The property is an 8-minute walk from Accro Park and the climbing wall at Lac des Gaillands and a 7-minute drive from Chamonix town centre.
The pleasant open-plan living space has direct access to the terrace and overlooks the shared garden, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the Bossons Glacier, where deer often appear at dusk! The simple and modern layout creates a friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The living room is equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with an oven, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. A small bar for two and a dining table complete the space. Outside, the terrace is furnished for outdoor dining in nice weather.

Located on a private street called Impasse de la Pchotte, guests have access to several hiking trails and are a 10-minute walk from Accro Park, the climbing wall, and Lac des Gaillands. Families are also well positioned to reach Chamonix centre in 7 minutes by car.
Chamonix Mont-Blanc offers 170 km of ski slopes (Grands-Montets, Brévent-Flégère, Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine, Les Houches…) and many other sports and cultural activities. At 1,000 meters above sea level, Chamonix offers excellent dining, bars, cafes, cinema, museums, and shopping! First of all - a massive thank you to the management agency that takes care of this place - they did a fantastic job! They shared a lot of really useful info, made check in easy and the place was CLEAN! I am always nervous about airbnb cleanliness due to bad experiences but this place was spotless. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s been updated since the photos were taken. The garden is finished, tv is bigger, facilities are perfect. Two small points that need improvement: - main bed was tiny and quite uncomfortable. This is coming from two short and small people who barely managed to fit in it. - wifi was very weak. We spent two weeks here and worked remotely the first week and both of us could not be on calls / use the internet at the same time. But despite this we’d book again without a doubt. The place is amazing, location is perfect and the agency did such a good job! Thank you!

An extremely comfortable place to stay - the entire ground floor of a beautiful chalet - wonderfully equipped and clean, with plenty of space. Although very close to Chamonix, it feels like it is in the edge of the forest, with astounding views of l'Aguille du Midi and the Bossons Glacier. Plenty of green grass, trees and pace all around, but may to find and room to park the car. The staff at Happy Rentals were wonderful to deal with - helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Sarka and Mudita! This was a perfect experience for us.

A beautifully situated house with a picturesque view of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. The living room, which opens onto a kitchenette, is quite spacious and comfortable, and a huge plus is the direct access from the living room to the outdoors, where you can admire the mountains. The other rooms—two bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the half-bath—are considerably smaller. The entire apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. Another big plus is the ability to park your car on the property right next to the house. The greatest advantage of this place is the tremendous sense of privacy. I definitely recommend it!

Pięknie położony dom z malowniczym widokiem na Aiguille du Midi oraz Mont Blanc. Właścicielka to bardzo miła i pomocna osoba. Salon połączony z aneksem kuchennym jest dość obszerny i wygodny, a ogromnym atutem jest możliwość bezpośredniego wyjścia z salonu na zewnątrz, skąd można podziwiać góry. Pozostałe pomieszczenia – dwie sypialnie, łazienki oraz toaleta – są już sporo mniejsze. Cały apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie konieczne sprzęty. Dużym plusem jest także możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na posesji bezpośrednio przy domu. Największą zaletą tego miejsca jest ogromne poczucie prywatności. Zdecydowanie polecam!

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.

The living room, which opens onto a kitchenette, is quite spacious and comfortable, and a huge plus is the direct access from the living room to the outdoors, where you can admire the mountains. The other rooms—two bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the half-bath—are considerably smaller. The entire apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. Another big plus is the ability to park your car on the property right next to the house. The greatest advantage of this place is the tremendous sense of privacy. I definitely recommend it!

Het is een mooi chalet op een locatie die adembenemend is. Wat een uitzicht Het chalet is erg compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het chalet staat nu een nieuw gebouw waar je je auto in kan parkeren en deze is afsluitbaar.

Pięknie położony dom z malowniczym widokiem na Aiguille du Midi oraz Mont Blanc. Właścicielka to bardzo miła i pomocna osoba. Salon połączony z aneksem kuchennym jest dość obszerny i wygodny, a ogromnym atutem jest możliwość bezpośredniego wyjścia z salonu na zewnątrz, skąd można podziwiać góry. Pozostałe pomieszczenia – dwie sypialnie, łazienki oraz toaleta – są już sporo mniejsze. Cały apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie konieczne sprzęty. Dużym plusem jest także możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na posesji bezpośrednio przy domu. Największą zaletą tego miejsca jest ogromne poczucie prywatności. Zdecydowanie polecam!

The apartment itself is in a stunning location; views from the garden of Mont Blanc and it's walkable into town (30 minute walk to Chamonix), with a lovely garden that's great to spend time in the summer. The living space is very large and comfortably fits the whole group, the kitchen is very well stocked and made it easy to spend a long time there. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. so was able to have a comfortable stay. I will say that the company that host the apartment, were very quick at responding and fixing issues which was really useful. I would definitely recommend, but there are a few things that need fixing and I think it's overpriced.
