Un apartamento contemporáneo en el sur de Chamonix, con vistas a las montañas. Este apartamento en la 2ª planta (con ascensor) tiene capacidad para 6 personas y es ideal para unas vacaciones en cualquier época del año. La decoración es elegante, con colores neutros y suelos de madera. El salón tiene una puerta de cristal que da a un balcón privado, con mesa y sillas, donde los huéspedes pueden sentarse y disfrutar de las vistas. De vuelta al salón, hay un sofá esquinero y una Smart TV. El comedor tiene una mesa para 6 personas y está junto a una elegante cocina equipada. La cocina está equipada con fogones, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera/congelador, cafetera y tostadora. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: El elegante dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y barras para colgar. Extra: Entre el salón y el hall de entrada hay una litera. El sofá del salón se convierte en una cómoda cama doble. Cuarto de baño El atractivo cuarto de baño dispone de bañera con ducha y lavabo. Hay un WC separado. Más información en - Wifi gratuito - Radiadores eléctricos - Balcón - Jardín compartido - Smart TV - Detector de humos - Aparcamiento público (de pago), pero no es necesario coche - Apto para niños - Guardaesquíes - Cerca de pistas de esquí, remontes y autobús lanzadera. Ubicación El apartamento está en el centro del sur de Chamonix, frente a la estación principal de autobuses y a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación del teleférico de Aiguille du Midi. La estación de tren de Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, para el Mont-Blanc-Express, también está a 5 minutos a pie. Las pistas cercanas son muy frecuentadas por esquiadores y snowboarders. El pico de Aiguille du Midi, cerca del Mont Blanc, es un imán para los alpinistas, escaladores y parapentistas en los meses de verano. Todas las instalaciones de la región de Chamonix están a su alcance, incluidos el rafting, el golf y la equitación. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed (including things like sharp knives in the kitchen, which is rare in apartments for rent). We arrived very late at night - the instructions from the owner for key pickup were super easy to follow. The frying pan was not in a good state, so we bought one for ourselves, which is better in some way. Thank you for an opportunity to enjoy vacation!!

Overall the apartment was great. Steps from the Midi, a grocery store, yoga studio, and a bus stop among other things. Apartment was comfortable and had everything necessary including basic cooking equipment. The bunkbeds are in the entry hall and opposite the door to the bedroom and bathroom doors which meant that that portion of the apartment could be tight even for just two which is how many we were. I could see up to 4 no problem but it would be fairly tight for 6, especially if you're skiing and have equipment spread about. What communication there needed to be was great. The booking company went out of their way to get us in early. You cannot drive to the booking company or the apartment so this was confusing to our transfer driver who was unfamiliar with the area as he was trying to deliver us to the address. Overall the apartment was clean however the floors and bottom of the bathtub were quite dirty. This may have been in part due to us being granted early access.
