Situada en la preciosa ladera de la codiciada orilla occidental del lago de Como, en la antigua localidad de Argegno, esta impresionante propiedad es ideal para familias y grupos.
La vivienda, situada en planta baja, cuenta con numerosas comodidades modernas, incluido un sistema de entrada con interfono. Un impresionante y espacioso salón diáfano ofrece un lugar encantador para relajarse y descansar, con un cómodo sofá y un televisor de pantalla plana para el entretenimiento de los huéspedes, así como un comedor con una cocina integrada de nueva instalación que cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, incluyendo lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, horno con placa y microondas.
Desde el salón, los huéspedes también pueden disfrutar de unas vistas directas y soleadas de la pequeña y exclusiva residencia con su piscina, así como de la ladera de la montaña y del propio lago. Las puertas correderas de cristal se abren para dar paso a la fabulosa terraza-balcón privada, donde se puede disfrutar de una cena al aire libre.
La preciosa zona de dormitorios ha sido amueblada con un acabado elegante y contemporáneo, y consta de dos amplios dormitorios dobles totalmente amueblados y un cuarto de baño moderno y recién reformado con lavadora. En el salón, el sofá cama doble también puede utilizarse para alojar a cualquier huésped adicional durante su estancia.

Los terrenos de la exclusiva Residencia Eden ofrecen algo más que una ubicación soleada y unas impresionantes vistas al lago, ya que también ponen a disposición de los residentes una maravillosa piscina exterior compartida, ideal para el ocio y el descanso junto al agua, ¡con unas vistas impresionantes para disfrutar además! También hay aparcamiento y un sistema de acceso por teléfono. No está permitido fumar.
Desde la residencia, situada en la ladera, los huéspedes pueden llegar al centro de Argegno, a orillas del lago, en solo 5 minutos en coche o en 10-15 minutos a pie. Esta popular localidad turística ofrece numerosas vistas pintorescas, desde el caudaloso río de montaña y los antiguos puentes hasta las animadas plazas con cafeterías, bares y restaurantes, que conducen a tranquilos y encantadores callejones medievales y zonas de la ciudad que están esperando a ser exploradas.
La localidad cuenta con una amplia gama de servicios locales y ofrece algunos restaurantes excelentes para disfrutar, entre ellos «La Piazzetta». Desde la localidad, los huéspedes también pueden utilizar fácilmente el servicio de ferry y autobús o desplazarse en coche para explorar las localidades cercanas y disfrutar de otras maravillosas experiencias gastronómicas en «Il Crotto Platani» y «Gatto Nero». Alojarse en Argegno, en la codiciada orilla occidental del lago de Como, también significa que los huéspedes se encuentran a poca distancia de los encantos cosmopolitas de la ciudad de Como, entre los que se incluyen la famosa catedral del Duomo, sus animadas plazas, la amplia variedad de bulevares comerciales, tanto de marcas de diseño como de tiendas populares, y Villa Olmo, que acoge cada año en sus espléndidas salas y jardines numerosos eventos y festivales artísticos y musicales. August 2018 We had a fantastic time. We arrived at the apartment late at night and in the dark. Finding it wasn't too bad, although the directions could stipulate that at the third hairpin bend you go straight across because in the dark you can't see the coloured houses mentioned. The balcony was the best bit of the apartment. We're a family of five but it was big enough for us all and it has a wonderful view of the lack and hills that you can sit and stare at for hours. The apartment is also next to the pool which is really convenient. And the pool, while small, doesn't get busy and is a lovely spot with another great view of the lake. The apartment complex as a whole is well kept and quiet and a lovely relaxing place to be. What we loved was the fact that you can walk into the town of Argegno in five minutes. It's downhill all the way (and so a climb back) and it takes you through the lovely alleyways and cobbled ancient backstreets of the old town with its characterful buildings. On the way you'll pass a family run restaurant (which you can see from the apartment) which is worth a try. And there is a little square in Argegno with restaurants and bars. La Piazzetta is worth a try but expensive. We went for pizzas which for the vegetarians amongst us weren't very good. But if you can pay a bit more I'm sure the quality of the food is good. Barchetta is also good and more reasonable. Also try the ice-cream parlour which is popular and the coffee shop next to La Piazetta. We loved Argegno. It's small but still retains its character and its a good place to explore the rest of the Lake. Take the cable car up to Pigra which gives you a great view of the lake. You can also catch the boat from Argegno which (for about 75 euros for a family of five adults and one child) takes you to the main towns nearby - Bellagio, Varenna etc. Make sure you get the first boat of the day 10.10 otherwise the boat and the stop-offs get packed. For swimming - go the Lido at Ossuccio. Get there in the morning when it's quiet so you can get your beach towels down. There's a bar and a place to swim/jump in the water from. Lenno is a nice place to visit as are Tremezzo and Mennagio. For supermarkets, your best bet is a short 10-15 minute drive south towards Como to Bennets which is huge and sells everything you'll need. We stayed for 8 nights and we loved it. We had a great time. Based on the pictures we had expected a bit more furniture in the apartement. Little space to sit comfortly with a family of 4. agreno is a Nice little village at walking distanse. The road to the residense is a bit scary if You are bot used to the italian roads. Parking garage under building is convenient but in fact hard to Get into with a larger car. This is something to be aware off.

This property is located beautifully. We loved the view, and proximity to Argregno and neighbouring villages. Instructions to locate it were very clear, and although we had troubles with the main door key sometimes, it was secure.
