Esta gran villa de tres plantas con piscina privada se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, a sólo 3 minutos de las orillas del lago de Garda, cerca de la acción pero en un entorno tranquilo. Tiene capacidad para 11 personas, por lo que es ideal para grupos familiares o de amigos que busquen unas vacaciones que combinen actividades al aire libre, relax, cultura y deliciosa cocina italiana. La villa fomenta la vida interior/exterior con una terraza a la sombra junto a la cocina. Se trata de una zona de comedor al aire libre, con barbacoa, varias mesas y sillas, perfecta para comidas relajadas al fresco. La terraza conduce a la piscina, que se puede iluminar por la noche. Tiene varias tumbonas, donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse después de un refrescante baño. De vuelta al interior, la planta baja consta de un amplio salón amueblado con un sofá esquinero, un segundo sofá, un televisor de pantalla plana y una elegante mesa de comedor pequeña. La gran cocina independiente está bien equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico/congelador y hervidor de agua. Hay otra mesa de comedor en la cocina para comidas más informales, así como un televisor de pantalla plana. Una puerta se abre desde la cocina a la terraza sombreada. Para dormir Hay un total de 8 dormitorios, en la primera planta, hay un dormitorio individual, un dormitorio doble con baño en suite y un dormitorio doble con una cama supletoria y un gran cuarto de baño en suite. En la segunda planta hay un dormitorio doble y un dormitorio doble con cama supletoria. Baños Hay un total de 3 baños en la propiedad. Todos tienen ducha, bidet, lavabo y WC. Uno de ellos también tiene bañera de hidromasaje. En la planta baja hay un WC independiente. Servicios adicionales: - Wifi gratuito - Piscina privada (abierta todo el año) - Aire acondicionado - Calefacción central - Comedor exterior - Barbacoa - Jardín privado - Secador de pelo - Lavadora - Adecuado para niños - Silla alta y cuna disponibles - Se admiten mascotas - Aparcamiento privado y público, se recomienda coche. Ubicación Aunque la villa está en una zona tranquila, está cerca de muchos sitios, hermosas ciudades y actividades en el lago. Está a sólo 500 metros de la ruta de ciclismo y senderismo entre Sirmione (10 minutos en bicicleta) y Peschiera del Garda (17 minutos en bicicleta). Las playas más cercanas del lago están a sólo 3 minutos. Para los huéspedes más activos hay una escuela de windsurf a sólo 10 minutos de la villa. A la ciudad de Sirmione se llega en 6 minutos en coche, mientras que la encantadora Desenzano del Garda está a sólo 12 minutos en coche. El mercado de Sirmione tiene lugar los lunes y viernes (sólo por las mañanas). Es el lugar ideal para comprar los mejores ingredientes locales. Para otras compras, hay un supermercado a 5 minutos. Los visitantes de todas las edades pueden pasar un día lleno de diversión en uno de los parques temáticos cercanos (Gardaland a 15 minutos en coche y Movieland, a 18 minutos en coche). El aeropuerto de Verona Villafranca está a sólo 35 minutos en coche.

Schönes Haus, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Tisch innen nicht ausreichend für 14 Personen-wird aber künftig nur noch an 11 Personen vermietet. Dann passt es. Schöner Pool ( nicht beheizt). Bei Problemen wird sofort reagiert und sich um eine Lösung bemüht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

We enjoyed our stay Manuela’s house. It is a big old house which gives space to a big group. The outdoor has a pool, parking lot and a table for breakfast in the sun. Also the kitchen is well equipped (except for a Parmesan cheese grainer) and suitable for a large group. Manuela was easy to communicate with.

Ich durfte am vergangenen Wochende meinen Geburtstag mit Friends & Family (16 Personen) in dieser tollen Location feiern. Die Küche bot alles an Ausstattung was wir zum Kochen und Lagern von Lebensmitteln & Getränken benötigt haben, sowie eine Spülmaschine mit Tabs. Draußen stand ein sehr großer Überdachter Grill zur Verfügung und ausreichend überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zur Abkühlung war ein großer Pool mit Liegen für alle Gäste da. Es war auch genügend Platz für alle Autos da, immerhin 6 Autos. Alle Gäste waren begeistert und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen. Nicht zuletzt wegen des guten Service des Hosts. Danke nochmals an Manuela, die mir einen unvergesslichen Geburtstag ermöglicht hat.

Tolles großes Haus für viele Personen mit guter Zimmetaufteilung. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Pool und einen teilweise überdachten Außenbereich. Der Gardasee ist in ca 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sirmione mit dem Auto in 10min. Haus und Mobiliar sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Our family of 14, (including an 18month old) had a great stay. The house was lovely, as was expected from the photos. It has a great outside area, big communual spaces, very clean throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utilities for a large group of people. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome gift left by the hosts. bedore arrival and throughout our stay, they were communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Much appreciated! We would say the house bed rooms are great for 14+ people but the communal areas couldn't fit so many so we really had to squeeze 14 people in to the dining table made for 10. We would have loved more seating in the living room as well as the sofas only had room for 6 people. We also had to be very watchful of the pool as the baby kept trying to go play in it and it didn't have a cover. All in, my family loved the place and we would recommend it for large groups. A big thanks to Manuela for taking great care of us!

We had a great time in Sirmione and we all loved the house. The rooms and bathrooms were big, clean and nice. We came as a family, the youngest 11 years and the oldest 87, and everyone wanted to return next year. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and absolutely big enough for us. Enough sunbeds for everyone. There were many nice places to sit outside. Nice, quiet area but not far from the beach, restaurants etc. Good communication with Manuela. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Weekend in famiglia. Villa molto bella, attrezzata, su più livelli dove abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend in famiglia (coppie, coppie con bambini e single). Villa grande dove ognuno ha la propria privacy. Piscina grande non troppo profonda adatta per famiglie.

Genug Platz, Pool sauber, genug Liegen, Matratzen teilweise schon etwas durchgelegen. Küche gut ausgestattet auch für größere Gruppe. Sauberkeit: in einigen Zimmern bei Ankunft staubig/Haare der Vorgänger. Im großen und ganzen aber sauber und in Ordnung.

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.

Genug Platz, Pool sauber, genug Liegen, Matratzen teilweise schon etwas durchgelegen. Küche gut ausgestattet auch für größere Gruppe. Sauberkeit: in einigen Zimmern bei Ankunft staubig/Haare der Vorgänger. Im großen und ganzen aber sauber und in Ordnung.

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.
