Eine schicke Wohnung im vierten Stock (mit Aufzug), im Herzen von Chamonix, in der Nähe von allem, was Sie sich für einen perfekten Urlaub das ganze Jahr über wünschen. Dieses stilvoll eingerichtete Penthouse bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Der Wohnbereich wird durch eine große Glastür erhellt, die auf einen privaten Balkon führt, auf dem ein Tisch und Stühle stehen, damit die Gäste sich entspannen und die spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Berge genießen können. Die Sitzecke im Innenbereich mit der schrägen Holzdecke ist mit einem bequemen Sofa, einem Couchtisch, einem großen Flachbildfernseher und einer Kommode ausgestattet. Der hübsche Esstisch und die Stühle stehen neben der offenen Küchenzeile, die mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Toaster gut ausgestattet ist. Die schicke Residenz verfügt über einen gemeinsamen Innenpool mit Sauna und einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das luftige Hauptschlafzimmer wird durch ein großes Oberlicht erhellt. Es hat ein Doppelbett, einen Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Duschbad. Schlafzimmer 2: Das gemütliche zweite Schlafzimmer, versteckt unter dem Dachvorsprung, hat ein Einzelbett und ein weiteres ausziehbares Einzelbett. Bäder Badezimmer 1: Das frisch geflieste, unabhängige Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Badezimmer 2: En suite zum Hauptschlafzimmer, dieses Badezimmer hat eine Glasdusche und ein Waschbecken. Zusätzliche - Tisch und Stühle im Freien - Flachbildfernseher - Haartrockner - elektrische Heizkörper - gemeinsamer Garten - kinderfreundlich - gebührenpflichtige öffentliche Parkplätze - Auto nicht erforderlich Bitte beachten Sie: Der Pool ist das ganze Jahr über täglich von 9 bis 12 Uhr und von 15 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Er ist nur im Oktober für 2 Wochen wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. WiFi ist nicht verfügbar Standort Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Chamonix, in der Nähe der Skilifte und der Shuttlebusse. Die Pisten sind für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Niveaus geeignet. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In den Sommermonaten können Sie auf herrlichen Bergpfaden wandern oder Mountainbike fahren, Wildwasser-Rafting betreiben, Golf spielen, klettern, paragliden und reiten. Ein Skateboard-Park und Tennisplätze sind nur 15 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Für Selbstversorger gibt es jeden Samstag einen ausgezeichneten Bauernmarkt auf dem Place du Mont Blanc, der nur 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Ansonsten bietet Chamonix alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Gäste benötigen. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Bahnhof von Chamonix Mont Blanc ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Awesome stay! Looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect place to stay for 3. Only ding would be you have to pick up and drop off the keys about 15min walk away. Really great stay altogether and exceeded expectation.

Très bonne emplacement, immeuble calme , appartement agréable , le point faible c’est la 2 eme chambre avec un lit extensible tirant le 2 eme lit , alors que sur ja photo on voyait 2 lits simples bien séparés …. Et pas de wifi dans l appartement, alors que nous avons payé le supplément! J’attends mon remboursement comme prévu par Happy Rentals d’ailleurs

Very cute chalet in best location, close to everything. Place is perfect for family of 3 or 4 if young children. Everything you need is there except parking, free WIFI and supplies for all days. Sauna and pool or nice too.

HELLO VERY CLEAN APT AND GOOD LOCATION BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE CHECK IN, YOU HAVE TO GET THE KEY FROM AN OFFICE WHERE YOU CAN T PARK ANYWHERE CLOSE YOU HAVE TO GO TO A KEY ROOM GET THE CODE FROM YOUR EMAIL TO GET IN, THEN GO TO THE APT BUT THE ADRESS GIVEN DOES NOT EXIST THERE IS NO 69 PASSAGE DU GREPON. THERE IS A 62 BUT EVEN THE LADY AT THE DESK OF THE NEAR BUILDING DID NOT KNOW ABOUT NUMBER 69 AFTER CALLING THE APT RENTER(NOT AN INDIVIDUAL) BUT A HUGE COMPANY THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE BUT HELPLESS ABOUT GETTING ME TO THE RIGHT ADRESS ,THERE IS NO PARKING ON PREMISES. THEN AT CHECK OUT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO LEAVE THE KEY IN THAT KEY ROOM. TOO MUCH AND DON T FORGET TO WASH THE DISHES ,EMPTY THE GARBISH AND PAY THE CLEANING FEE.

THe location was good and the apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the facilities and the linen were high quality. The apartment had been nicely decorated with some lovely touches. The apartment was good value for money in an expensive area

We are sorry that your stay was not what you completely desired. In terms of cleaning and kitchen products, we always place a new pack of cleaning products for guests, a sponge, J-cloth, tablet for the dishwasher, washing up liquid etc. There are also bathroom products provided too. For the pillows, everyone has different needs and wants when it comes to neck support, this is probably why the reception staff recommended you bring your own pillow to ensure your full comfort during your stay. The toilets are separate to help with more flexible usage and is seen by many as a big advantage. If this is a large/important part of your holiday, we recommend in future you put this highly in your research criteria or ask our team which is always available to respond to the guest's request. We have never had complaints regarding the dishwasher or other appliances and all instructions are in the apartment. The Happy Rentals office is open all week and we message our guests before their arrival. Guests are always encouraged to contact us should they need help with anything at all. Happy.Rentals team
