La Villa delle Meraviglie (la Villa de las Maravillas) hace honor a su nombre. Es una joya escondida en el corazón del paraíso. La villa combina una arquitectura moderna y elegante con un trullo tradicional, todo ello rodeado de unos preciosos jardines privados. Con capacidad para hasta 10 personas, la villa es el destino de vacaciones perfecto. Cada dormitorio es una auténtica minisuite con acceso independiente, lo que garantiza la máxima privacidad. Dos minisuites y la suite del trullo se encuentran en la planta baja, mientras que las otras dos están situadas en la primera planta y disfrutan de una terraza panorámica.
Cada habitación es única, decorada con muebles de calidad y detalles elegantes. La preciosa cocina-comedor de piedra clara del trullo está perfectamente equipada con placa de inducción, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico-congelador y cafetera.
En el exterior, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar pasando mucho tiempo en los impresionantes jardines y en el jacuzzi. Estos se han diseñado con tanto cariño y esmero como el interior de la villa. La villa está rodeada de árboles centenarios y un césped mullido. Los huéspedes disfrutarán de la gran piscina, con hidromasaje y acceso en pendiente que recrea la sensación de estar en la playa. Hay tumbonas y sillas donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse tras un refrescante chapuzón. Hay varias zonas exteriores diferentes para que los huéspedes disfruten de la tranquilidad del entorno. También hay una zona de comedor exterior y una barbacoa.

Ubicación
En pleno corazón de una magnífica zona rural, a solo 20 minutos de la costa jónica, la villa goza de una ubicación ideal para explorar el Salento.

El popular puerto de Otranto (a 20 minutos) lleva habitado milenios. Cuenta con unas playas preciosas. El centro de la ciudad ofrece una muestra de «La dolce vita» con una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y heladerías.
La ciudad de Lecce (a 25 minutos) es famosa por su maravillosa arquitectura barroca, así como por sus ruinas romanas. Es una joya de ciudad que bien merece una visita, no solo por su larga historia, sino también por su excelente gastronomía y sus buenas tiendas. El mercado principal tiene lugar todos los lunes y viernes por la mañana, y allí podrás adquirir los mejores productos locales para cocinar en casa.
Los aficionados al golf disfrutarán de los dos campos cercanos a la localidad de Acaya (a 30 minutos) o, si prefieren hacer más ejercicio y dar un paseo por la naturaleza virgen de la campiña mediterránea, pueden visitar la reserva natural de Le Cesine, gestionada por WWF (a 25 minutos).
El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Brindisi, a solo una hora en coche.

Great experience! The neighbor is always there to help or answer questions. An absolut highlight was the pasta experience night which was offered by the neighbors family. It is an absolut must if you visit this villa. It was such a great evening with delicious food and heart warming moments with the whole family. Besides this it is a good hub to visit the most interesting sights in Apuglia. Great place to be!

Eight of us throughly enjoyed our stay. All the rooms were private, a good size including the bathrooms. Pool was lovely too. We were able to bbq and enjoy the exterior which had plenty of areas to sit or lay by the pool. Kitchen and dining table were in a common area, with a couch. Table was large enough for all. Kitchen was small but functional. Owner lives next door, very friendly and swept up the grounds in the morning. Informed us that they were planning renovations to make the common area larger. Location was great close to grocery stores and the town Martano which had plenty or restaurants to choose from. Location also central to visiting most of the major cities/towns in the area.

Die Villa war in jeder Hinsicht ein Traum, sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Garten, der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren top gepflegt, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Eigentümer: Sie standen uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite und haben mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. We were a group of 7, and Antonio was a most gracious host. Checking in with us daily. One of our air conditioning failed and his team had it repaired instantly.The property is 10 out of 10 and the hospitality is even better.Pool, grounds are immaculately maintained.We would certainly stay here again and really didn't want to leave.

