Appartement du Plan Praz está en la esquina de la residencia y se beneficia de ventanas de doble aspecto. El apartamento está lleno de luz y tiene vistas panorámicas a la montaña. Cerca del esquí y del senderismo, es un refugio ideal durante todo el año. En la primera planta, el apartamento combina el confort moderno con acogedores toques alpinos. El salón de planta abierta incluye un sofá, un sillón, un televisor de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 4 personas. Unas grandes puertas de cristal dan a un balcón privado. Aquí los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una copa o una taza de café al aire fresco de la montaña. De vuelta al interior, la cocina está parcialmente separada de la mesa de comedor por una media pared y está equipada con placa de cocina, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso y nevera/congelador. Para dormir Dormitorio: El acogedor dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, un armario y una puerta de cristal que da a un balcón privado. Extra: Hay una cama individual extraíble en el salón. Cuarto de baño El cuarto de baño dispone de bañera con ducha, lavabo y W.C. separado. Adicional - Balcón - Jardín compartido - Calefacción central - Detector de humos - Biblioteca - Apto para niños - Aparcamiento privado, no es necesario coche - Guardaesquís - Cerca del autobús de esquí - Cerca de las pistas de esquí Ubicación El apartamento goza de una ubicación céntrica en la zona oeste de Chamonix, a sólo 4 minutos a pie de la estación del teleférico de Brévent. Tiene un excelente acceso a todos los servicios de Chamonix y los autobuses de esquí a todas las zonas de esquí están cerca. Chamonix es conocida por su variedad de actividades tanto de invierno como de verano. Es un centro de esquí, snowboard, esquí de fondo, trineo y patinaje sobre hielo. También hay una piscina cubierta y un hammam, abiertos todo el año. En verano hay numerosas opciones, como rutas de senderismo y ciclismo por impresionantes paisajes de montaña. El mercado semanal de Chamonix (los sábados por la mañana) está en la Place du Mont Blanc (a 6 minutos en coche) y es el mejor lugar para comprar ingredientes locales para probar en casa. También hay supermercados a 5 minutos en coche. El aeropuerto de Ginebra está a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche del apartamento.

We usually stay in hotels but this year we decided to book this apartment and it was a great decision. Much more space, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and dining area, and the views are just amazing, as the apartment has two spacious balconies, so you get to enjoy the mountains views from both sides. Also there is no need to wait for a bus, as the Brevent sky lift is just a short walk away, which was great! There is also a lockable sky storage on the ground floor. Even though the walk to get to it was quite steep with a suitcase, it was definitely worth it for us and we definitely be back next year. The staff were also great, responsive and helpful, thank you.

It was a fantastic stay. The apartment is in a perfect location :) It’s beautifully arranged, incredibly close to the lift (the Brevent gondola), spotless, and very well equipped. Honestly, everything you need to be happy :) On top of that, the staff are super helpful and friendly (I know because I complained a bit — the response was immediate and kind, even though I wasn’t the one in the right 😄).

The apartment is set in a beautiful location. Very spacious and comfortable. Very good value for what is on offer. The kitchen had everything that was required for cooking meals.

A really beautiful flat with a fantastic location. It\'s very close to Brevon which is one of the ski places and also the view is magical. The interior is very alpine style, wooden, delicate, artful and cosy.
