Questa grande villa a tre piani con piscina privata si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, a soli 3 minuti dalle rive del Lago di Garda, vicino all'azione ma in un ambiente tranquillo. Può ospitare fino a 11 persone ed è quindi ideale per gruppi familiari o amici che cercano una vacanza che combini attività all'aperto, relax, cultura e deliziosa cucina italiana. La villa favorisce la vita all'interno e all'esterno con una terrazza ombreggiata che si trova vicino alla cucina. Si tratta di una zona pranzo all'aperto, con un barbecue, diversi tavoli e sedie, perfetta per pasti rilassati all'aperto. La terrazza conduce alla piscina, che può essere illuminata di notte. Questa è dotata di diversi lettini, dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi dopo una nuotata rinfrescante. Tornando all'interno, il piano terra è composto da una spaziosa zona giorno arredata con un divano ad angolo, un secondo divano, una TV a schermo piatto e un elegante tavolino da pranzo. L'ampia cucina separata è ben attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore e bollitore. In cucina c'è un altro tavolo da pranzo per pasti più informali, oltre a una TV a schermo piatto. Dalla cucina si apre una porta sulla terrazza ombreggiata. Posti letto Ci sono in totale 8 camere da letto, al primo piano una camera singola, una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e una camera matrimoniale con un letto aggiuntivo e un grande bagno privato. Al secondo piano si trovano una camera matrimoniale e una camera doppia con letto aggiunto. I bagni La struttura dispone di un totale di 3 bagni. Sono tutti dotati di doccia, bidet, lavabo e WC. Uno di questi ha anche una vasca idromassaggio. Al piano terra si trova un WC indipendente. Si trova a soli 500 metri dalla pista ciclabile tra Sirmione (10 minuti in bicicletta) e Peschiera del Garda (17 minuti in bicicletta). Le spiagge più vicine al lago si trovano a soli 3 minuti di distanza. Per gli ospiti più attivi c'è una scuola di windsurf a soli 10 minuti dalla villa. La città di Sirmione è raggiungibile in 6 minuti d'auto, mentre la bella Desenzano del Garda è a soli 12 minuti d'auto. Per il self-catering, il mercato di Sirmione si svolge il lunedì e il venerdì (solo la mattina). È il luogo ideale per acquistare i migliori ingredienti locali. Per gli altri acquisti, c'è un supermercato a 5 minuti di distanza. I visitatori di tutte le età possono trascorrere una giornata all'insegna del divertimento in uno dei parchi a tema nelle vicinanze (Gardaland a 15 minuti di auto e Movieland a 18 minuti di auto). L'aeroporto di Verona Villafranca è a soli 35 minuti di auto.

Schönes Haus, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Tisch innen nicht ausreichend für 14 Personen-wird aber künftig nur noch an 11 Personen vermietet. Dann passt es. Schöner Pool ( nicht beheizt). Bei Problemen wird sofort reagiert und sich um eine Lösung bemüht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

We enjoyed our stay Manuela’s house. It is a big old house which gives space to a big group. The outdoor has a pool, parking lot and a table for breakfast in the sun. Also the kitchen is well equipped (except for a Parmesan cheese grainer) and suitable for a large group. Manuela was easy to communicate with.

Ich durfte am vergangenen Wochende meinen Geburtstag mit Friends & Family (16 Personen) in dieser tollen Location feiern. Die Küche bot alles an Ausstattung was wir zum Kochen und Lagern von Lebensmitteln & Getränken benötigt haben, sowie eine Spülmaschine mit Tabs. Draußen stand ein sehr großer Überdachter Grill zur Verfügung und ausreichend überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zur Abkühlung war ein großer Pool mit Liegen für alle Gäste da. Es war auch genügend Platz für alle Autos da, immerhin 6 Autos. Alle Gäste waren begeistert und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen. Nicht zuletzt wegen des guten Service des Hosts. Danke nochmals an Manuela, die mir einen unvergesslichen Geburtstag ermöglicht hat.

Tolles großes Haus für viele Personen mit guter Zimmetaufteilung. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Pool und einen teilweise überdachten Außenbereich. Der Gardasee ist in ca 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sirmione mit dem Auto in 10min. Haus und Mobiliar sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Our family of 14, (including an 18month old) had a great stay. The house was lovely, as was expected from the photos. It has a great outside area, big communual spaces, very clean throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utilities for a large group of people. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome gift left by the hosts. bedore arrival and throughout our stay, they were communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Much appreciated! We would say the house bed rooms are great for 14+ people but the communal areas couldn't fit so many so we really had to squeeze 14 people in to the dining table made for 10. We would have loved more seating in the living room as well as the sofas only had room for 6 people. We also had to be very watchful of the pool as the baby kept trying to go play in it and it didn't have a cover. All in, my family loved the place and we would recommend it for large groups. A big thanks to Manuela for taking great care of us!

We had a great time in Sirmione and we all loved the house. The rooms and bathrooms were big, clean and nice. We came as a family, the youngest 11 years and the oldest 87, and everyone wanted to return next year. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and absolutely big enough for us. Enough sunbeds for everyone. There were many nice places to sit outside. Nice, quiet area but not far from the beach, restaurants etc. Good communication with Manuela. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Weekend in famiglia. Villa molto bella, attrezzata, su più livelli dove abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend in famiglia (coppie, coppie con bambini e single). Villa grande dove ognuno ha la propria privacy. Piscina grande non troppo profonda adatta per famiglie.

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.

Genug Platz, Pool sauber, genug Liegen, Matratzen teilweise schon etwas durchgelegen. Küche gut ausgestattet auch für größere Gruppe. Sauberkeit: in einigen Zimmern bei Ankunft staubig/Haare der Vorgänger. Im großen und ganzen aber sauber und in Ordnung.

We stayed as a family of 4 generations. One family stayed with a 6 month old baby in the annex attached to the main villa which was good as did not get disturbed by any noise in the villa. The rooms were spacious and well presented. All amenities were catered for. Pool is a good size and clean. Plenty of sun beds, outside chairs and a couple of large parasols for shade. The location is on a quiet road approx 15 minute walk to the lakeside. Loads of parking space within the gated area of the villa. Good security as well. The only issue was the electricity tripped a number of times when using appliances. This was easily reset but could be an irritation especially if the villa was fully occupied (18 adults) The rentals rep was superb, she responded and sorted any queries very quickly . I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to explore this area as it is in easy reach of a lot of the beautiful towns. Overall a great base for a fantastic holiday had by all our family

Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung.
