Cet appartement ensoleillé, situé au quatrième étage d'un penthouse (avec ascenseur), au cœur de Sestriere, peut accueillir 6 personnes. Il constitue une base alpine fantastique pour une famille ou des amis à tout moment de l'année. Les clients apprécieront le spacieux espace de vie ouvert, qui dispose de deux grandes portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon privé avec de magnifiques vues sur les montagnes. La pièce est dotée d'un beau parquet et de murs chauds et colorés. Elle est meublée d'un canapé d'angle et d'une télévision à écran plat. Le coin repas, avec une table pour 6 personnes, se trouve deux marches plus haut. À côté se trouve une cuisine partiellement séparée de la salle à manger par un demi-mur. La cuisine est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur/congélateur. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, d'une coiffeuse et d'une armoire. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre, très lumineuse, dispose de deux lits superposés, d'un bureau et d'une armoire. Des portes vitrées donnent sur le balcon privé. Salle de bains La salle de bain spacieuse et lumineuse est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et de toilettes. Supplémentaire : Il y a un WC séparé et un lavabo à côté de l'espace de vie principal. En plus - Wifi gratuit - TV écran plat - Terrasse - Chauffage central - Ludothèque - Bibliothèque - Sèche-cheveux - Lave-linge - Vide-ordures - Détecteur de fumée - Proximité des remontées mécaniques et des pistes - Parking privé - Enfants bienvenus - Animaux non admis La date de mise en route du chauffage est du 1er novembre au 30 avril. Situation L'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble contemporain élégant, au centre de la station de Sestriere, à proximité des remontées mécaniques et de la navette. En hiver, les pistes conviennent aux skieurs et aux snowboarders de tous niveaux. Vous pourrez pratiquer le ski de fond, l'héliski, le patinage sur glace, la luge à moteur, la luge à chien et les raquettes. En été, les visiteurs peuvent faire des randonnées dans les forêts et les alpages. Il y a de nombreuses pistes de VTT pour tous les niveaux, ainsi que du tennis, du golf et de la natation. La région accueille également de nombreux festivals et événements pour tous les âges, notamment des initiatives environnementales et des soirées culturelles. Sestriere compte de nombreux restaurants et bars de qualité, qui satisferont tous les goûts et tous les budgets. Pour l'hébergement, Sestriere dispose de supermarchés et de petits magasins vendant des spécialités locales. L'aéroport de Turin se trouve à 1 heure et 30 minutes de route de l'appartement.

We like the spacious apartment, the real family atmosphere there, the fact that we find basic ingredients like salt, oil, etc. and basic cleaning things like bags, soup, etc. Wonderful views and light, and the garage.

Appartamento con vista stupenda. Molto spazioso e luminoso. Pulito e comodo al centro. Unico appunto da fare è la presenza di un frigorifero molto datato sprovvisto totalmente di cella freezer!

Las vistas, lo espacioso, que tenía garaje propio, que disponía de básicos para la cocina (sal, aceite...) y para la limpieza (bolsas de basura, jabón para fregar, pastillas de lavaplatos), incluso una botella de vino de bienvenida. Buena wifi.
