Un appartement funky au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur), au cœur de Chamonix, à proximité de tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter pour des vacances parfaites tout au long de l'année. Ce penthouse décoré avec style peut accueillir 4 personnes. L'espace de vie est éclairé par une grande porte vitrée qui donne sur un balcon privé, où se trouvent une table et des chaises, ce qui permet de se détendre et de profiter des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes. À l'intérieur, le coin salon, avec un plafond en bois incliné, dispose d'un canapé confortable, d'une table basse, d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'une commode. La table à manger et les chaises se trouvent à côté de la kitchenette ouverte, qui est bien équipée avec une plaque à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur et un grille-pain. Cette résidence intelligente dispose d'une piscine intérieure commune, d'un sauna et d'une salle de sport bien équipée. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale est éclairée par une grande lucarne. Elle dispose d'un lit double, d'une armoire et d'une salle de douche attenante. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre, douillette, nichée sous les combles, dispose d'un lit simple et d'un autre lit simple escamotable. Salle de bains Salle de bains 1 : La salle de bains indépendante, fraîchement carrelée, est équipée d'une baignoire avec douche, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. Salle de bains 2 : La salle de bains attenante à la chambre principale est équipée d'une douche en verre et d'un lavabo. En plus - Table et chaises extérieures - Télévision à écran plat - Sèche-cheveux - Radiateurs électriques - Jardin commun - Enfants bienvenus - Parking public payant - voiture non nécessaire Remarque : La piscine est ouverte tous les jours de l'année, de 9h à 12h et de 15h à 20h. Elle n'est fermée que 2 semaines en octobre pour entretien. Le WiFi n'est pas disponible Localisation de l'appartement L'appartement se trouve au cœur de Chamonix, à proximité des remontées mécaniques et des navettes. Les pistes sont adaptées aux skieurs et snowboarders de tous niveaux. Tous les équipements de la région de Chamonix sont à votre porte. Pendant les mois d'été, vous trouverez de magnifiques sentiers de montagne pour la randonnée ou le VTT, du rafting, du golf, de l'escalade, du parapente et de l'équitation. Un parc de skateboard et des courts de tennis se trouvent à 15 minutes de l'appartement. Pour les amateurs de cuisine, un excellent marché fermier se tient tous les samedis sur la place du Mont Blanc, à deux minutes de marche de l'appartement. Par ailleurs, Chamonix dispose de toutes les commodités dont les clients peuvent avoir besoin. L'aéroport de Genève se trouve à 1 heure et 10 minutes de route de l'appartement. La gare de Chamonix Mont Blanc est à 2 minutes de marche.

Nous avons aimé la vue sur le mont blanc, la situation de la résidence au cœur de chamonix et le parking mont blanc près du logement. Et la ville bien sûr.

Awesome stay! Looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect place to stay for 3. Only ding would be you have to pick up and drop off the keys about 15min walk away. Really great stay altogether and exceeded expectation.

Très bonne emplacement, immeuble calme , appartement agréable , le point faible c’est la 2 eme chambre avec un lit extensible tirant le 2 eme lit , alors que sur ja photo on voyait 2 lits simples bien séparés …. Et pas de wifi dans l appartement, alors que nous avons payé le supplément! J’attends mon remboursement comme prévu par Happy Rentals d’ailleurs

Very cute chalet in best location, close to everything. Place is perfect for family of 3 or 4 if young children. Everything you need is there except parking, free WIFI and supplies for all days. Sauna and pool or nice too.

HELLO VERY CLEAN APT AND GOOD LOCATION BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE CHECK IN, YOU HAVE TO GET THE KEY FROM AN OFFICE WHERE YOU CAN T PARK ANYWHERE CLOSE YOU HAVE TO GO TO A KEY ROOM GET THE CODE FROM YOUR EMAIL TO GET IN, THEN GO TO THE APT BUT THE ADRESS GIVEN DOES NOT EXIST THERE IS NO 69 PASSAGE DU GREPON. THERE IS A 62 BUT EVEN THE LADY AT THE DESK OF THE NEAR BUILDING DID NOT KNOW ABOUT NUMBER 69 AFTER CALLING THE APT RENTER(NOT AN INDIVIDUAL) BUT A HUGE COMPANY THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE BUT HELPLESS ABOUT GETTING ME TO THE RIGHT ADRESS ,THERE IS NO PARKING ON PREMISES. THEN AT CHECK OUT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO LEAVE THE KEY IN THAT KEY ROOM. TOO MUCH AND DON T FORGET TO WASH THE DISHES ,EMPTY THE GARBISH AND PAY THE CLEANING FEE.

THe location was good and the apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the facilities and the linen were high quality. The apartment had been nicely decorated with some lovely touches. The apartment was good value for money in an expensive area

We are sorry that your stay was not what you completely desired. In terms of cleaning and kitchen products, we always place a new pack of cleaning products for guests, a sponge, J-cloth, tablet for the dishwasher, washing up liquid etc. There are also bathroom products provided too. For the pillows, everyone has different needs and wants when it comes to neck support, this is probably why the reception staff recommended you bring your own pillow to ensure your full comfort during your stay. The toilets are separate to help with more flexible usage and is seen by many as a big advantage. If this is a large/important part of your holiday, we recommend in future you put this highly in your research criteria or ask our team which is always available to respond to the guest's request. We have never had complaints regarding the dishwasher or other appliances and all instructions are in the apartment. The Happy Rentals office is open all week and we message our guests before their arrival. Guests are always encouraged to contact us should they need help with anything at all. Happy.Rentals team
