Adagiato sulla collina sopra il Lago di Lugano e a soli 5 minuti dal centro della città, l'appartamento è la base perfetta per una favolosa vacanza in questa splendida regione. Lo spazioso soggiorno/sala da pranzo in stile contemporaneo è dotato di ampie finestre che si affacciano sul lago e sulle montagne circostanti. L'arredamento è chic e moderno, con due porte di vetro che danno su un balcone privato, dove gli ospiti possono godersi il tramonto. All'interno si trova un accogliente divano ad angolo accanto a un moderno camino in mattoni e a una TV a schermo piatto. Sull'altro lato della stanza si trova un elegante tavolo da pranzo per 5 persone. La cucina separata è piena di luce e si trova appena fuori dalla zona pranzo. è ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che può servire. C'è un piano cottura, un forno, un microonde, una lavastoviglie, un frigorifero, un congelatore e una macchina per il caffè. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La spettacolare camera da letto principale è arredata con un moderno letto matrimoniale, abbinato a un armadio antico, un elegante divano, un grande specchio incorniciato e un balcone condiviso con la seconda camera da letto che si affaccia sul lago. La città ospita numerosi festival durante l'anno, tra cui il festival "Luganomusica" ogni estate. Per il self-catering, il mercato contadino di Lugano (martedì e venerdì) in Via Carducci (7 minuti in auto) è il luogo dove andare a prendere gli ingredienti migliori. Altrimenti, nelle vicinanze si trova una vasta gamma di supermercati. La graziosa cittadina di Gandria (4 minuti d'auto), che si trova verso il confine con l'Italia, è un'ottima meta per una giornata. I visitatori possono passeggiare per le stradine tortuose del villaggio o fare un'escursione lungo il Sentiero Dell'Olivo. Per altri splendidi itinerari escursionistici, gli ospiti possono attraversare l'Italia e godersi le foreste e le colline incontaminate della Valsolda (25 minuti). Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto, o Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 36 minuti di viaggio.

Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Appartement très bien agencé et lumineux. Les propriétaires qui habitent en-dessous sont très accueillants. L’agence qui gère le bien est très réactive et les agents très sympathiques.

Amazing views, nice trail to walk to city vice walking on road. 3 small kids could handle it. Place was spacious, views fantastic. Overall we were pleased and would 100% come back!!

Excellent apartment with a fantastic view, really easy to find, excellent communications with Happy Rentals. A parking place would be nice if possible as it is quite a hike from the public parking places to the apartment Would be nice to have a Wi-Fi password that works and is relatively easy to input, not a 16 character input with dashes.....

We loved the location and gorgeous view—a beautiful 25 minute walk to the town center or else just a few minutes on the bus 5 minutes from the flat entrance.. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Very spacious apartment and we loved the outdoor terraces. The beds were not particularly comfortable and I think we expected better quality there for the cost. Thank you!

This flat is in a wonderful location, a nice 25 minute walk to the true center of Lugano or a quick bus ride, which you can pick up right down the hill. Flat is super spacious and clean and with incredible views! I would’ve appreciated better quality mattresses/beds, which were fine for a few nights but not much beyond that. And having a few things like paper towels or a few coffee pods for the machine would’ve been a great touch too. Otherwise, well appointed and comfortable, nice value, and you cannot beat the view! It was an easy walk to the Monte Bre funicular too which was nice.

Die Beschreibung trifft auf die Unterkunft zu. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, man hat viel Platz. Im Wohnzimmer könnte ein Sessel mehr sein, zu knapp für 5 Personen gemütlich zu sitzen. Ebenso müsste man mehr gemütliches Licht anbieten. Die Küche war ok ausgestattet, aber es fehlte an kleinen Schüsseln. Am Geruch in der Wohnung könnte man auch etwas machen…. Bessere Lüftung? Ein Problem war das Parkieren. Man kann nur in der blauen Zone parken (ca 8min zu Fuss / steiler Weg) von 18-8 Uhr gratis. Sonst Tageskarte online buchen!!!! Schade aber für den Preis, dass das Parken nicht gut gelöst ist. Es wäre sonst alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

The apartment is very spacious,has great views over the lake of Lugano. Its location is very good , not far from the old town and the lake cruises and other water activities. It is also well equipped. It has a big bath room and a smaller toilet.

The views from the apartment are spectacular. The location is great, though you are a couple kilometers away from the heart of Lugano. The apartment’s furnishing and finishings could use updating — the furniture, the decorations, etc. felt dated and minimal. When we arrived, the apartment was very hot and there were no fans. I sent a message requesting some, but got a reply the next day to call the office number sent in an email outside of Airbnb. Also, I didn’t like having to register and checkin outside of the Airbnb app.
