Enjoy everything that Chamonix has to offer from the stylish Appartement Lyret in the centre of the town! On the 2nd floor (with lift) of a contemporary residence the apartment can sleep up to 5 people and is the perfect base for family or friends who want to explore the Mont Blanc Valley at any time of year. The apartment is tastefully decorated and full of light, thanks to large windows and glass doors that lead out onto a balcony that extends along the front of the flat. The balcony is furnished with a café-style table and chairs where guests can relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the views out over the mountains. Back indoors, the open-plan living space is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs which is next to the newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen is separated by an unusual glass brick breakfast bar. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom: The bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Bathroom This stylish bathroom has a shower, washbasin, washing machine and W.C. Additional • Flatscreen TV • Free Wifi • Balcony • Outside dining • Washing machine • Smoke detector • Underfloor heating • Hairdryer • Private inside parking (height 1.78cm) or outside, but car not necessary • Child-friendly • Close to skiing, ski lift & ski shuttle bus • Ski storage Location The apartment is centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities. Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities on offer. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. In the summer months, there are numerous options including hiking and biking, rock climbing, mountaineering and white-water rafting. The apartment is just a 4-minute walk from L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station which takes visitors up onto the high slopes for stunning mountain views and some serious mountaineering. Accro’ Parc at Lac des Gaillands (7-minute drive) is a great day out for all the family. Next door is the Les Gaillands Rock Climbing Centre, where visitors can learn to climb safely. There are also several outdoor swimming pools and public tennis courts. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages, many of these are right on your doorstep. If you want to cook at home there are shops and supermarkets close by. Chamonix’s weekly market takes place on Saturday mornings in the Place du Mont Blanc (8-minute walk), here you can find the best local ingredients and delicious cheeses. Geneva Airport is a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc railway station is just a 5-minute walk away. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Recommended place to stay in Chamonix, key collection point is a little bit far from the unit (within 7 mins walking distance) but relatively clear instruction to collect. Unit is clean and has very nice view.

Super séjour. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à l’arrivée car la télécommande pour le stationnement extérieur ne nous avait pas été donnée et nous souhaitions nous y stationner. Nous avons finalement laissé la voiture à l’intérieur. L’appartement est très central et près de tout à pied. C’était parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits. Le logement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés chez Happy Rental. Appartement avec parking très pratique, car tout est payant à Chamonix. Spacieux, propre, bon canapé lit, très calme, bonne pression dans la douche (la cabine de douche est de taille standard mais peut être petite pour quelqu'un de corpulent), ascenseur. A 3 min à pied du centre ville ainsi que de la gare de montenvers et pour notre part, 10 min de la patinoire. Et une délicate attention avec la bouteille, merci beaucoup ! Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nice place. Perfect for family of five on a budget, as my wife and I used the sofa in the living room. As always the big mystery: Why have so little items in the kitchen, that you need to use the dish washer between every meal in order to have enough plates and glasses etc? And at the same time a dish washer that is not being checked for salt and rinse aid levels. But all in all a place I would use again.
