L'Appartement du Plan Praz se trouve à l'angle de la résidence et bénéficie de fenêtres à double exposition. L'appartement est très lumineux et offre des vues panoramiques sur les montagnes. Proche du ski et de la randonnée, il constitue une retraite idéale tout au long de l'année. Au premier étage, l'appartement allie le confort moderne à des touches alpines chaleureuses. L'espace de vie ouvert comprend un canapé, un fauteuil, une télévision à écran plat et une table à manger pour 4 personnes. De grandes portes vitrées donnent sur un balcon privé. Vous pourrez y prendre un verre ou une tasse de café en profitant de l'air frais de la montagne. De retour à l'intérieur, la cuisine est partiellement séparée de la table à manger par un demi-mur et est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une machine Nespresso et d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre à coucher confortable dispose de 2 lits simples, d'une armoire et d'une porte vitrée qui mène à un balcon privé. Supplémentaire : Il y a un lit simple escamotable dans le salon. Salle de bains La salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire avec douche, d'un lavabo et d'un WC séparé. Supplémentaire - Balcon - Jardin commun - Chauffage central - Détecteur de fumée - Bibliothèque - Accueil des enfants - Parking privé, voiture non nécessaire - Local à skis - Près de la navette de ski - Près du ski Situation L'appartement bénéficie d'une situation centrale à l'ouest de Chamonix, à 4 minutes à pied de la station de téléphérique du Brévent. Il offre un excellent accès à toutes les commodités de Chamonix et les navettes de ski pour tous les domaines skiables sont à proximité. Chamonix est réputée pour sa variété d'activités d'hiver et d'été. C'est un centre pour le ski, le snowboard, le ski de fond, la luge et le patinage sur glace. Il y a également une piscine couverte et un hammam, ouverts toute l'année. En été, de nombreuses possibilités s'offrent à vous, notamment des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes cyclables traversant de magnifiques paysages de montagne. Le marché hebdomadaire de Chamonix (le samedi matin) se trouve sur la place du Mont Blanc (à 6 minutes en voiture). C'est le meilleur endroit pour acheter des ingrédients locaux à essayer chez soi. Des supermarchés se trouvent également à 5 minutes en voiture. L'aéroport de Genève se trouve à 1 heure et 10 minutes de route de l'appartement.

We usually stay in hotels but this year we decided to book this apartment and it was a great decision. Much more space, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and dining area, and the views are just amazing, as the apartment has two spacious balconies, so you get to enjoy the mountains views from both sides. Also there is no need to wait for a bus, as the Brevent sky lift is just a short walk away, which was great! There is also a lockable sky storage on the ground floor. Even though the walk to get to it was quite steep with a suitcase, it was definitely worth it for us and we definitely be back next year. The staff were also great, responsive and helpful, thank you.

It was a fantastic stay. The apartment is in a perfect location :) It’s beautifully arranged, incredibly close to the lift (the Brevent gondola), spotless, and very well equipped. Honestly, everything you need to be happy :) On top of that, the staff are super helpful and friendly (I know because I complained a bit — the response was immediate and kind, even though I wasn’t the one in the right 😄).

The apartment is set in a beautiful location. Very spacious and comfortable. Very good value for what is on offer. The kitchen had everything that was required for cooking meals.

A really beautiful flat with a fantastic location. It\'s very close to Brevon which is one of the ski places and also the view is magical. The interior is very alpine style, wooden, delicate, artful and cosy.
