Een Charmante Ontsnapping in Chamonix Dit appartement op de begane grond, gelegen in een rustig chalet, biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 gasten. Het is ideaal voor twee koppels of een gezin, voor een verblijf in Chamonix het hele jaar door. Goed bereikbaar, het heeft ook een privéparkeerplaats – een echt pluspunt in de regio. De open en aangename leefruimte biedt directe toegang tot het terras en uitzicht op de gedeelde tuin, met zicht op de Mont Blanc, de Aiguille du Midi en de Bossons-gletsjer, waar ’s avonds regelmatig herten verschijnen! Het eenvoudige en moderne interieur creëert een gezellige sfeer, perfect om te ontspannen na een dag in de bergen. De woonkamer is uitgerust met een L-vormige bank en een flatscreen-tv. De open, functionele en goed uitgeruste keuken (oven, inductiekookplaat, koelkast-vriescombinatie, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker) maakt het gemakkelijk om maaltijden te bereiden. Een kleine bar voor twee personen en een eettafel completeren de ruimte. Buiten is het terras ingericht voor maaltijden bij mooi weer. Het appartement heeft twee slaapkamers, elk met een open badkamer. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed van 160 x 200, een bad en een wastafel. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed van 120 x 190 met een eenpersoonsbed van 90 x 190, evenals een douche en wastafel. Een apart toilet en een privéwasruimte zijn ook beschikbaar. Een rustige en praktische omgeving (feestjes niet toegestaan). Het appartement ligt aan een rustige doodlopende weg, bereikbaar via een privépad, dicht bij verschillende wandelpaden. Accro Park en de klimwand bij Lac des Gaillands zijn in 8 minuten te voet bereikbaar. Het centrum van Chamonix ligt op ongeveer 7 minuten rijden. Chamonix Mont-Blanc biedt 170 km aan skipistes (Grands-Montets, Brévent-Flégère, Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine, Les Houches…) en vele andere sport- en culturele activiteiten. Op 1.000 meter hoogte biedt Chamonix uitstekende restaurants, bars, cafés, bioscopen, musea en winkelmogelijkheden! Als de pistes in de winter gesloten zijn vanwege lawine- of windgevaar, biedt “Cham” veel andere activiteiten: sneeuwschoenwandelen, rodelen, langlaufen, schaatsen, yoga, indoor klimmen, zwemmen, talrijke spa’s… De zomer biedt ook veel activiteiten: wandelen, golf, tennis, avonturenpark, paragliden… Wie op zoek is naar een levendige avond, heeft volop keuze uit bars, live muzieklocaties, nachtclubs en loungebars! Een dagtrip naar Courmayeur kan deel uitmaken van het verblijf; via de Mont Blanc-tunnel bent u er in 25 minuten! (Controleer het verkeer!) De luchthaven van Genève ligt slechts 72 minuten met de auto via de A40. Vanwege de topografie, locatie en unieke weersomstandigheden van de Mont Blanc-vallei kan de internetverbinding onbetrouwbaar zijn.

First of all - a massive thank you to the management agency that takes care of this place - they did a fantastic job! They shared a lot of really useful info, made check in easy and the place was CLEAN! I am always nervous about airbnb cleanliness due to bad experiences but this place was spotless. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s been updated since the photos were taken. The garden is finished, tv is bigger, facilities are perfect. Two small points that need improvement: - main bed was tiny and quite uncomfortable. This is coming from two short and small people who barely managed to fit in it. - wifi was very weak. We spent two weeks here and worked remotely the first week and both of us could not be on calls / use the internet at the same time. But despite this we’d book again without a doubt. The place is amazing, location is perfect and the agency did such a good job! Thank you!

An extremely comfortable place to stay - the entire ground floor of a beautiful chalet - wonderfully equipped and clean, with plenty of space. Although very close to Chamonix, it feels like it is in the edge of the forest, with astounding views of l'Aguille du Midi and the Bossons Glacier. Plenty of green grass, trees and pace all around, but may to find and room to park the car. The staff at Happy Rentals were wonderful to deal with - helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Sarka and Mudita! This was a perfect experience for us.

Het is een mooi chalet op een locatie die adembenemend is. Wat een uitzicht Het chalet is erg compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het chalet staat nu een nieuw gebouw waar je je auto in kan parkeren en deze is afsluitbaar.

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.

Absolutely gorgeous chalet with a lovely garden with an amazing view. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The chalet is very well equipped and comfortable.

Très beau chalet avec vue sur l'aiguille du midi. Accès 7 minutes aux 2 lignes de bus ou au train pour se rendre à Chamonix et aux centres d'intérêts (Parking pas facile dans Chamonix) Espace vert pour jouer avec les enfants ou manger dehors Chalet bien équipé classique à l'extérieur et moderne à l'intérieur Draps fournis, linge de toilette et nettoyage final compris dans la location

Het is een mooi chalet op een locatie die adembenemend is. Wat een uitzicht Het chalet is erg compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het chalet staat nu een nieuw gebouw waar je je auto in kan parkeren en deze is afsluitbaar.

Accommodation itself was stunning and in a great location, the ktichen was very well stocked in a good location. When I contacted Happy Rentals with issues they were very quick in responding and fixing issues which was really appreciated.

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.

A cosy little apartment with a pleasant living room and very good location. Very well equipped. Close to a train station and not far from a supermarket. Splendid views from the property.
