Es una opción de alojamiento perfecta para aquellos que buscan pasar sus próximas vacaciones en una ciudad lacustre italiana, relajándose en compañía de la abundante naturaleza con las mínimas molestias. Salga a la terraza y relájese en la silla colgante o cene en la mesa de aperitivos. También hay un balcón en la parte trasera del apartamento con sillas exteriores con vistas al jardín compartido. El salón del apartamento tiene un ambiente alegre y refrescante. Está amueblado con un sofá, una mesa de comedor, un expositor y una cocina abierta. Está a sólo 50 metros de la playa más cercana, una gran cantidad de restaurantes, tiendas y el supermercado. El agradable paseo del lago es perfecto para pasear. Las coloridas casas de estilo veneciano a lo largo del puerto son de las más bonitas de todas las ciudades del lago de Garda. Para los turistas de buen nivel, el campo de golf está a unos 10 kilómetros del apartamento. La red ferroviaria conecta la ciudad con otras partes de Italia. La estación está a poco más de 2 kilómetros de la casa. También se recomienda un paseo en barco para visitar otras ciudades lacustres de la región. El paseo marítimo, las callejuelas comerciales y la pequeña fortaleza de la ciudad son las principales entradas en el itinerario de los turistas que visitan la ciudad. También es conocida por su animada vida nocturna y sus eventos. La Villa Romana de Desenzano, con sus ruinas, mosaicos y un pequeño museo, atrae a los turistas que visitan la ciudad. El aeropuerto más cercano está a sólo 38 kilómetros.

Die große und schöne Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und Garten Da war alles für Leben Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün Manuela war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar Parkplatz: mit SUV wird sehr kompliziert auf Gelände zu parken (Einfahrt ist nicht einfach). Spacious well equipped property with good bedroom sizes. Nice terrace on the front with v comfy chairs, this is shared with the main entrance to the property which we were a little worried about but we were hardly disturbed at all for the whole 10 days we were there and its a lovely place to sit, plenty of bird life to see and listen too. We saw a firecrest! V close to the lake, under 5 mins to the nearest beach (Margy Beach) which is v good and recommend paying for a lounger the staff there are fantastic. 5 mins walk into Desenzano center, 14 mins walk to nearest supermarket and 7 mins walk to the ferries!! Would stay again and recommend.

Excellent location, a few minutes from the beach, 10 mins walk from the nearest Aldi. Very central yet tucked away from the main streets, quiet and leafy area. The property (2-bed ground floor appartment) was very pretty, spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed (aircons in all bedrooms, dish washer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, adaptors etc.). Sun loungers were provided to sit in the garden or on the terrace. Communication with the host (Manuela) was very quick and helpful.

Comfortable beds and nice bed linen. The location was close to the Lake and very easy to walk in to the main area. We made the mistake of trying to park inside the gates and found it impossible to get the car out again until somebody kindly moved their car. Instead, like others we ended up parking at the top of the street which was only a few minutes walk away. We were disappointed not to have the swing seat in the photos- we were looking forward to swinging in that! But the garden is lovely.

It is a self-catering apartment so we prepared breakfast ourselves. Apartment is spacious and location is very good, only couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, shops and restaurants. Host had left us a bottle of wine on arrival, which was a nice touch.

Die Lage war super, man findet auch immer einen Parkplatz in der Gasse. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut, nur hätten wir uns Fliegengitter an den Fenster gewünscht, damit keine Mücken reinkommen. Das einchecken haz Problem mit dem Schlüsselcode geklappt, den man vorher beim Büro abholt. Dad mit dem kostenpflichtigen WLAN haben wir nicht verstanden, wie man das hätte anmelden sollen. Wir hätten uns zudem noch ein Kinderhochstuhl gewünscht, aber da haben wir auch nicht voran gefragt.
