Godetevi le meraviglie di una vacanza sul lago da questo bellissimo appartamento con due camere da letto a Desenzano del Garda per 4 persone. L'appartamento per le vacanze si trova al piano terra di una villetta a schiera ed è adatto a ospiti di tutte le età. È una scelta di alloggio perfetta per chi vuole trascorrere la propria vacanza in una città sul lago in Italia, rilassandosi in compagnia della natura e del silenzio. Uscite in terrazza e rilassatevi sulla sedia a dondolo o cenate sul tavolo per gli aperitivi. Sul retro dell'appartamento c'è anche un balcone con sedie esterne che si affaccia sul giardino comune. Il soggiorno dell'appartamento ha un'atmosfera vivace e piacevole. È arredato con un divano, un tavolo da pranzo e una cucina a vista. La cucina è dotata di moderni elettrodomestici tra cui una lavastoviglie, un forno a microonde, un forno, un piano cottura a induzione, un frigorifero, un tostapane e un bollitore elettrico per offrire tutti i comfort necessari. Dista solo 50 metri dalla spiaggia più vicina, da una serie di ristoranti, negozi e dal supermercato. Il piacevole lungolago è perfetto per fare una passeggiata. Le colorate case in stile veneziano lungo il porto sono tra le più belle di tutte le città del lago di Garda. Per i turisti sportivi, il campo da golf si trova a circa 10 chilometri dall'appartamento. La rete ferroviaria collega la città con altre parti d'Italia. La stazione è a poco più di 2 chilometri dalla casa. Si consiglia anche un giro in barca per visitare altre città lacustri della regione. Il lungomare, i vicoli per lo shopping e la piccola fortezza della città sono gli ingressi principali nell'itinerario dei turisti che visitano la città. È anche nota per la sua vivace vita notturna e per i suoi eventi. La Villa Romana di Desenzano con le sue rovine, i mosaici e un piccolo museo attira i turisti che visitano la città. L'aeroporto più vicino è a soli 38 chilometri.

Die große und schöne Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und Garten Da war alles für Leben Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün Manuela war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar Parkplatz: mit SUV wird sehr kompliziert auf Gelände zu parken (Einfahrt ist nicht einfach). Spacious well equipped property with good bedroom sizes. Nice terrace on the front with v comfy chairs, this is shared with the main entrance to the property which we were a little worried about but we were hardly disturbed at all for the whole 10 days we were there and its a lovely place to sit, plenty of bird life to see and listen too. We saw a firecrest! V close to the lake, under 5 mins to the nearest beach (Margy Beach) which is v good and recommend paying for a lounger the staff there are fantastic. 5 mins walk into Desenzano center, 14 mins walk to nearest supermarket and 7 mins walk to the ferries!! Would stay again and recommend.

Excellent location, a few minutes from the beach, 10 mins walk from the nearest Aldi. Very central yet tucked away from the main streets, quiet and leafy area. The property (2-bed ground floor appartment) was very pretty, spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed (aircons in all bedrooms, dish washer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, adaptors etc.). Sun loungers were provided to sit in the garden or on the terrace. Communication with the host (Manuela) was very quick and helpful.

Comfortable beds and nice bed linen. The location was close to the Lake and very easy to walk in to the main area. We made the mistake of trying to park inside the gates and found it impossible to get the car out again until somebody kindly moved their car. Instead, like others we ended up parking at the top of the street which was only a few minutes walk away. We were disappointed not to have the swing seat in the photos- we were looking forward to swinging in that! But the garden is lovely.

It is a self-catering apartment so we prepared breakfast ourselves. Apartment is spacious and location is very good, only couple of minutes walk to the lakeside, shops and restaurants. Host had left us a bottle of wine on arrival, which was a nice touch.

Die Lage war super, man findet auch immer einen Parkplatz in der Gasse. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut, nur hätten wir uns Fliegengitter an den Fenster gewünscht, damit keine Mücken reinkommen. Das einchecken haz Problem mit dem Schlüsselcode geklappt, den man vorher beim Büro abholt. Dad mit dem kostenpflichtigen WLAN haben wir nicht verstanden, wie man das hätte anmelden sollen. Wir hätten uns zudem noch ein Kinderhochstuhl gewünscht, aber da haben wir auch nicht voran gefragt.
