Disfrute de todo lo que le ofrece Chamonix desde el elegante Appartement Lyret, en el centro de la ciudad. Situado en la 2ª planta (con ascensor) de una residencia contemporánea, el apartamento tiene capacidad para 5 personas y es la base perfecta para familias o amigos que quieran explorar el valle del Mont Blanc en cualquier época del año. El apartamento está decorado con gusto y es muy luminoso, gracias a los grandes ventanales y puertas acristaladas que dan a un balcón que se extiende a lo largo de la fachada del piso. El balcón está amueblado con una mesa de café y sillas donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse con una taza de café o una copa de vino y disfrutar de las vistas de las montañas. De vuelta al interior, la sala de estar de planta abierta está amueblada con dos cómodos sofás, un televisor de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor con sillas junto a la cocina recién equipada. La cocina está separada por una original barra de desayuno de ladrillo de vidrio. Está bien equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico/congelador y cafetera. Para dormir Dormitorio: El dormitorio se abre al balcón y tiene una cama doble, una cama individual y un armario. Extra: El sofá del salón se convierte en una cómoda cama doble. Cuarto de baño Este elegante cuarto de baño dispone de ducha, lavabo, lavadora y W.C. Adicional - TV de pantalla plana - Wifi gratuito - Balcón - Comedor exterior - Lavadora - Detector de humos - Calefacción por suelo radiante - Secador de pelo - Aparcamiento interior privado (altura 1,78 cm) o exterior, pero no es necesario coche - Adecuado para niños - Cerca de pistas de esquí, remontes y autobús lanzadera - Guardaesquís Ubicación El apartamento está situado en el centro, con excelente acceso a todos los servicios de Chamonix. Chamonix es conocida por la gran variedad de actividades que ofrece tanto en invierno como en verano. Es un centro de esquí, snowboard, esquí de fondo, trineo y patinaje sobre hielo. En verano, se puede practicar senderismo, ciclismo, escalada, alpinismo y rafting. El apartamento está a sólo 4 minutos a pie de la estación del teleférico de L\'Aiguille du Midi, que lleva a los visitantes a las altas laderas para disfrutar de unas impresionantes vistas de la montaña y practicar alpinismo. El parque de Accro\', en el lago des Gaillands (a 7 minutos en coche), es una gran excursión para toda la familia. Al lado está el centro de escalada Les Gaillands, donde los visitantes pueden aprender a escalar con seguridad. También hay varias piscinas al aire libre y pistas de tenis públicas. La ciudad cuenta con numerosos restaurantes y bares que se adaptan a todos los bolsillos y edades, muchos de ellos en la misma puerta. Si quiere cocinar en casa, hay tiendas y supermercados cerca. El mercado semanal de Chamonix tiene lugar los sábados por la mañana en la Place du Mont Blanc (8 minutos a pie), donde podrá encontrar los mejores ingredientes locales y deliciosos quesos. El aeropuerto de Ginebra está a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche del apartamento. Mientras que la estación de tren de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc está a sólo 5 minutos a pie. Debido a la topografía única, la ubicación y las condiciones climáticas en el valle del Mont Blanc, la conectividad a Internet puede ser poco fiable.

Recommended place to stay in Chamonix, key collection point is a little bit far from the unit (within 7 mins walking distance) but relatively clear instruction to collect. Unit is clean and has very nice view.

O Apartamento é muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé facilmente, até a entrada do teleférico “aiguille du midi” fica nem 5 min de caminhada, tudo estava limpo e podemos fazer nossas própria refeições! Excelente! Voltaria outras vezes!

Super séjour. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à l’arrivée car la télécommande pour le stationnement extérieur ne nous avait pas été donnée et nous souhaitions nous y stationner. Nous avons finalement laissé la voiture à l’intérieur. L’appartement est très central et près de tout à pied. C’était parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits. Le logement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés chez Happy Rental. Appartement avec parking très pratique, car tout est payant à Chamonix. Spacieux, propre, bon canapé lit, très calme, bonne pression dans la douche (la cabine de douche est de taille standard mais peut être petite pour quelqu'un de corpulent), ascenseur. A 3 min à pied du centre ville ainsi que de la gare de montenvers et pour notre part, 10 min de la patinoire. Et une délicate attention avec la bouteille, merci beaucoup ! Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nice place. Perfect for family of five on a budget, as my wife and I used the sofa in the living room. As always the big mystery: Why have so little items in the kitchen, that you need to use the dish washer between every meal in order to have enough plates and glasses etc? And at the same time a dish washer that is not being checked for salt and rinse aid levels. But all in all a place I would use again.