Unser Aufenthalt mit unseren 5 Kindern war super. Der Pool ist grandios, die komplette Anlage sehr gepflegt und riesig. Antonio der nebenan wohnt und die Anlage betreut hat uns unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich perfektioniert. Er verwöhnte uns mit Bruschetta und einer Flasche Rosé am Pool, brachte hier und da mal einen Eiskaffee. So eine herzliche Betreuung erlebt man selten. Wir durften sogar an dem 1. Geburtstag seiner Enkelin mitfeiern, die Kinder die Hüpfburg nutzen und die Familie hat uns mit Essen versorgt. Ohne Antonio wäre der Aufenthalt nur halb so perfekt gewesen. Danke.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub – Perfektion im Detail! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Anwesen besticht durch einen traumhaften, liebevoll gepflegten Garten und einen fantastischen, sehr großen Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt.Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Besitzer und Nachbar Antonio. Seine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar, stand uns bei jeder Frage sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns immer wieder mit köstlichen, lokalen Produkten überrascht. Tolles Haus. Der Gastgeber Antonio war immer hilfreich, falls wir etwas benötigt haben bzw. Fragen hatten. Ebenso das Team von Happy Rental (Agentur). Achtung: Antonio spricht nur italienisch. Mit Übersetzungs - App kein Problem. Das Haus, bzw. die Häuser bestehen aus einer \"Wohnung\" in zwei Trullis, sowie 4 separaten Zimmern/Suiten mit eigenem Eingang im Neubau. Eine kleine Küche mit Tisch für 10 Personen ist im Neubau vorhanden, jedoch nutzten wir nur den schönen Platz im Garten in der Nähe des Pools um zu Frühstücken.

Lovely home with a very responsive owner. Thank you again Antonio! The home is very centrally located for visiting all of Puglia south of Lecce. It was a real oasis that was wonderful to return to after exploring the towns in this lovely corner of Italy. The house (two houses really) were very clean and well appointed. The pool is a real plus and long enough to swim laps. We hope to return!

De villa overtrof alle verwachtingen. Prachtig zwembad, prachtige kamers met airco. Mooie binnenplaats met twee keukens en prachtige badkamers. Ook prachtige sfeervolle verlichting. Geweldige buurman (Antonio) die ons met alles hielp en lekkere dingen bracht (Abrikozen olijven eigen gemaakt gebak super lief!) en ons de omgeving liet zien 💯. Dit is precies wat je wil met ons gezin en ligging is mooi centraal om Lecce Otranto Gallipoli en Castro te bezoeken.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Beautiful property in a quiet village. We loved everything about it, especially the huge pool and the garden. The host and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. The house is a short drive to several beaches and charming towns.

Beautiful villa complex tucked away in olive groves with a pool to die for.. This would be perfect for grown up couples who want separate luxury space for privacy and then a lovely outside area to get together.

Tolles Haus. Der Gastgeber Antonio war immer hilfreich, falls wir etwas benötigt haben bzw. Fragen hatten. Ebenso das Team von Happy Rental (Agentur). Achtung: Antonio spricht nur italienisch. Mit Übersetzungs - App kein Problem. Das Haus, bzw. die Häuser bestehen aus einer \"Wohnung\" in zwei Trullis, sowie 4 separaten Zimmern/Suiten mit eigenem Eingang im Neubau. Eine kleine Küche mit Tisch für 10 Personen ist im Neubau vorhanden, jedoch nutzten wir nur den schönen Platz im Garten in der Nähe des Pools um zu Frühstücken.

Lovely home with a very responsive owner. Thank you again Antonio! The home is very centrally located for visiting all of Puglia south of Lecce. It was a real oasis that was wonderful to return to after exploring the towns in this lovely corner of Italy. The house (two houses really) were very clean and well appointed. The pool is a real plus and long enough to swim laps. We hope to return!

De villa overtrof alle verwachtingen. Prachtig zwembad, prachtige kamers met airco. Mooie binnenplaats met twee keukens en prachtige badkamers. Ook prachtige sfeervolle verlichting. Geweldige buurman (Antonio) die ons met alles hielp en lekkere dingen bracht (Abrikozen olijven eigen gemaakt gebak super lief!) en ons de omgeving liet zien 💯. Dit is precies wat je wil met ons gezin en ligging is mooi centraal om Lecce Otranto Gallipoli en Castro te bezoeken.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Absolument tout! la maison est magnifique, les propriétaires sont charmants, la piscine superbe… nous avions un doute car les photos semblaient mettre en scène une réalité surfaite mais tout est bien réel.. un petit coin de paradis…

Beautiful property in a quiet village. We loved everything about it, especially the huge pool and the garden. The host and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. The house is a short drive to several beaches and charming towns.

Beautiful villa complex tucked away in olive groves with a pool to die for.. This would be perfect for grown up couples who want separate luxury space for privacy and then a lovely outside area to get together.
