Un appartamento contemporaneo nel sud di Chamonix, con vista sugli alberi e sulle montagne circostanti. Questo appartamento al 2° piano (con ascensore) può ospitare 6 persone ed è una base ideale per le vacanze, in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. L'arredamento è elegante, con colori neutri e pavimenti in legno. Il soggiorno ha una porta a vetri che dà su un balcone privato, con tavolo e sedie, dove gli ospiti possono sedersi e godersi il panorama. Nel soggiorno si trovano un divano ad angolo e una Smart TV. La zona pranzo è dotata di un tavolo per 6 persone e si trova accanto a un'elegante cucina attrezzata. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore, macchina per il caffè e tostapane. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: L'elegante camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di appendiabiti. Extra: Tra la zona giorno e l'ingresso c'è un letto a castello. Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un comodo letto matrimoniale. Bagno L'attraente bagno è dotato di vasca da bagno completa con attacco doccia e lavabo. È presente un WC separato. Accessori - Wifi gratuito - Radiatori elettrici - Balcone - Giardino in comune - Smart TV - Rilevatore di fumo - Parcheggio pubblico (a pagamento) ma l'auto non è necessaria - Adatto ai bambini - Deposito sci - Vicino allo sci, agli impianti di risalita e al bus navetta Posizione L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Chamonix sud, di fronte alla stazione principale degli autobus e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della funivia dell'Aiguille du Midi. Anche la stazione ferroviaria di Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, per il Mont-Blanc-Express, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Le piste vicine sono molto frequentate da sciatori e snowboarder. La vetta dell'Aiguille du Midi, vicino al Monte Bianco, è una calamita per alpinisti, arrampicatori e parapendisti nei mesi estivi. Tutte le strutture della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano, compreso il rafting, il golf e l'equitazione. Chamonix offre tutti i servizi di cui i visitatori hanno bisogno durante tutto l'anno, compresi numerosi bar e ristoranti per tutte le tasche. Chamonix Sud ha un mercato settimanale ogni martedì mattina. Qui è possibile acquistare tutti gli ingredienti più freschi direttamente dai produttori, da provare a casa. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. A causa della topografia, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche uniche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione internet potrebbe essere inaffidabile. Amazing stay! The apartment was in the perfect location, close to everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed (including things like sharp knives in the kitchen, which is rare in apartments for rent). We arrived very late at night - the instructions from the owner for key pickup were super easy to follow. The frying pan was not in a good state, so we bought one for ourselves, which is better in some way. Thank you for an opportunity to enjoy vacation!!

Overall the apartment was great. Steps from the Midi, a grocery store, yoga studio, and a bus stop among other things. Apartment was comfortable and had everything necessary including basic cooking equipment. The bunkbeds are in the entry hall and opposite the door to the bedroom and bathroom doors which meant that that portion of the apartment could be tight even for just two which is how many we were. I could see up to 4 no problem but it would be fairly tight for 6, especially if you're skiing and have equipment spread about. What communication there needed to be was great. The booking company went out of their way to get us in early. You cannot drive to the booking company or the apartment so this was confusing to our transfer driver who was unfamiliar with the area as he was trying to deliver us to the address. Overall the apartment was clean however the floors and bottom of the bathtub were quite dirty. This may have been in part due to us being granted early access.
