Dit stijlvolle appartement op de eerste verdieping met panoramisch uitzicht op het meer is geschikt voor 5 comfortabele personen. Het appartement ligt op de heuvel boven het Luganomeer en op slechts 5 minuten van het centrum van de stad. Het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een fantastische vakantie in deze prachtige regio. De ruime eigentijdse woon/eetkamer heeft grote ramen met uitzicht op het meer en de bergen daarachter. De inrichting is chique en modern, met twee glazen deuren die leiden naar een privébalkon, waar gasten kunnen genieten van een zonsondergang. Binnen staat een gezellige hoekbank naast een moderne stenen open haard en een flatscreentelevisie. Aan de andere kant van de kamer staat een elegante eettafel voor 5 personen. De aparte keuken is vol licht en net naast de eethoek. is prachtig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Er is een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer en een koffiezetapparaat. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De spectaculaire grote slaapkamer is ingericht met een modern tweepersoonsbed, gecombineerd met een antieke kledingkast, een elegante bank, een grote ingelijste spiegel en een balkon dat gedeeld wordt met de 2e slaapkamer die uitkijkt over het meer. Slaapkamer 2: Deze luchtige slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden, een kledingkast en een deur naar het balkon. Slaapkamer 3: Nog een lichte slaapkamer met uitzicht op het meer. Deze kamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed en een laptopvriendelijke werkruimte. Badkamer Badkamer: De aantrekkelijke badkamer is uitgerust met een ligbad met douchekop, aparte douche, bidet, wastafel en WC. Extra: Er is een extra WC bij het woongedeelte. Op slechts een paar honderd meter van de oever van het meer en op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van Lugano. Op de grens van Zwitserland en Italië staat de stad Lugano bekend om zijn prachtige ligging, rijke culturele erfgoed en uitstekende restaurants en cafés. De stad organiseert het hele jaar door vele festivals, waaronder het "Luganomusica" festival elke zomer. Voor self-catering is de Lugano boerenmarkt (dinsdag en vrijdag) in Via Carducci (7 minuten rijden) de plek om de beste ingrediënten te halen. Er is ook een ruim aanbod aan supermarkten in de buurt. Het mooie stadje Gandria (4 minuten rijden), dat tegen de Italiaanse grens ligt, is een geweldig dagje uit. Bezoekers kunnen door de kronkelende straatjes van het dorp slenteren of wandelen langs de Sentiero Dell'Olivo. Voor nog mooiere wandelroutes kunnen gasten Italië oversteken en genieten van de ongerepte bossen en heuvels van Valsolda (25 minuten). De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthavens liggen in Italië - Milaan Malpensa op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden, of Milaan Linate, een reis van 1 uur en 36 minuten.

A parking place would be nice if possible as it is quite a hike from the public parking places to the apartment Would be nice to have a Wi-Fi password that works and is relatively easy to input, not a 16 character input with dashes.....

We loved the location and gorgeous view—a beautiful 25 minute walk to the town center or else just a few minutes on the bus 5 minutes from the flat entrance.. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Very spacious apartment and we loved the outdoor terraces. The beds were not particularly comfortable and I think we expected better quality there for the cost. Thank you!

This flat is in a wonderful location, a nice 25 minute walk to the true center of Lugano or a quick bus ride, which you can pick up right down the hill. Flat is super spacious and clean and with incredible views! I would’ve appreciated better quality mattresses/beds, which were fine for a few nights but not much beyond that. And having a few things like paper towels or a few coffee pods for the machine would’ve been a great touch too. Otherwise, well appointed and comfortable, nice value, and you cannot beat the view! It was an easy walk to the Monte Bre funicular too which was nice.

Die Beschreibung trifft auf die Unterkunft zu. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, man hat viel Platz. Im Wohnzimmer könnte ein Sessel mehr sein, zu knapp für 5 Personen gemütlich zu sitzen. Ebenso müsste man mehr gemütliches Licht anbieten. Die Küche war ok ausgestattet, aber es fehlte an kleinen Schüsseln. Am Geruch in der Wohnung könnte man auch etwas machen…. Bessere Lüftung? Ein Problem war das Parkieren. Man kann nur in der blauen Zone parken (ca 8min zu Fuss / steiler Weg) von 18-8 Uhr gratis. Sonst Tageskarte online buchen!!!! Schade aber für den Preis, dass das Parken nicht gut gelöst ist. Es wäre sonst alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

The apartment is very spacious,has great views over the lake of Lugano. Its location is very good , not far from the old town and the lake cruises and other water activities. It is also well equipped. It has a big bath room and a smaller toilet.

The views from the apartment are spectacular. The location is great, though you are a couple kilometers away from the heart of Lugano. The apartment’s furnishing and finishings could use updating — the furniture, the decorations, etc. felt dated and minimal. When we arrived, the apartment was very hot and there were no fans. I sent a message requesting some, but got a reply the next day to call the office number sent in an email outside of Airbnb. Also, I didn’t like having to register and checkin outside of the Airbnb app.
