Dit prachtige pand, gelegen op de schitterende heuvel langs de gewilde westelijke oevers van het Comomeer in het oude stadje Argegno, is ideaal voor gezinnen en groepen.
De woning op de begane grond beschikt over tal van moderne en handige voorzieningen, waaronder een telefoontoegangssysteem. De prachtige, ruime open woonkamer is een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen, met een comfortabele bank en een flatscreen-tv voor het vermaak van de gasten, en een eethoek met een nieuw ingerichte, geïntegreerde keuken die is voorzien van alle gewenste apparatuur, waaronder een vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, oven met kookplaat en magnetron.
Vanuit de woonkamer kunnen gasten ook genieten van het zonnige, directe uitzicht op het kleine en exclusieve wooncomplex met zijn zwembad, evenals op de berghelling en het meer zelf. Glazen schuifdeuren leiden gasten naar het fantastische privébalkonterras, waar heerlijk buiten gedineerd kan worden!
De prachtige slaapruimtes zijn stijlvol en modern ingericht en bestaan uit twee ruime, volledig ingerichte tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een moderne, nieuw ingerichte badkamer met een wasmachine. In de woonkamer kan de tweepersoonsslaapbank ook worden gebruikt om eventuele extra gasten tijdens uw verblijf te huisvesten.

Het terrein van de exclusieve Residence Eden biedt meer dan alleen de zonnige ligging en het adembenemende uitzicht op het meer; het biedt bewoners ook een prachtig, gemeenschappelijk buitenzwembad dat ideaal is voor recreatie en ontspanning aan het zwembad, met eveneens adembenemende uitzichten om van te genieten! Er zijn ook parkeergelegenheden en een telefoontoegangssysteem beschikbaar. Roken is niet toegestaan.
Vanuit de residentie op de heuvel kunnen gasten het centrum van Argegno aan het meer in slechts 5 minuten met de auto of in 10-15 minuten te voet bereiken. Dit populaire toeristische stadje biedt talrijke schilderachtige uitzichten, van de bruisende bergrivier en eeuwenoude bruggen tot de levendige pleinen met cafés, bars en restaurants, die uitkomen op rustigere en charmante middeleeuwse steegjes en delen van de stad die erop wachten om ontdekt te worden!
De stad biedt een scala aan lokale voorzieningen en beschikt over een aantal zeer goede restaurants, waaronder La Piazzetta. Vanuit de stad kunnen gasten ook gemakkelijk gebruikmaken van de veerboot- en busdiensten of met de auto reizen om de nabijgelegen stadjes te verkennen en te genieten van andere prachtige eetervaringen bij Il Crotto Platani en Gatto Nero. Een verblijf in Argegno, aan de begeerlijke westelijke oever van het Comomeer, betekent ook dat gasten binnen handbereik zijn van de kosmopolitische hoogstandjes van de stad Como, waaronder de beroemde Duomo-kathedraal, de bruisende pleinen, de grote verscheidenheid aan winkelstraten met zowel designermerken als gangbare winkelketens, en Villa Olmo, waar in de prachtige zalen en tuinen elk jaar talrijke kunst- en muziekevenementen en festivals plaatsvinden. Vanuit de stad rijdt er ook regelmatig een trein naar Milaan, waardoor het een ideale uitvalsbasis is om de regio Lombardije te verkennen.

August 2018 We had a fantastic time. We arrived at the apartment late at night and in the dark. Finding it wasn't too bad, although the directions could stipulate that at the third hairpin bend you go straight across because in the dark you can't see the coloured houses mentioned. The balcony was the best bit of the apartment. We're a family of five but it was big enough for us all and it has a wonderful view of the lack and hills that you can sit and stare at for hours. The apartment is also next to the pool which is really convenient. And the pool, while small, doesn't get busy and is a lovely spot with another great view of the lake. The apartment complex as a whole is well kept and quiet and a lovely relaxing place to be. What we loved was the fact that you can walk into the town of Argegno in five minutes. It's downhill all the way (and so a climb back) and it takes you through the lovely alleyways and cobbled ancient backstreets of the old town with its characterful buildings. On the way you'll pass a family run restaurant (which you can see from the apartment) which is worth a try. And there is a little square in Argegno with restaurants and bars. La Piazzetta is worth a try but expensive. We went for pizzas which for the vegetarians amongst us weren't very good. But if you can pay a bit more I'm sure the quality of the food is good. Barchetta is also good and more reasonable. Also try the ice-cream parlour which is popular and the coffee shop next to La Piazetta. We loved Argegno. It's small but still retains its character and its a good place to explore the rest of the Lake. Take the cable car up to Pigra which gives you a great view of the lake. You can also catch the boat from Argegno which (for about 75 euros for a family of five adults and one child) takes you to the main towns nearby - Bellagio, Varenna etc. Make sure you get the first boat of the day 10.10 otherwise the boat and the stop-offs get packed. For swimming - go the Lido at Ossuccio. Get there in the morning when it's quiet so you can get your beach towels down. There's a bar and a place to swim/jump in the water from. Lenno is a nice place to visit as are Tremezzo and Mennagio. For supermarkets, your best bet is a short 10-15 minute drive south towards Como to Bennets which is huge and sells everything you'll need. We stayed for 8 nights and we loved it. We had a great time. Based on the pictures we had expected a bit more furniture in the apartement. Little space to sit comfortly with a family of 4. agreno is a Nice little village at walking distanse. The road to the residense is a bit scary if You are bot used to the italian roads. Parking garage under building is convenient but in fact hard to Get into with a larger car. This is something to be aware off.

This property is located beautifully. We loved the view, and proximity to Argregno and neighbouring villages. Instructions to locate it were very clear, and although we had troubles with the main door key sometimes, it was secure.
