Ein herrlich sonniges Penthouse im 4. Stock (mit Aufzug), im Herzen von Sestriere, diese Wohnung bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es ist eine fantastische alpine Basis für eine Familie oder Freunde zu jeder Zeit des Jahres. Die Gäste werden den geräumigen, offen gestalteten Wohnbereich lieben, der über zwei große Fenstertüren verfügt, die auf den privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Bergblick führen. Der Raum hat schöne Holzböden und warme, farbige Wände. Er ist mit einem Ecksofa und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Der Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 6 Personen befindet sich 2 Stufen höher. Angrenzend befindet sich eine teilweise abgetrennte Küche, die durch eine halbe Wand vom Esszimmer abgetrennt ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen Schminktisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2: Das zweite, helle Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten, einen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Glastüren führen hinaus auf den privaten Balkon. Badezimmer Das geräumige, helle Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC. Extra: Es gibt ein separates WC und Waschbecken neben dem Hauptwohnbereich. Zusätzliche - Kostenloses Wifi - Flachbildfernseher - Terrasse - Zentralheizung - Spielesammlung - Büchersammlung - Haartrockner - Waschmaschine - Müllentsorgung - Rauchmelder - Nähe Skilift & Pisten - Privatparkplatz - Kinderfreundlich - Haustiere nicht erlaubt Das Datum, an dem die Heizung eingeschaltet wird, ist der 1. November bis zum 30. April Standort Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem eleganten, modernen Wohnblock im Zentrum des Ferienortes Sestriere, in der Nähe der Skilifte und des Shuttlebusses. In den Wintermonaten sind die Pisten für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Schwierigkeitsgrade geeignet. Es gibt Langlauf, Heli-Skiing, Eislaufen, Motorschlitten, Hundeschlitten und Schneeschuhwandern. Im Sommer können die Besucher durch Wälder und über Almwiesen wandern. Es gibt zahlreiche Mountainbikestrecken für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade sowie Tennis, Golf und Schwimmen. In der Region finden auch zahlreiche Feste und Veranstaltungen für alle Altersgruppen statt, darunter Umweltinitiativen und Kulturabende. In Sestriere gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Bars, die für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget etwas zu bieten haben. Für Selbstversorger gibt es in Sestriere Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte, die lokale Spezialitäten anbieten. Der Flughafen Turin ist 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt.

We like the spacious apartment, the real family atmosphere there, the fact that we find basic ingredients like salt, oil, etc. and basic cleaning things like bags, soup, etc. Wonderful views and light, and the garage.

Las vistas, lo espacioso, que tenía garaje propio, que disponía de básicos para la cocina (sal, aceite...) y para la limpieza (bolsas de basura, jabón para fregar, pastillas de lavaplatos), incluso una botella de vino de bienvenida. Buena wifi.
