Una Escapada con Encanto en Chamonix Este apartamento en la planta baja, situado en un chalet tranquilo, puede alojar hasta 5 personas. Es ideal para dos parejas o una familia, para una estancia en Chamonix en cualquier época del año. De fácil acceso, también cuenta con una plaza de aparcamiento privada, un verdadero plus en la zona. El espacio de estar abierto y agradable tiene acceso directo a la terraza y vistas al jardín compartido, con vistas al Mont Blanc, la Aiguille du Midi y el glaciar de Bossons, ¡donde los ciervos suelen aparecer al anochecer! La distribución sencilla y moderna crea un ambiente acogedor, ideal para relajarse después de un día en la montaña. El salón está equipado con un sofá en L y un televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina abierta, funcional y muy bien equipada (horno, placa de inducción, frigorífico-congelador, cafetera, hervidor) permite preparar fácilmente las comidas. Una pequeña barra para dos personas y una mesa de comedor completan el espacio. En el exterior, la terraza está equipada para comer al aire libre cuando hace buen tiempo. El apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones, cada una con su baño abierto. La habitación principal dispone de una cama doble 160 x 200, bañera y lavabo. La segunda habitación tiene una litera 120 x 190 con una cama individual 90 x 190, así como ducha y lavabo. También hay un WC independiente y un espacio de lavandería privado. Un entorno tranquilo y práctico (no se permiten fiestas). El apartamento está situado en un callejón sin salida tranquilo, accesible por un camino privado, cerca de varios senderos de montaña. Accro Park y el muro de escalada del Lac des Gaillands están a 8 minutos a pie. El centro de Chamonix se encuentra a unos 7 minutos en coche. Las familias también están bien ubicadas para llegar al centro de Chamonix en 7 minutos en coche. Chamonix Mont-Blanc ofrece 170 km de pistas de esquí balizadas (Grands-Montets, Brévent-Flégère, Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine, Les Houches…) y muchas otras actividades deportivas y culturales. A 1.000 metros de altitud, Chamonix ofrece excelente restauración, bares, cafés, cine, museos y tiendas. Si las pistas de invierno están cerradas debido a riesgo de avalanchas o viento, “Cham” ofrece muchas otras actividades: raquetas de nieve, trineo, esquí de fondo, patinaje sobre hielo, yoga, escalada indoor, piscina, numerosos spas… El verano también está lleno de actividades: senderismo, golf, tenis, parque de aventura, parapente… Quienes busquen una noche animada tendrán muchas opciones: bares, locales de música en vivo, discotecas y bares lounge. Un día en Courmayeur puede formar parte de la estancia; cruzando el túnel del Mont Blanc, ¡se llega en 25 minutos! (Revisar la densidad del tráfico). El aeropuerto de Ginebra está a solo 72 minutos en coche por la A40. Debido a la topografía, ubicación y condiciones climáticas únicas del valle del Mont Blanc, la conectividad a Internet puede no ser fiable.

First of all - a massive thank you to the management agency that takes care of this place - they did a fantastic job! They shared a lot of really useful info, made check in easy and the place was CLEAN! I am always nervous about airbnb cleanliness due to bad experiences but this place was spotless. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s been updated since the photos were taken. The garden is finished, tv is bigger, facilities are perfect. Two small points that need improvement: - main bed was tiny and quite uncomfortable. This is coming from two short and small people who barely managed to fit in it. - wifi was very weak. We spent two weeks here and worked remotely the first week and both of us could not be on calls / use the internet at the same time. But despite this we’d book again without a doubt. The place is amazing, location is perfect and the agency did such a good job! Thank you!

An extremely comfortable place to stay - the entire ground floor of a beautiful chalet - wonderfully equipped and clean, with plenty of space. Although very close to Chamonix, it feels like it is in the edge of the forest, with astounding views of l'Aguille du Midi and the Bossons Glacier. Plenty of green grass, trees and pace all around, but may to find and room to park the car. The staff at Happy Rentals were wonderful to deal with - helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Sarka and Mudita! This was a perfect experience for us.

Het is een mooi chalet op een locatie die adembenemend is. Wat een uitzicht Het chalet is erg compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het chalet staat nu een nieuw gebouw waar je je auto in kan parkeren en deze is afsluitbaar.

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.

Het is een mooi chalet op een locatie die adembenemend is. Wat een uitzicht Het chalet is erg compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het chalet staat nu een nieuw gebouw waar je je auto in kan parkeren en deze is afsluitbaar.

Accommodation itself was stunning and in a great location, the ktichen was very well stocked in a good location. When I contacted Happy Rentals with issues they were very quick in responding and fixing issues which was really appreciated.

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.

A cosy little apartment with a pleasant living room and very good location. Very well equipped. Close to a train station and not far from a supermarket. Splendid views from the property.
