Een hip appartement op de vierde verdieping (met lift), in het hart van Chamonix, dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt voor een perfecte vakantie, het hele jaar door. Dit stijlvol ingerichte penthouse biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De woonkamer wordt verlicht door een grote glazen deur die uitkomt op een eigen balkon, waar een tafel en stoelen staan, zodat gasten kunnen ontspannen en genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht op de bergen. Binnen heeft de zithoek, met een schuin houten plafond, een comfortabele bank, een salontafel, een grote flatscreen-tv en een ladekast. De nette eettafel en stoelen staan naast de open keuken, die goed is uitgerust met een inductiekookplaat, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast en broodrooster. De chique residentie beschikt over een gemeenschappelijk binnenzwembad met een sauna en een goed uitgeruste fitnessruimte. Slaapruimtes Slaapkamer 1: De luchtige hoofdslaapkamer wordt verlicht door een groot dakraam. De kamer is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed, een kledingkast en een eigen badkamer met douche. Slaapkamer 2: De gezellige tweede slaapkamer, verscholen onder de dakrand, heeft een eenpersoonsbed met daarnaast een uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed. Badkamers Badkamer 1: De pas betegelde, aparte badkamer heeft een ligbad met douche, wastafel en toilet. Badkamer 2: Deze badkamer, die bij de hoofdslaapkamer hoort, heeft een glazen douchecabine en een wastafel. Extra's • Buitenmeubilair (tafel en stoelen) • Flatscreen-tv • Haardroger • Elektrische radiatoren • Gemeenschappelijke tuin • Kindvriendelijk • Betaald openbaar parkeren – auto niet nodig Let op: Het zwembad is het hele jaar door elke dag geopend, van 9.00 tot 12.00 uur en van 15.00 tot 20.00 uur. Het is alleen in oktober twee weken gesloten voor onderhoud. Locatie Het appartement ligt in het hart van Chamonix, dicht bij de skiliften en pendelbussen. De pistes zijn geschikt voor skiërs en snowboarders van alle niveaus. Alle voorzieningen van de regio Chamonix liggen voor de deur. Tijdens de zomermaanden zijn er prachtige bergpaden om te wandelen of mountainbiken, wildwaterraften, golfen, rotsklimmen, paragliden en paardrijden. Er is een skateboardpark en er zijn tennisbanen op minder dan 15 minuten van het appartement. Voor zelfverzorging is er elke zaterdag een uitstekende boerenmarkt op de Place du Mont Blanc, op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het appartement. Verder heeft Chamonix alle voorzieningen die gasten nodig kunnen hebben. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden van het appartement. Het treinstation van Chamonix Mont Blanc ligt op slechts 2 minuten lopen.

This flat is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors in Chamonix. It has all the amenities you need to make your pack lunches and enjoy a good night sleep. The sauna and wet room were also very much appreciated after our days out skiing. The location puts you within walking distance of all the local restaurants, shops, and bus stops to the ski lifts. Only thing to be aware of is you need to collect your keys at the office which is about 10min walk from the flat. The instructions provided by the host are clear and easy to understand though so you should have no problem getting in. Additionally there is no wifi. Other than that it is a great location which I’d recommend to anyone visiting chamonix.

Awesome stay! Looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect place to stay for 3. Only ding would be you have to pick up and drop off the keys about 15min walk away. Really great stay altogether and exceeded expectation.

Departamento cómodo para 3 o 4 personas. Contaba con todo lo descrito en la publicación. Muy buena ubicación para ir caminando a cualquier zona de Chamonix. Cerca de supermercados, restaurantes etc. Muy agradable. Lo recomiendo 100%. Se podría mejorar el tema de la llave para ingresar, quizás tener una caja de llaves fuera del apartamento para no tener que ir a buscarla a otra zona.

Très bonne emplacement, immeuble calme , appartement agréable , le point faible c’est la 2 eme chambre avec un lit extensible tirant le 2 eme lit , alors que sur ja photo on voyait 2 lits simples bien séparés …. Et pas de wifi dans l appartement, alors que nous avons payé le supplément! J’attends mon remboursement comme prévu par Happy Rentals d’ailleurs

Very cute chalet in best location, close to everything. Place is perfect for family of 3 or 4 if young children. Everything you need is there except parking, free WIFI and supplies for all days. Sauna and pool or nice too.

HELLO VERY CLEAN APT AND GOOD LOCATION BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE CHECK IN, YOU HAVE TO GET THE KEY FROM AN OFFICE WHERE YOU CAN T PARK ANYWHERE CLOSE YOU HAVE TO GO TO A KEY ROOM GET THE CODE FROM YOUR EMAIL TO GET IN, THEN GO TO THE APT BUT THE ADRESS GIVEN DOES NOT EXIST THERE IS NO 69 PASSAGE DU GREPON. THERE IS A 62 BUT EVEN THE LADY AT THE DESK OF THE NEAR BUILDING DID NOT KNOW ABOUT NUMBER 69 AFTER CALLING THE APT RENTER(NOT AN INDIVIDUAL) BUT A HUGE COMPANY THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE BUT HELPLESS ABOUT GETTING ME TO THE RIGHT ADRESS ,THERE IS NO PARKING ON PREMISES. THEN AT CHECK OUT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO LEAVE THE KEY IN THAT KEY ROOM. TOO MUCH AND DON T FORGET TO WASH THE DISHES ,EMPTY THE GARBISH AND PAY THE CLEANING FEE.

THe location was good and the apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the facilities and the linen were high quality. The apartment had been nicely decorated with some lovely touches. The apartment was good value for money in an expensive area

We are sorry that your stay was not what you completely desired. In terms of cleaning and kitchen products, we always place a new pack of cleaning products for guests, a sponge, J-cloth, tablet for the dishwasher, washing up liquid etc. There are also bathroom products provided too. For the pillows, everyone has different needs and wants when it comes to neck support, this is probably why the reception staff recommended you bring your own pillow to ensure your full comfort during your stay. The toilets are separate to help with more flexible usage and is seen by many as a big advantage. If this is a large/important part of your holiday, we recommend in future you put this highly in your research criteria or ask our team which is always available to respond to the guest's request. We have never had complaints regarding the dishwasher or other appliances and all instructions are in the apartment. The Happy Rentals office is open all week and we message our guests before their arrival. Guests are always encouraged to contact us should they need help with anything at all. Happy.Rentals team
