Situado en la ladera del lago de Lugano, a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad, el apartamento es la base perfecta para unas vacaciones fabulosas en esta hermosa región. El espacioso y moderno salón-comedor tiene grandes ventanales con vistas al lago y a las montañas. La decoración es elegante y moderna, con dos puertas acristaladas que dan a un balcón privado, donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una copa al atardecer. De vuelta al interior, hay un acogedor sofá esquinero junto a una moderna chimenea de ladrillo y un televisor de pantalla plana. Al otro lado de la sala hay una elegante mesa de comedor para 5 personas. La cocina independiente está llena de luz y justo al lado de la zona de comedor. está muy bien equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar. Dispone de vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador y cafetera. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: El espectacular dormitorio principal está amueblado con una moderna cama doble, combinada con un armario antiguo, un elegante sofá, un gran espejo enmarcado y un balcón compartido con el segundo dormitorio que da al lago. Dormitorio 2: Este amplio dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, un armario y una puerta que da al balcón. Dormitorio 3: Otro dormitorio luminoso con vistas al lago. Esta habitación tiene una cama individual y un espacio de trabajo para ordenador portátil. Cuarto de baño Cuarto de baño: El atractivo cuarto de baño está equipado con bañera completa con cabezal de ducha, ducha separada, bidé, lavabo y WC. A sólo unos cientos de metros de la orilla del lago y a 15 minutos a pie del centro de Lugano. En la frontera entre Suiza e Italia, la ciudad de Lugano es famosa por su impresionante ubicación, su rico patrimonio cultural y sus excelentes restaurantes y cafés. La ciudad acoge numerosos festivales a lo largo del año, entre ellos el festival "Luganomusica" todos los veranos. Para cocinar, el mercado agrícola de Lugano (martes y viernes) en Via Carducci (a 7 minutos en coche) es el lugar ideal para comprar los mejores ingredientes. Si no, hay una gran variedad de supermercados cerca. La encantadora ciudad de Gandria (a 4 minutos en coche), que está cerca de la frontera italiana, es un lugar ideal para pasar el día. Los visitantes pueden pasear por las sinuosas calles del pueblo o hacer senderismo por el Sentiero Dell'Olivo. Para rutas de senderismo más bonitas, los huéspedes pueden cruzar a Italia y disfrutar de los bosques y colinas vírgenes de Valsolda (25 minutos). Los aeropuertos internacionales más cercanos están en Italia: Milán Malpensa, a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche, o Milán Linate, a 1 hora y 36 minutos.

Amazing views, nice trail to walk to city vice walking on road. 3 small kids could handle it. Place was spacious, views fantastic. Overall we were pleased and would 100% come back!!

A parking place would be nice if possible as it is quite a hike from the public parking places to the apartment Would be nice to have a Wi-Fi password that works and is relatively easy to input, not a 16 character input with dashes.....

We loved the location and gorgeous view—a beautiful 25 minute walk to the town center or else just a few minutes on the bus 5 minutes from the flat entrance.. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Very spacious apartment and we loved the outdoor terraces. The beds were not particularly comfortable and I think we expected better quality there for the cost. Thank you!

This flat is in a wonderful location, a nice 25 minute walk to the true center of Lugano or a quick bus ride, which you can pick up right down the hill. Flat is super spacious and clean and with incredible views! I would’ve appreciated better quality mattresses/beds, which were fine for a few nights but not much beyond that. And having a few things like paper towels or a few coffee pods for the machine would’ve been a great touch too. Otherwise, well appointed and comfortable, nice value, and you cannot beat the view! It was an easy walk to the Monte Bre funicular too which was nice.

Die Beschreibung trifft auf die Unterkunft zu. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, man hat viel Platz. Im Wohnzimmer könnte ein Sessel mehr sein, zu knapp für 5 Personen gemütlich zu sitzen. Ebenso müsste man mehr gemütliches Licht anbieten. Die Küche war ok ausgestattet, aber es fehlte an kleinen Schüsseln. Am Geruch in der Wohnung könnte man auch etwas machen…. Bessere Lüftung? Ein Problem war das Parkieren. Man kann nur in der blauen Zone parken (ca 8min zu Fuss / steiler Weg) von 18-8 Uhr gratis. Sonst Tageskarte online buchen!!!! Schade aber für den Preis, dass das Parken nicht gut gelöst ist. Es wäre sonst alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

The apartment is very spacious,has great views over the lake of Lugano. Its location is very good , not far from the old town and the lake cruises and other water activities. It is also well equipped. It has a big bath room and a smaller toilet.

The views from the apartment are spectacular. The location is great, though you are a couple kilometers away from the heart of Lugano. The apartment’s furnishing and finishings could use updating — the furniture, the decorations, etc. felt dated and minimal. When we arrived, the apartment was very hot and there were no fans. I sent a message requesting some, but got a reply the next day to call the office number sent in an email outside of Airbnb. Also, I didn’t like having to register and checkin outside of the Airbnb app.
