La Villa delle Meraviglie è davvero all’altezza del suo nome! È una perla nascosta nel cuore del paradiso. La villa è una fusione tra un’elegante architettura moderna e un tradizionale trullo immerso in splendidi giardini privati. Con una capienza massima di 10 persone, la villa è la destinazione perfetta per le vacanze. Ogni camera da letto è una vera e propria mini-suite con accesso indipendente, a garanzia della massima privacy. Due mini-suite e la suite nel trullo si trovano al piano terra, mentre le altre due sono situate al primo piano e godono di una terrazza panoramica.
Ogni stanza è unica, arredata con mobili di pregio e dettagli eleganti. La splendida cucina-sala da pranzo in pietra chiara all’interno del trullo è ben attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore e macchina per il caffè.
All’esterno, gli ospiti potranno trascorrere molto tempo negli splendidi giardini e nella vasca idromassaggio. Questi spazi sono stati realizzati con lo stesso amore e la stessa cura riservati agli interni della villa. La villa è circondata da alberi secolari e da un prato ben curato. Gli ospiti potranno godersi l’ampia piscina, dotata di idromassaggio e di un accesso in pendenza che ricrea l’atmosfera della spiaggia. Sono disponibili lettini e sedie a sdraio dove gli ospiti potranno rilassarsi dopo un tuffo rinfrescante. All’esterno sono presenti diverse aree dove gli ospiti potranno godersi la tranquillità dei dintorni. È presente anche una zona pranzo all’aperto e un barbecue.

Nel cuore di una splendida campagna, a soli 20 minuti dalla costa ionica, la villa si trova in una posizione ideale per esplorare il Salento.

Il famoso porto di Otranto (a 20 minuti) è abitato da millenni. Vanta alcune spiagge incantevoli. Il centro città offre un assaggio de “La dolce vita” con una vasta scelta di ristoranti, caffè e gelaterie.
La città di Lecce (25 minuti) è famosa per la sua meravigliosa architettura barocca e per i suoi resti romani. È un vero gioiello che merita sicuramente una visita, non solo per la sua lunga storia, ma anche per l’ottima cucina e le possibilità di shopping. Il mercato principale si tiene ogni lunedì e venerdì mattina e qui potrete acquistare i migliori prodotti locali da cucinare a casa.
Gli appassionati di golf apprezzeranno i due campi nei pressi della località di Acaya (a 30 minuti), mentre per chi desidera fare più esercizio fisico e un’escursione nella campagna mediterranea incontaminata, c’è la riserva naturale del WWF di Le Cesine (a 25 minuti).
L’aeroporto più vicino è quello di Brindisi, a solo 1 ora di auto.

Great experience! The neighbor is always there to help or answer questions. An absolut highlight was the pasta experience night which was offered by the neighbors family. It is an absolut must if you visit this villa. It was such a great evening with delicious food and heart warming moments with the whole family. Besides this it is a good hub to visit the most interesting sights in Apuglia. Great place to be!

Eight of us throughly enjoyed our stay. All the rooms were private, a good size including the bathrooms. Pool was lovely too. We were able to bbq and enjoy the exterior which had plenty of areas to sit or lay by the pool. Kitchen and dining table were in a common area, with a couch. Table was large enough for all. Kitchen was small but functional. Owner lives next door, very friendly and swept up the grounds in the morning. Informed us that they were planning renovations to make the common area larger. Location was great close to grocery stores and the town Martano which had plenty or restaurants to choose from. Location also central to visiting most of the major cities/towns in the area.

Die Villa war in jeder Hinsicht ein Traum, sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Garten, der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren top gepflegt, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Eigentümer: Sie standen uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite und haben mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. We were a group of 7, and Antonio was a most gracious host. Checking in with us daily. One of our air conditioning failed and his team had it repaired instantly.The property is 10 out of 10 and the hospitality is even better.Pool, grounds are immaculately maintained.We would certainly stay here again and really didn't want to leave.

