Il s\'agit d\'un choix d\'hébergement parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent passer leurs prochaines vacances dans une ville lacustre italienne et se détendre en compagnie d\'une nature généreuse sans être dérangés. Sortez sur la terrasse et détendez-vous sur la chaise oscillante ou dînez sur la table d\'apéritif. Il y a également un balcon à l\'arrière de l\'appartement avec des chaises extérieures donnant sur le jardin partagé. Le salon de l\'appartement présente une atmosphère vivante et rafraîchissante. Il est meublé d\'un canapé, d\'une table à manger, d\'un présentoir et d\'une cuisine ouverte. Il se trouve à seulement 50 mètres de la plage la plus proche, d\'une multitude de restaurants, de magasins et du supermarché. L\'agréable promenade du lac est parfaite pour se promener. Les maisons colorées de style vénitien qui bordent le port sont parmi les plus jolies de toutes les villes du lac de Garde. La gare se trouve à un peu plus de 2 kilomètres de la maison. Une promenade en bateau est également recommandée pour visiter les autres villes lacustres de la région. Le front de mer, les allées commerçantes et la petite forteresse de la ville sont les principales entrées de l\'itinéraire des touristes qui visitent la ville. La ville est également connue pour sa vie nocturne animée et ses événements. La villa romaine de Desenzano, avec ses ruines, ses mosaïques et son petit musée, attire les touristes qui visitent la ville. L\'aéroport le plus proche se trouve à seulement 38 kilomètres.

Die große und schöne Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und Garten Da war alles für Leben Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün Manuela war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar Parkplatz: mit SUV wird sehr kompliziert auf Gelände zu parken (Einfahrt ist nicht einfach). Aber wir hatten immer Platz auf der Straße am Haus

Bell'appartamento, in zona silenziosa ma vicino al lago. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e ci ha fatto trovato una stufetta per riscaldare visto che ancora non si potevano accendere i termosifoni. Esperienza da ripetere.

Spacious well equipped property with good bedroom sizes. Nice terrace on the front with v comfy chairs, this is shared with the main entrance to the property which we were a little worried about but we were hardly disturbed at all for the whole 10 days we were there and its a lovely place to sit, plenty of bird life to see and listen too. We saw a firecrest! V close to the lake, under 5 mins to the nearest beach (Margy Beach) which is v good and recommend paying for a lounger the staff there are fantastic. 5 mins walk into Desenzano center, 14 mins walk to nearest supermarket and 7 mins walk to the ferries!! Would stay again and recommend.

Excellent location, a few minutes from the beach, 10 mins walk from the nearest Aldi. Very central yet tucked away from the main streets, quiet and leafy area. The property (2-bed ground floor appartment) was very pretty, spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed (aircons in all bedrooms, dish washer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, adaptors etc.). Sun loungers were provided to sit in the garden or on the terrace. Communication with the host (Manuela) was very quick and helpful.

Comfortable beds and nice bed linen. The location was close to the Lake and very easy to walk in to the main area. We made the mistake of trying to park inside the gates and found it impossible to get the car out again until somebody kindly moved their car. Instead, like others we ended up parking at the top of the street which was only a few minutes walk away. We were disappointed not to have the swing seat in the photos- we were looking forward to swinging in that! But the garden is lovely.

It is a self-catering apartment so we prepared breakfast ourselves. Apartment is spacious and location is very good, only couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, shops and restaurants. Host had left us a bottle of wine on arrival, which was a nice touch.

Die Lage war super, man findet auch immer einen Parkplatz in der Gasse. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut, nur hätten wir uns Fliegengitter an den Fenster gewünscht, damit keine Mücken reinkommen. Das einchecken haz Problem mit dem Schlüsselcode geklappt, den man vorher beim Büro abholt. Dad mit dem kostenpflichtigen WLAN haben wir nicht verstanden, wie man das hätte anmelden sollen. Wir hätten uns zudem noch ein Kinderhochstuhl gewünscht, aber da haben wir auch nicht voran gefragt.
