Eine sonnige Wohnung im zweiten Stock (mit Aufzug) in dem schönen Dorf Grangesises, die 3 Personen bequem Platz bietet und das ganze Jahr über ein ideales Urlaubsziel ist. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Sofa mit Flachbildfernseher, eine große Holzkommode und doppelte Glastüren, die auf einen schönen Holzbalkon führen. Der Esstisch neben der Kommode bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die offene Küchenzeile ist mit einem Herd, einer Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Schlafen Schlafzimmer: Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und eine kleine Kommode. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich in ein bequemes Einzelbett umwandeln. Badezimmer: Das geflieste Badezimmer mit großen Spiegeln verfügt über eine Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC. Zusätzliche - Kostenloses Wifi - Flachbildfernseher - Zentralheizung - Elektrische Heizkörper - Wäscherei - Haartrockner - Skiaufbewahrung und ermäßigter Skiverleih für Gäste - Öffentliche Parkplätze, Auto empfohlen (aber es gibt einen Skibus in der Nähe) - Kinderfreundlich - Haustiere erlaubt - Nespresso-Maschine Standort Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des charmanten Dorfes Grangesises, nur 5 Autominuten vom Ferienort Sestriere entfernt. Die umliegende Landschaft ist das ganze Jahr über absolut atemberaubend. Sestriere hat eine Menge zu bieten. In den Wintermonaten sind die Pisten rund um den Ort für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Schwierigkeitsgrade geeignet. Es gibt Langlauf, Heliskiing, Schlittschuhlaufen, Motorschlitten, Hundeschlitten und Schneeschuhwandern. Es gibt sogar ein Freibad (beheizt), das sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer geöffnet ist. Unsere Gäste können Skipässe für das Skigebiet ViaLattea direkt in unserem Happy.Rentals Büro in Sestriere kaufen. In den Sommermonaten bieten Grangesises und seine Umgebung den Besuchern ein reichhaltiges Programm an Unterhaltung, kulturellen und sportlichen Veranstaltungen für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es gibt Sporttage und Fitnesswochenenden mit zertifizierten Personal Trainern. Die Lage der Appartements Grange Hike & Ski ist ideal für alle, die auf der Suche nach Wildnis und unberührter Natur sind. Die benachbarten Täler, wie das Argentera-Tal und das Vallone di Thuras, bieten ein Netz von Wanderwegen mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden, und es ist möglich, nach vorheriger Anmeldung geführte Wanderungen mit ökologischen Wanderführern zu organisieren. Auch für Mountainbike- und Downhill-Fans aller Schwierigkeitsgrade gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Strecken. Für unsere Gäste gibt es in den angeschlossenen Geschäften Ermäßigungen für den Verleih von E-Bikes und Muskelbikes. Das nahe gelegene Sestriere bietet einen international bekannten Golfplatz (18 Löcher, Par 65), ein Schwimmbad und Tennisplätze. Für den Sommer 2023 sind Ende Juli die Etappen der Trial-Motorrad- und Enduro-Bike-Weltmeisterschaften geplant, in der ersten Augustwoche das wichtige internationale Leichtathletik-Meeting und das Filmfestival von Sestriere. Geschichtsliebhaber sollten die Nachstellung der Schlacht von Assietta im Juli und die geführten Besichtigungen der Festung von Fenestrelle und des Chaberton-Museums in Claviere nicht verpassen. In Grangesises und Sestriere gibt es zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Abbiamo passato un weekend in tranquillità e pace al Grangesises, un minuscolo quartiere fatto di case con tetti tutti uniti, che da l'idea di un paesotto di montagna isolato. all'interno si possono trovare 3 ristoranti e un bar, tutti molto ospitali. la posizione è comoda perché in 5 minuti di macchina si arriva a Sestriere. l'alloggio è comodo con una vista suggestiva con davanti le montagne. l'unico particolare che non ci è stato detto è che il letto matrimoniale in realtà erano 2 letti singoli uniti, che purtroppo non rimanevano uniti ma si staccavano, creando un buco nel mezzo. (irrilevante per l'esperienza). l'organizzazione per l'accoglienza è ottima e la partenza è ottima. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Un paesino da Favola! Sembrava di essere nel film di Harry Potter, stupendo tutto quanto intorno! L’appartamento munito di tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, con la macchinetta del caffe’ e perfino una bottiglia di spumante di benvenuto per la quale vi ringraziamo. La mia premura era il riscaldamento e quando abbiamo passatp la prima notte siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dalla temperatura costante di 20 gradi in tutto l’appartamento, abbiamo dormito benissimo! Ci torneremo senz’altro per goderci la pace ed il silenzio di questo magnifico paesino e non per ultima la vista che avete voi dai balconcini! Grazie

Buongiorno ... il paese è incantevole!!! L'appartamento è situato nella piazza principale. È molto confortevole ma avrebbe bisogno di alcune piccole migliorie, che ho dettagliatamente segnalato ai due responsabili Marco e Ludovico. Per esempio sarebbe stato molto gradito avere una sdraio sul balcone, trovare una collocazione diversa alla tv, avere una "chiusura" più efficace della doccia per evitare di bagnare tutto il bagno. Sia Marco e sia Ludovico si sono dimostrati molto disponibili ed estramente gentili nell'ascoltare e nel soddisfare le mie richieste e segnalazioni. È stato veramente piacevole soggiorno.

הגענו לחופשה משפחתית באמצע שבוע עם רכב שכור. הכפר שקט מאוד באמצע השבוע, ולנו זה התאים מאוד. המסעדות הצמודות בכפר היו מצויינות. המבנה מעט ישן, אך הכל היה נקי והריח טוב. הנוף מהחדר מרהיב! והמארח היה מקסים. ממליצים מאוד.

J’ai adoré le lotissement perché entre Sestriere et cesana. Nous avions l’impression d’être dans un petit village piéton avec cette place centrale avec restaurant bar tabac. La vue du logement était juste grandiose
