Cette grande villa de trois étages avec piscine privée se trouve dans un quartier tranquille, à seulement 3 minutes des rives du lac de Garde, à proximité de l'action mais dans un cadre paisible. Elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes et est donc idéale pour les groupes familiaux ou les amis qui recherchent des vacances alliant activités de plein air, détente, culture et délicieuse cuisine italienne. La villa encourage la vie intérieure/extérieure avec une terrasse ombragée près de la cuisine. Il s'agit d'un espace de repas en plein air, avec un barbecue, plusieurs tables et chaises, idéal pour des repas détendus en plein air. La terrasse mène à la piscine, qui peut être éclairée la nuit. Elle est équipée de plusieurs chaises longues, où les clients peuvent se détendre après une baignade rafraîchissante. De retour à l'intérieur, le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un salon spacieux meublé d'un canapé d'angle, d'un second canapé, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une élégante petite table à manger. La grande cuisine séparée est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et une bouilloire. Une autre table à manger se trouve dans la cuisine pour des repas plus décontractés, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat. Une porte s'ouvre de la cuisine sur la terrasse ombragée. Couchage Il y a un total de 8 chambres, au premier étage, il y a une chambre simple, une chambre double avec une salle de bain attenante et une chambre double avec un lit supplémentaire et une grande salle de bain attenante. Au deuxième étage, il y a une chambre double et une chambre double avec un lit supplémentaire. Salles de bains Il y a un total de 3 salles de bains dans la propriété. Elles sont toutes équipées d'une douche, d'un bidet, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. L'une d'entre elles dispose également d'un jacuzzi. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un WC indépendant. Services supplémentaires : - Wifi gratuit - Piscine privée (ouverte toute l'année) - Climatisation - Chauffage central - Salle à manger extérieure - Barbecue - Jardin privé - Sèche-cheveux - Lave-linge - Accueil des enfants - Chaise haute et lit bébé disponibles - Animaux autorisés - Parking privé et public, voiture recommandée. Situation Bien que la villa soit située dans un endroit paisible, elle est proche de nombreux sites, de belles villes et d'activités sur le lac. Elle se trouve à seulement 500 mètres de la piste cyclable/de marche entre Sirmione (10 minutes à vélo) et Peschiera del Garda (17 minutes à vélo). Les plages les plus proches du lac se trouvent à 3 minutes. Pour les plus actifs, une école de planche à voile se trouve à 10 minutes de la villa. La ville de Sirmione est accessible en 6 minutes en voiture, tandis que la charmante ville de Desenzano del Garda se trouve à 12 minutes en voiture. Le marché de Sirmione se tient le lundi et le vendredi (le matin uniquement). C'est l'endroit idéal pour acheter les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Pour les autres achats, un supermarché se trouve à 5 minutes. Les visiteurs de tous âges peuvent passer une journée amusante dans l'un des parcs à thème des environs (Gardaland, à 15 minutes de route, et Movieland, à 18 minutes de route). L'aéroport de Vérone Villafranca se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture.

Schönes Haus, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Tisch innen nicht ausreichend für 14 Personen-wird aber künftig nur noch an 11 Personen vermietet. Dann passt es. Schöner Pool ( nicht beheizt). Bei Problemen wird sofort reagiert und sich um eine Lösung bemüht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

We enjoyed our stay Manuela’s house. It is a big old house which gives space to a big group. The outdoor has a pool, parking lot and a table for breakfast in the sun. Also the kitchen is well equipped (except for a Parmesan cheese grainer) and suitable for a large group. Manuela was easy to communicate with.

Ich durfte am vergangenen Wochende meinen Geburtstag mit Friends & Family (16 Personen) in dieser tollen Location feiern. Die Küche bot alles an Ausstattung was wir zum Kochen und Lagern von Lebensmitteln & Getränken benötigt haben, sowie eine Spülmaschine mit Tabs. Draußen stand ein sehr großer Überdachter Grill zur Verfügung und ausreichend überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zur Abkühlung war ein großer Pool mit Liegen für alle Gäste da. Es war auch genügend Platz für alle Autos da, immerhin 6 Autos. Alle Gäste waren begeistert und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen. Nicht zuletzt wegen des guten Service des Hosts. Danke nochmals an Manuela, die mir einen unvergesslichen Geburtstag ermöglicht hat.

Tolles großes Haus für viele Personen mit guter Zimmetaufteilung. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Pool und einen teilweise überdachten Außenbereich. Der Gardasee ist in ca 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sirmione mit dem Auto in 10min. Haus und Mobiliar sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Our family of 14, (including an 18month old) had a great stay. The house was lovely, as was expected from the photos. It has a great outside area, big communual spaces, very clean throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utilities for a large group of people. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome gift left by the hosts. bedore arrival and throughout our stay, they were communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Much appreciated! We would say the house bed rooms are great for 14+ people but the communal areas couldn't fit so many so we really had to squeeze 14 people in to the dining table made for 10. We would have loved more seating in the living room as well as the sofas only had room for 6 people. We also had to be very watchful of the pool as the baby kept trying to go play in it and it didn't have a cover. All in, my family loved the place and we would recommend it for large groups. A big thanks to Manuela for taking great care of us!

We had a great time in Sirmione and we all loved the house. The rooms and bathrooms were big, clean and nice. We came as a family, the youngest 11 years and the oldest 87, and everyone wanted to return next year. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and absolutely big enough for us. Enough sunbeds for everyone. There were many nice places to sit outside. Nice, quiet area but not far from the beach, restaurants etc. Good communication with Manuela. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Abbaiamo trascorso und soggiorno meraviglioso in questa bella casa. La casa era pulita e ben tenuta. La piscina era perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il sole. Il processori check-in e check-out é stato facile. La proprietaria é stata disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare.

Weekend in famiglia. Villa molto bella, attrezzata, su più livelli dove abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend in famiglia (coppie, coppie con bambini e single). Villa grande dove ognuno ha la propria privacy. Piscina grande non troppo profonda adatta per famiglie.

Genug Platz, Pool sauber, genug Liegen, Matratzen teilweise schon etwas durchgelegen. Küche gut ausgestattet auch für größere Gruppe. Sauberkeit: in einigen Zimmern bei Ankunft staubig/Haare der Vorgänger. Im großen und ganzen aber sauber und in Ordnung.

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.

Genug Platz, Pool sauber, genug Liegen, Matratzen teilweise schon etwas durchgelegen. Küche gut ausgestattet auch für größere Gruppe. Sauberkeit: in einigen Zimmern bei Ankunft staubig/Haare der Vorgänger. Im großen und ganzen aber sauber und in Ordnung.

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz für viele Personen. Großer Küche und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für alle Gäste

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.
