Este lujoso apartamento, en el pueblo de Montroc, es una elegante conversión de una granja tradicional. Está cerca de la estación de esquí y de todos los servicios necesarios para unas vacaciones perfectas durante todo el año. En la ladera de una colina que domina el río Arve, con espectaculares vistas a la montaña, el apartamento, con capacidad para 6 personas, es a la vez soleado y acogedor, con suelos de pizarra y magníficos acabados de madera. La sala de estar de planta abierta tiene 3 grandes puertas de cristal que dan a balcones privados en la parte delantera y lateral del edificio. En el balcón delantero, hay una pequeña mesa y sillas, donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas. En el interior, la decoración es alpina pero con un toque contemporáneo. El salón tiene un sofá doble y una estufa de leña. La mesa de comedor de madera, situada junto a la estufa, tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Encima de la mesa hay un televisor de pantalla plana. El plan abierto, de estilo rústico, la cocina de madera está bien equipada con una placa de inducción, horno, lavavajillas, nevera, raclette, fondue. Dormir Dormitorio 1: El dormitorio principal está en el mismo nivel que la sala de estar, con paneles de madera y vigas, una cama doble y ventanas francesas a un balcón privado. Dormitorio 2: Este acogedor dormitorio, al que se accede a través de un balcón en el entresuelo sobre el salón, está escondido bajo el alero de madera. Dispone de dos camas dobles y baño privado. Baños Cuarto de baño 1: Hay una elegante bañera y lavabo en el dormitorio principal. Cuarto de baño 2: En suite con el segundo dormitorio, este cuarto de baño tiene una ducha, lavabo y WC. Extra: Hay un WC separado cerca del pasillo. Adicional - Wifi gratuito - Consola de juegos - Biblioteca de juegos - Secador de pelo - Estufa de leña - Radiadores eléctricos - Lavadora - Aparcamiento privado (garaje), se recomienda coche - Apto para niños - Guardaesquís - Plancha y tabla de planchar Localización El apartamento se encuentra en el pueblo de Montroc, a sólo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Montroc Le Planet y a 100 m de los autobuses que llevan a las pistas. Está a 15 minutos a pie de las pistas infantiles de La Vormaine y del teleférico Le Tour de Col de Balme. Las pistas cercanas son adecuadas para esquiadores intermedios y experimentados. En algunas de las pistas más altas se puede esquiar más tarde, a veces hasta principios de mayo. Todas las comodidades de la región de Chamonix están a su alcance. Durante los meses de verano, hay impresionantes rutas de montaña para practicar senderismo o ciclismo de montaña, rafting, golf, escalada, parapente y equitación. La región de Savoie Mont Blanc es conocida por sus excelentes vinos y quesos. Los huéspedes pueden visitar la Ferme de Montroc (6 minutos a pie), abierta los martes y viernes por la tarde, para comprar los mejores quesos locales directamente de la granja. En las inmediaciones hay otros excelentes restaurantes y bares para todos los bolsillos. El aeropuerto de Ginebra está a 1 hora y 25 minutos en coche del apartamento. Hay servicios de transporte gratuitos entre Montroc, Chamonix y otros pueblos del valle, en el Mont Blanc Express. Debido a la topografía única, la ubicación y las condiciones climáticas en el valle del Mont Blanc, la conectividad a Internet puede ser poco fiable.

The view from this apartment is truly magnificent. Sitting on the balcony every morning and evening looking at Mount Blanc was perfect. Peaceful, yet 2 minutes from the station. The decor is beautiful and the apartment was spotless. Good communication throughout.

Très bon séjour dans ce superbe appartement. Tout le charme de la montagne avec les équipements nécessaires et même bien plus. L’appartement est situé à proximité de la gare et il y a de nombreuses balades au départ de Montroc. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Magnifique appartement, bien situé (calme et proximité des bus et du train). Très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire à disposition. Un plus : le parking souterrain bien utile quand il neige et le cadeau de bienvenue, tous deux bien appréciés. Nous retournerions sans hésitation dans ce logement.

De locatie is absoluut fantastisch! Het zicht op de Mont Blanc is adembenemend, alle topattracties in de buurt zijn binnen kort rijbereik, het stationnetje vlakbij is handig...een plekje om van te smullen. Ook de begeleiding van de mensen van Happy Rentals was vlekkeloos en proactief. En in de chalet zelf is echt alles voorhanden wat je zoekt, bv. qua keukenspullen.

Location for Le Tour was great. Parking underground was a bonus (although quite a tight space) Apartment was well equipped, including ski locker etc. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils etc. Beds comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a brilliant location. The only disappointing aspect was that it lacked some maintenance and basic supplies. There was no firewood, no kitchen cloths, only one dishwasher tablet, one blunt kitchen knife, no details on how to operate the heating and the shower was blocked. However we appreciated the car park and closeness to hiking opportunities. What a great trip.

Very comfortable, and kitchen was very well appointed. My only criticism is that for international travellers it would be helpful to leave a few dishwasher tablets and bin bags (as when you're flying you really don't want to buy them and take them home).

Todo fantástico, la ubicación del apartamento, facilidad recepción entrega de llaves, la decoración, todo muy buen estado nos solucionaron un pequeño problema con secador de pelo al instante, el apartamento a demás de ser muy bonito, es acogedor, cálido lo tiene todo camas cómodas, ducha y lavabos, perfectos

Magnifique appartement, bien situé (calme et proximité des bus et du train). Très propre, tout l'équipement nécessaire à disposition. Un plus : le parking souterrain bien utile quand il neige et le cadeau de bienvenue, tous deux bien appréciés. Nous retournerions sans hésitation dans ce logement.

Super comfortable, in a quiet village, 10 km from Chamonix- which is an advantage. Very well equipped, close to train/bus and local trails.

De locatie is absoluut fantastisch! Het zicht op de Mont Blanc is adembenemend, alle topattracties in de buurt zijn binnen kort rijbereik, het stationnetje vlakbij is handig...een plekje om van te smullen. Ook de begeleiding van de mensen van Happy Rentals was vlekkeloos en proactief. En in de chalet zelf is echt alles voorhanden wat je zoekt, bv. qua keukenspullen.

Location for Le Tour was great. Parking underground was a bonus (although quite a tight space) Apartment was well equipped, including ski locker etc. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils etc. Beds comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and in a brilliant location. The only disappointing aspect was that it lacked some maintenance and basic supplies. There was no firewood, no kitchen cloths, only one dishwasher tablet, one blunt kitchen knife, no details on how to operate the heating and the shower was blocked. However we appreciated the car park and closeness to hiking opportunities. What a great trip.

Very comfortable, and kitchen was very well appointed. My only criticism is that for international travellers it would be helpful to leave a few dishwasher tablets and bin bags (as when you're flying you really don't want to buy them and take them home).
