Situato al 2° piano (con ascensore) di una residenza contemporanea, l\'appartamento può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è la base perfetta per famiglie o amici che vogliono esplorare la Valle del Monte Bianco in qualsiasi periodo dell\'anno. L\'appartamento è arredato con gusto e pieno di luce, grazie alle grandi finestre e alle porte a vetri che danno su un balcone che si estende lungo la parte anteriore dell\'appartamento. Il balcone è arredato con un tavolo e sedie in stile caffè dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi con una tazza di caffè o un bicchiere di vino e godersi la vista sulle montagne. Tornando all\'interno, il soggiorno a pianta aperta è arredato con due comodi divani, una TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie che si trova accanto alla nuova cucina attrezzata. La cucina è separata da un insolito bar per la colazione in mattoni di vetro. È ben attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore e macchina per il caffè. Posti letto Camera da letto: La camera da letto si apre sul balcone e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo e un armadio. Extra: Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un comodo letto matrimoniale. Il bagno Questo elegante bagno è dotato di doccia, lavabo, lavatrice e WC. Accessori - TV a schermo piatto - Wifi gratuito - Balcone - Pranzo all\'aperto - Lavatrice - Rilevatore di fumo - Riscaldamento a pavimento - Asciugacapelli - Parcheggio privato interno (altezza 1,78 cm) o esterno, ma l\'auto non è necessaria - Adatto ai bambini - Vicino allo sci, agli impianti di risalita e al bus navetta - Deposito sci Posizione L\'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale, con un ottimo accesso a tutti i servizi di Chamonix. Chamonix è nota per la grande varietà di attività invernali ed estive che offre. È un centro per lo sci, lo snowboard, lo sci di fondo, lo slittino e il pattinaggio su ghiaccio. Nei mesi estivi, vi sono numerose opzioni, tra cui escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta, arrampicata su roccia, alpinismo e rafting. L\'appartamento si trova a soli 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della funivia L\'Aiguille du Midi, che porta i visitatori sulle alte pendici per ammirare splendide viste sulle montagne e praticare l\'alpinismo. Il parco di Accro\' al Lac des Gaillands (7 minuti di auto) è un\'ottima occasione per trascorrere una giornata in famiglia. Accanto si trova il Centro di arrampicata su roccia Les Gaillands, dove i visitatori possono imparare ad arrampicare in sicurezza. Ci sono anche diverse piscine all\'aperto e campi da tennis pubblici. La città ospita numerosi ristoranti e bar di qualità, adatti a tutte le tasche e a tutte le età, molti dei quali si trovano proprio davanti alla porta di casa. Se volete cucinare a casa, ci sono negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Il mercato settimanale di Chamonix si svolge il sabato mattina nella Place du Mont Blanc (8 minuti a piedi), dove potrete trovare i migliori ingredienti locali e deliziosi formaggi. L\'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto dall\'appartamento. La stazione ferroviaria di Chamonix-Mont-Blanc è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Recommended place to stay in Chamonix, key collection point is a little bit far from the unit (within 7 mins walking distance) but relatively clear instruction to collect. Unit is clean and has very nice view.

O Apartamento é muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé facilmente, até a entrada do teleférico “aiguille du midi” fica nem 5 min de caminhada, tudo estava limpo e podemos fazer nossas própria refeições! Excelente! Voltaria outras vezes!

Super séjour. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à l’arrivée car la télécommande pour le stationnement extérieur ne nous avait pas été donnée et nous souhaitions nous y stationner. Nous avons finalement laissé la voiture à l’intérieur. L’appartement est très central et près de tout à pied. C’était parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits. Le logement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés chez Happy Rental. Appartement avec parking très pratique, car tout est payant à Chamonix. Spacieux, propre, bon canapé lit, très calme, bonne pression dans la douche (la cabine de douche est de taille standard mais peut être petite pour quelqu'un de corpulent), ascenseur. A 3 min à pied du centre ville ainsi que de la gare de montenvers et pour notre part, 10 min de la patinoire. Et une délicate attention avec la bouteille, merci beaucoup ! Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nice place. Perfect for family of five on a budget, as my wife and I used the sofa in the living room. As always the big mystery: Why have so little items in the kitchen, that you need to use the dish washer between every meal in order to have enough plates and glasses etc? And at the same time a dish washer that is not being checked for salt and rinse aid levels. But all in all a place I would use again.
