Ontsnap naar de Alpen en haal het beste uit Chamonix in dit charmante appartement voor 3 personen. Appartement du Plan Praz ligt op de hoek van de residentie en heeft ramen met twee perspectieven. Het appartement is licht en heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op de bergen. Het ligt dicht bij skiën en wandelen en is het hele jaar door een ideaal toevluchtsoord. Op de eerste verdieping combineert het appartement modern comfort met gezellige alpine accenten. De open woonruimte heeft een bank, een fauteuil, een flatscreentelevisie en een eettafel voor 4 personen. Grote glazen deuren leiden naar een privébalkon. Hier kunnen gasten genieten van een drankje of een kopje koffie in de frisse berglucht. Weer binnen is de keuken gedeeltelijk gescheiden van de eettafel door een halve muur en is uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, Nespresso-apparaat en een koelkast/vriezer. Slapen Slaapkamer: De gezellige slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden, een kledingkast en een glazen deur die leidt naar een eigen balkon. Extra: Er is een uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed in de woonkamer. Badkamer De badkamer heeft een ligbad met douche, een wastafel en een aparte toilet. Extra - Balkon - Gemeenschappelijke tuin - Centrale verwarming - Rookmelder - Bibliotheek - Kindvriendelijk - Eigen parkeerplaats, auto niet nodig - Skiberging - Dichtbij skibus - Dichtbij skigebied Locatie Het appartement is centraal gelegen aan de westkant van Chamonix, op slechts 4 minuten lopen van het Brévent kabelbaanstation. Het heeft een uitstekende toegang tot alle voorzieningen van Chamonix en de pendelbussen naar alle skigebieden zijn vlakbij. Chamonix staat bekend om zijn verscheidenheid aan winter- en zomeractiviteiten. Het is een centrum voor skiën, snowboarden, langlaufen, sleeën en schaatsen. Er is ook een overdekt zwembad en hammam, dat het hele jaar door geopend is. In de zomer zijn er talloze mogelijkheden, waaronder wandel- en fietspaden door een prachtig berglandschap. De wekelijkse markt van Chamonix (zaterdagochtend) is op Place du Mont Blanc (6 minuten rijden) en is de beste plek om lokale ingrediënten te kopen om thuis te proberen. Er zijn ook supermarkten op 5 minuten rijden. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden van het appartement.

We usually stay in hotels but this year we decided to book this apartment and it was a great decision. Much more space, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and dining area, and the views are just amazing, as the apartment has two spacious balconies, so you get to enjoy the mountains views from both sides. Also there is no need to wait for a bus, as the Brevent sky lift is just a short walk away, which was great! There is also a lockable sky storage on the ground floor. Even though the walk to get to it was quite steep with a suitcase, it was definitely worth it for us and we definitely be back next year. The staff were also great, responsive and helpful, thank you.

It was a fantastic stay. The apartment is in a perfect location :) It’s beautifully arranged, incredibly close to the lift (the Brevent gondola), spotless, and very well equipped. Honestly, everything you need to be happy :) On top of that, the staff are super helpful and friendly (I know because I complained a bit — the response was immediate and kind, even though I wasn’t the one in the right 😄).

The apartment is set in a beautiful location. Very spacious and comfortable. Very good value for what is on offer. The kitchen had everything that was required for cooking meals.

A really beautiful flat with a fantastic location. It\'s very close to Brevon which is one of the ski places and also the view is magical. The interior is very alpine style, wooden, delicate, artful and cosy.
