Een eigentijds appartement in het zuiden van Chamonix, dat uitkijkt over bomen naar de bergen daarachter. Dit appartement op de 2e verdieping (met lift) is geschikt voor 6 personen en is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie in elk jaargetijde. De chique inrichting is stijlvol, met neutrale kleuren en overal houten vloeren. De woonkamer heeft een glazen deur die uitkomt op een privébalkon, met een tafel en stoelen, waar gasten kunnen zitten en genieten van het uitzicht. Terug in de woonkamer staat een hoekbank en een Smart TV. De eethoek heeft een tafel voor 6 personen en ligt naast een slimme, ingerichte keuken. De keuken is uitgerust met een kookplaat, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De stijlvolle grote slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en hangrails. Extra: Tussen het woongedeelte en de hal staat een stapelbed. De bank in de woonkamer is om te bouwen tot een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Badkamer De mooie badkamer heeft een ligbad met douche en wastafel. Er is een aparte WC. Extra - Gratis Wifi - Elektrische radiatoren - Balkon - Gemeenschappelijke tuin - Smart TV - Rookmelder - Openbare parkeerplaats (betaald) maar auto niet nodig - Kindvriendelijk - Skiberging - Dicht bij skigebied, skiliften en pendelbus Locatie Het appartement ligt midden in het zuiden van Chamonix, tegenover het hoofdbusstation en op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het kabelbaanstation Aiguille du Midi. Het treinstation Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, voor de Mont-Blanc-Express, ligt ook op 5 minuten lopen. De nabijgelegen pistes zijn populair bij zowel skiërs als snowboarders. De top van de Aiguille du Midi, dicht bij de Mont Blanc, is een magneet voor bergbeklimmers, rotsklimmers en paragliders in de zomermaanden. Alle faciliteiten van de regio Chamonix liggen voor de deur, waaronder wildwatervaren, golfen en paardrijden. Chamonix heeft alle voorzieningen die bezoekers het hele jaar door nodig hebben, waaronder veel bars en restaurants voor elk budget. Chamonix Sud heeft elke dinsdagochtend een wekelijkse markt. Hier kun je de meest verse ingrediënten direct bij de producenten kopen, om thuis te proberen. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden van het appartement. Vanwege de unieke topografie, locatie en weersomstandigheden in de Mont Blanc-vallei kan de internetverbinding onbetrouwbaar zijn. Parkeerplaatsen zijn wie het eerst komt, wie het eerst maalt en beschikbaarheid is niet gegarandeerd.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed (including things like sharp knives in the kitchen, which is rare in apartments for rent). We arrived very late at night - the instructions from the owner for key pickup were super easy to follow. The frying pan was not in a good state, so we bought one for ourselves, which is better in some way. Thank you for an opportunity to enjoy vacation!!

Overall the apartment was great. Steps from the Midi, a grocery store, yoga studio, and a bus stop among other things. Apartment was comfortable and had everything necessary including basic cooking equipment. The bunkbeds are in the entry hall and opposite the door to the bedroom and bathroom doors which meant that that portion of the apartment could be tight even for just two which is how many we were. I could see up to 4 no problem but it would be fairly tight for 6, especially if you're skiing and have equipment spread about. What communication there needed to be was great. The booking company went out of their way to get us in early. You cannot drive to the booking company or the apartment so this was confusing to our transfer driver who was unfamiliar with the area as he was trying to deliver us to the address. Overall the apartment was clean however the floors and bottom of the bathtub were quite dirty. This may have been in part due to us being granted early access.