Unser Aufenthalt mit unseren 5 Kindern war super. Der Pool ist grandios, die komplette Anlage sehr gepflegt und riesig. Antonio der nebenan wohnt und die Anlage betreut hat uns unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich perfektioniert. Er verwöhnte uns mit Bruschetta und einer Flasche Rosé am Pool, brachte hier und da mal einen Eiskaffee. So eine herzliche Betreuung erlebt man selten. Wir durften sogar an dem 1. Geburtstag seiner Enkelin mitfeiern, die Kinder die Hüpfburg nutzen und die Familie hat uns mit Essen versorgt. Ohne Antonio wäre der Aufenthalt nur halb so perfekt gewesen. Danke.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub – Perfektion im Detail! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Anwesen besticht durch einen traumhaften, liebevoll gepflegten Garten und einen fantastischen, sehr großen Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt.Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Besitzer und Nachbar Antonio. Seine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Tolles Haus. Der Gastgeber Antonio war immer hilfreich, falls wir etwas benötigt haben bzw. Fragen hatten. Ebenso das Team von Happy Rental (Agentur). Achtung: Antonio spricht nur italienisch. Mit Übersetzungs - App kein Problem. Das Haus, bzw. die Häuser bestehen aus einer \"Wohnung\" in zwei Trullis, sowie 4 separaten Zimmern/Suiten mit eigenem Eingang im Neubau. Eine kleine Küche mit Tisch für 10 Personen ist im Neubau vorhanden, jedoch nutzten wir nur den schönen Platz im Garten in der Nähe des Pools um zu Frühstücken.

Lovely home with a very responsive owner. Thank you again Antonio! The home is very centrally located for visiting all of Puglia south of Lecce. It was a real oasis that was wonderful to return to after exploring the towns in this lovely corner of Italy. The house (two houses really) were very clean and well appointed. The pool is a real plus and long enough to swim laps. We hope to return!

De villa overtrof alle verwachtingen. Prachtig zwembad, prachtige kamers met airco. Mooie binnenplaats met twee keukens en prachtige badkamers. Ook prachtige sfeervolle verlichting. Geweldige buurman (Antonio) die ons met alles hielp en lekkere dingen bracht (Abrikozen olijven eigen gemaakt gebak super lief!) en ons de omgeving liet zien 💯. Dit is precies wat je wil met ons gezin en ligging is mooi centraal om Lecce Otranto Gallipoli en Castro te bezoeken.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Beautiful property in a quiet village. We loved everything about it, especially the huge pool and the garden. The host and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. The house is a short drive to several beaches and charming towns.

Beautiful villa complex tucked away in olive groves with a pool to die for.. This would be perfect for grown up couples who want separate luxury space for privacy and then a lovely outside area to get together.

Tolles Haus. Der Gastgeber Antonio war immer hilfreich, falls wir etwas benötigt haben bzw. Fragen hatten. Ebenso das Team von Happy Rental (Agentur). Achtung: Antonio spricht nur italienisch. Mit Übersetzungs - App kein Problem. Das Haus, bzw. die Häuser bestehen aus einer \"Wohnung\" in zwei Trullis, sowie 4 separaten Zimmern/Suiten mit eigenem Eingang im Neubau. Eine kleine Küche mit Tisch für 10 Personen ist im Neubau vorhanden, jedoch nutzten wir nur den schönen Platz im Garten in der Nähe des Pools um zu Frühstücken.

Lovely home with a very responsive owner. Thank you again Antonio! The home is very centrally located for visiting all of Puglia south of Lecce. It was a real oasis that was wonderful to return to after exploring the towns in this lovely corner of Italy. The house (two houses really) were very clean and well appointed. The pool is a real plus and long enough to swim laps. We hope to return!

De villa overtrof alle verwachtingen. Prachtig zwembad, prachtige kamers met airco. Mooie binnenplaats met twee keukens en prachtige badkamers. Ook prachtige sfeervolle verlichting. Geweldige buurman (Antonio) die ons met alles hielp en lekkere dingen bracht (Abrikozen olijven eigen gemaakt gebak super lief!) en ons de omgeving liet zien 💯. Dit is precies wat je wil met ons gezin en ligging is mooi centraal om Lecce Otranto Gallipoli en Castro te bezoeken.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Super nette Gastgeber, die direkt nebenan wohnen und enorm hilfsbereit sind. Der Pool unglaublich gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ebenso.

Absolument tout! la maison est magnifique, les propriétaires sont charmants, la piscine superbe… nous avions un doute car les photos semblaient mettre en scène une réalité surfaite mais tout est bien réel.. un petit coin de paradis…

Beautiful property in a quiet village. We loved everything about it, especially the huge pool and the garden. The host and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. The house is a short drive to several beaches and charming towns.

Beautiful villa complex tucked away in olive groves with a pool to die for.. This would be perfect for grown up couples who want separate luxury space for privacy and then a lovely outside area to get together.
