Een heerlijk zonnig penthouse op de 4e verdieping (met lift), in het hart van Sestriere, dit appartement is geschikt voor 6 personen. Het is een fantastische uitvalsbasis in de Alpen voor een gezin of vrienden op elk moment van het jaar. Gasten zullen dol zijn op de ruime, open woonkamer met twee grote openslaande deuren die uitkomen op het privébalkon met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. De kamer heeft aantrekkelijke houten vloeren en warme, kleurrijke muren. Het is ingericht met een hoekbank en een flatscreentelevisie. De eethoek, met een tafel voor 6 personen, is 2 treden hoger. Aangrenzend is een gedeeltelijk gescheiden keuken, afgescheiden van de eetkamer door een halve muur. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een inductiekookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast/vriezer. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De ouderslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een kaptafel en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: De tweede, lichte slaapkamer heeft 2 stapelbedden, een bureau en een kledingkast. In de zomer kunnen bezoekers wandelen door bossen en alpenweiden. Er zijn talloze routes voor mountainbiken op alle niveaus, evenals tennis, golf en zwemmen. In het gebied worden ook veel festivals en evenementen voor alle leeftijden georganiseerd, waaronder milieu-initiatieven en culturele avonden. Er zijn veel geweldige restaurants en bars in Sestriere, voor alle smaken en budgetten in de omgeving. Voor self-catering heeft Sestriere supermarkten en kleinere winkels met lokale specialiteiten. De luchthaven van Turijn ligt op 1 uur en 30 minuten rijden van het appartement.
