pannelli e travi in legno, un letto matrimoniale e porte-finestre che danno su un balcone privato. Camera da letto 2: accessibile tramite un balcone soppalcato sopra la zona giorno, questa accogliente camera da letto è nascosta sotto la grondaia in legno. Ci sono due letti matrimoniali e un bagno privato. Bagni Bagno 1: nella camera da letto principale c'è un'elegante vasca da bagno e un lavabo. Bagno 2: annesso alla seconda camera da letto, questo bagno è dotato di doccia, lavabo e WC. Extra: c'è un WC separato vicino al corridoio. Altro • Wifi gratuito • Console per videogiochi • Libreria di giochi • Asciugacapelli • Stufa a legna • Radiatori elettrici • Lavatrice • Parcheggio privato (garage), auto consigliata • Adatto ai bambini • Deposito sci • Ferro da stiro e asse da stiro Posizione L'appartamento si trova nel villaggio di Montroc, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Montroc Le Planet e a 100 metri dalle navette per le piste. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalle piste per principianti di La Vormaine e dalla funivia Le Tour de Col de Balme. Le piste vicine sono adatte a sciatori di livello intermedio ed esperto. Alcune delle piste più alte consentono di sciare più a lungo nella stagione, a volte fino all'inizio di maggio. Tutti i servizi della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano. Durante i mesi estivi, ci sono splendidi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, golf, arrampicata su roccia, parapendio ed equitazione. La regione della Savoia Mont Blanc è famosa per i suoi ottimi vini e formaggi. Gli ospiti possono visitare la Ferme de Montroc (a 6 minuti a piedi), aperta il martedì e il venerdì pomeriggio, per acquistare i migliori formaggi locali direttamente dalla fattoria. Nelle vicinanze si trovano altri ottimi ristoranti e bar per tutte le tasche. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 25 minuti in auto dall'appartamento. Sono disponibili servizi navetta gratuiti tra Montroc, Chamonix e altri villaggi della valle, sul Mont Blanc Express. A causa della topografia, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche uniche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione a Internet potrebbe non essere affidabile.

The view from this apartment is truly magnificent. Sitting on the balcony every morning and evening looking at Mount Blanc was perfect. Peaceful, yet 2 minutes from the station. The decor is beautiful and the apartment was spotless. Good communication throughout.

Très bon séjour dans ce superbe appartement. Tout le charme de la montagne avec les équipements nécessaires et même bien plus. L’appartement est situé à proximité de la gare et il y a de nombreuses balades au départ de Montroc. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Magnifique appartement, bien situé (calme et proximité des bus et du train). Très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire à disposition. Un plus : le parking souterrain bien utile quand il neige et le cadeau de bienvenue, tous deux bien appréciés. Nous retournerions sans hésitation dans ce logement.

De locatie is absoluut fantastisch! Het zicht op de Mont Blanc is adembenemend, alle topattracties in de buurt zijn binnen kort rijbereik, het stationnetje vlakbij is handig...een plekje om van te smullen. Ook de begeleiding van de mensen van Happy Rentals was vlekkeloos en proactief. En in de chalet zelf is echt alles voorhanden wat je zoekt, bv. qua keukenspullen.

Location for Le Tour was great. Parking underground was a bonus (although quite a tight space) Apartment was well equipped, including ski locker etc. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils etc. Beds comfortable.

Apartment was great plenty of space inside and warm - could do with a little bigger cooking surface area. Montroc is a great little village, the apartment is very close to the bus stop to the slops and the train station is only a few steps further all very convenient - If you are a good skier there are two possible ski routs down from Le Tour. All very lovely.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a brilliant location. The only disappointing aspect was that it lacked some maintenance and basic supplies. There was no firewood, no kitchen cloths, only one dishwasher tablet, one blunt kitchen knife, no details on how to operate the heating and the shower was blocked. However we appreciated the car park and closeness to hiking opportunities. What a great trip.

Very comfortable, and kitchen was very well appointed. My only criticism is that for international travellers it would be helpful to leave a few dishwasher tablets and bin bags (as when you're flying you really don't want to buy them and take them home).

Todo fantástico, la ubicación del apartamento, facilidad recepción entrega de llaves, la decoración, todo muy buen estado nos solucionaron un pequeño problema con secador de pelo al instante, el apartamento a demás de ser muy bonito, es acogedor, cálido lo tiene todo camas cómodas, ducha y lavabos, perfectos

Magnifique appartement, bien situé (calme et proximité des bus et du train). Très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire à disposition. Un plus : le parking souterrain bien utile quand il neige et le cadeau de bienvenue, tous deux bien appréciés. Nous retournerions sans hésitation dans ce logement.

Super comfortable, in a quiet village, 10 km from Chamonix- which is an advantage. Very well equipped, close to train/bus and local trails.

De locatie is absoluut fantastisch! Het zicht op de Mont Blanc is adembenemend, alle topattracties in de buurt zijn binnen kort rijbereik, het stationnetje vlakbij is handig...een plekje om van te smullen. Ook de begeleiding van de mensen van Happy Rentals was vlekkeloos en proactief. En in de chalet zelf is echt alles voorhanden wat je zoekt, bv. qua keukenspullen.

Location for Le Tour was great. Parking underground was a bonus (although quite a tight space) Apartment was well equipped, including ski locker etc. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils etc. Beds comfortable.

Apartment was great plenty of space inside and warm - could do with a little bigger cooking surface area. Montroc is a great little village, the apartment is very close to the bus stop to the slops and the train station is only a few steps further all very convenient - If you are a good skier there are two possible ski routs down from Le Tour. All very lovely.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a brilliant location. The only disappointing aspect was that it lacked some maintenance and basic supplies. There was no firewood, no kitchen cloths, only one dishwasher tablet, one blunt kitchen knife, no details on how to operate the heating and the shower was blocked. However we appreciated the car park and closeness to hiking opportunities. What a great trip.

Very comfortable, and kitchen was very well appointed. My only criticism is that for international travellers it would be helpful to leave a few dishwasher tablets and bin bags (as when you're flying you really don't want to buy them and take them home).
