Een zonnig appartement op de tweede verdieping (met lift) in het mooie dorp Grangesises, dat comfortabel plaats biedt aan 3 personen en het hele jaar door een ideale vakantiebestemming is. De woonkamer heeft een bank met een flatscreentelevisie, een groot houten dressoir en dubbele glazen deuren die uitkomen op een mooi houten balkon. De eettafel, bij het dressoir, biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De open kitchenette is uitgerust met een kookplaat, magnetron en koelkast. Slapen Slaapkamer: De grote slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een kleine ladekast. De bank in de woonkamer kan worden omgebouwd tot een comfortabel eenpersoonsbed. Badkamer De betegelde badkamer, met grote spiegels, heeft een douche, wastafel, bidet en WC. Extra - Gratis Wifi - Flatscreen TV - Centrale verwarming - Elektrische radiatoren - Wasfaciliteiten - Haardroger - Skiberging & skiverhuur met korting voor gasten - Openbaar parkeren, auto aanbevolen (maar er is een skibus in de buurt) - Kindvriendelijk - Huisdieren toegestaan - Nespresso-apparaat Locatie Het appartement ligt in het hart van het charmante dorpje Grangesises, op slechts 5 minuten rijden van het resort Sestriere. Het omliggende landschap is het hele jaar door adembenemend. Sestriere heeft veel te bieden. In de wintermaanden zijn de pistes rond het resort geschikt voor skiërs en snowboarders van alle niveaus. Er is langlaufen, heli-skiën, schaatsen, motorsleeën, hondensleeën en sneeuwschoenwandelen. Er is zelfs een buitenzwembad (verwarmd) dat zowel in de winter als in de zomer geopend is. Onze gasten kunnen skipassen voor het ViaLattea skigebied direct in ons Happy.Rentals kantoor in Sestriere kopen. Tijdens de zomermaanden bieden Grangesises en omgeving bezoekers een rijk programma van entertainment, culturele en sportieve evenementen voor volwassenen en kinderen. Er zijn sportdagen en fitnessweekenden met gediplomeerde personal trainers. De locatie van de Grange Hike & Ski appartementen is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar wildernis en ongerepte natuur. De naburige valleien, zoals de Argentera Vallei en de Vallone di Thuras, bieden een netwerk van wandelpaden met verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden, en het is mogelijk om begeleide uitstapjes te organiseren met milieuvriendelijke wandelgidsen op reservering. Er zijn ook talloze routes in de omgeving voor mountainbike- en downhill-liefhebbers van alle niveaus. Voor onze gasten zijn er kortingen in de aangesloten winkels voor het huren van e-bikes en muscle bikes. Het nabijgelegen Sestriere biedt een internationaal bekende golfbaan (18 holes, par 65), een zwembad en tennisbanen. Voor de zomer van 2023 staan eind juli de etappes van de wereldkampioenschappen trialmotoren en endurobikes op het programma, en in de eerste week van augustus de belangrijke internationale atletiekbijeenkomst en het filmfestival van Sestriere. Geschiedenisliefhebbers mogen de heropvoering van de slag bij Assietta in juli en de rondleidingen naar het Fort van Fenestrelle en het Chaberton museum in Claviere niet missen. In Grangesises en Sestriere zijn vele uitstekende restaurants en bars voor ieders smaak en budget. Voor self-catering biedt Sestriere supermarkten (de dichtstbijzijnde ligt op 10 minuten rijden) en kleine winkeltjes met lokale specialiteiten. Abbiamo passato un weekend in tranquillità e pace al Grangesises, un minuscolo quartiere fatto di case con tetti tutti uniti, che da l'idea di un paesotto di montagna isolato. all'interno si possono trovare 3 ristoranti e un bar, tutti molto ospitali. la posizione è comoda perché in 5 minuti di macchina si arriva a Sestriere. l'alloggio è comodo con una vista suggestiva con davanti le montagne. l'unico particolare che non ci è stato detto è che il letto matrimoniale in realtà erano 2 letti singoli uniti, che purtroppo non rimanevano uniti ma si staccavano, creando un buco nel mezzo. (irrilevante per l'esperienza). l'organizzazione per l'accoglienza è ottima e la partenza è ottima. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Un paesino da Favola! Sembrava di essere nel film di Harry Potter, stupendo tutto quanto intorno! L’appartamento munito di tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, con la macchinetta del caffe’ e perfino una bottiglia di spumante di benvenuto per la quale vi ringraziamo. La mia premura era il riscaldamento e quando abbiamo passatp la prima notte siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dalla temperatura costante di 20 gradi in tutto l’appartamento, abbiamo dormito benissimo! Ci torneremo senz’altro per goderci la pace ed il silenzio di questo magnifico paesino e non per ultima la vista che avete voi dai balconcini! Grazie

Buongiorno ... il paese è incantevole!!! L'appartamento è situato nella piazza principale. È molto confortevole ma avrebbe bisogno di alcune piccole migliorie, che ho dettagliatamente segnalato ai due responsabili Marco e Ludovico. Per esempio sarebbe stato molto gradito avere una sdraio sul balcone, trovare una collocazione diversa alla tv, avere una "chiusura" più efficace della doccia per evitare di bagnare tutto il bagno. Sia Marco e sia Ludovico si sono dimostrati molto disponibili ed estramente gentili nell'ascoltare e nel soddisfare le mie richieste e segnalazioni. È stato veramente piacevole soggiorno.
