Una vacanza mozzafiato sul Lago di Como!
Adagiata sulle splendide colline che costeggiano l’ambita sponda occidentale del Lago di Como, nell’antico borgo di Argegno, questa splendida proprietà è l’ideale per famiglie e gruppi.
La proprietà, situata al piano terra, offre numerosi comfort moderni e pratici, tra cui un sistema di citofono. Uno splendido e spazioso soggiorno a pianta aperta offre un luogo incantevole dove rilassarsi e distendersi, con un comodo divano dotato di TV a schermo piatto per l’intrattenimento degli ospiti e una zona pranzo con una cucina integrata di recente installazione che dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, tra cui lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, tostapane, forno con piano cottura e microonde.
Dal soggiorno, gli ospiti possono inoltre godere di una vista diretta e soleggiata sul piccolo ed esclusivo complesso residenziale con la sua piscina, nonché sul versante della montagna e sul lago stesso. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono per condurre gli ospiti sulla favolosa terrazza-balcone privata, dove è possibile cenare all’aperto!
La splendida zona notte è stata arredata con uno stile elegante e contemporaneo e comprende due spaziose camere matrimoniali completamente arredate e un bagno moderno, di recente allestimento, dotato di lavatrice. Nel soggiorno, il divano letto matrimoniale può essere utilizzato per ospitare eventuali ospiti aggiuntivi durante il soggiorno.

I giardini dell’esclusivo Residence Eden offrono molto più della posizione soleggiata e delle viste mozzafiato sul lago, poiché mettono a disposizione dei residenti anche una meravigliosa piscina all’aperto in comune, ideale per il divertimento e il relax a bordo vasca, con panorami mozzafiato di cui godere! Sono disponibili anche un parcheggio e un sistema di accesso telefonico. Non è consentito fumare.
Dal residence in collina, gli ospiti possono raggiungere il centro di Argegno, in riva al lago, in soli 5 minuti in auto o in 10-15 minuti a piedi. Questa rinomata località turistica offre numerosi scorci pittoreschi: dal fiume di montagna che scorre impetuoso e dagli antichi ponti alle vivaci piazze con caffè, bar e ristoranti, che conducono a vicoli medievali più tranquilli e affascinanti e a zone della città che aspettano solo di essere esplorate!
La città offre una vasta gamma di servizi locali e alcuni ottimi ristoranti da provare, tra cui «La Piazzetta». Dal centro, gli ospiti possono anche usufruire facilmente del servizio di traghetti e autobus oppure spostarsi in auto per esplorare le località vicine e godersi altre meravigliose esperienze culinarie presso «Il Crotto Platani» e «Gatto Nero». Soggiornare ad Argegno, lungo l’ambita sponda occidentale del Lago di Como, significa anche trovarsi a breve distanza dalle attrazioni cosmopolite della città di Como, tra cui il famoso Duomo, le sue piazze animate, l’ampia varietà di viali dedicati allo shopping di marca e alle catene di negozi, e Villa Olmo, che ogni anno ospita nelle sue splendide sale e nei suoi giardini numerosi eventi e festival artistici e musicali. Dalla città parte inoltre un servizio ferroviario frequente per Milano, rendendola una destinazione ideale da cui partire alla scoperta della Lombardia.

August 2018 We had a fantastic time. We arrived at the apartment late at night and in the dark. Finding it wasn't too bad, although the directions could stipulate that at the third hairpin bend you go straight across because in the dark you can't see the coloured houses mentioned. The balcony was the best bit of the apartment. We're a family of five but it was big enough for us all and it has a wonderful view of the lack and hills that you can sit and stare at for hours. The apartment is also next to the pool which is really convenient. And the pool, while small, doesn't get busy and is a lovely spot with another great view of the lake. The apartment complex as a whole is well kept and quiet and a lovely relaxing place to be. What we loved was the fact that you can walk into the town of Argegno in five minutes. It's downhill all the way (and so a climb back) and it takes you through the lovely alleyways and cobbled ancient backstreets of the old town with its characterful buildings. On the way you'll pass a family run restaurant (which you can see from the apartment) which is worth a try. And there is a little square in Argegno with restaurants and bars. La Piazzetta is worth a try but expensive. We went for pizzas which for the vegetarians amongst us weren't very good. But if you can pay a bit more I'm sure the quality of the food is good. Barchetta is also good and more reasonable. Also try the ice-cream parlour which is popular and the coffee shop next to La Piazetta. We loved Argegno. It's small but still retains its character and its a good place to explore the rest of the Lake. Take the cable car up to Pigra which gives you a great view of the lake. You can also catch the boat from Argegno which (for about 75 euros for a family of five adults and one child) takes you to the main towns nearby - Bellagio, Varenna etc. Make sure you get the first boat of the day 10.10 otherwise the boat and the stop-offs get packed. For swimming - go the Lido at Ossuccio. Get there in the morning when it's quiet so you can get your beach towels down. There's a bar and a place to swim/jump in the water from. Lenno is a nice place to visit as are Tremezzo and Mennagio. For supermarkets, your best bet is a short 10-15 minute drive south towards Como to Bennets which is huge and sells everything you'll need. We stayed for 8 nights and we loved it. We had a great time. Based on the pictures we had expected a bit more furniture in the apartement. Little space to sit comfortly with a family of 4. agreno is a Nice little village at walking distanse. The road to the residense is a bit scary if You are bot used to the italian roads. Parking garage under building is convenient but in fact hard to Get into with a larger car. This is something to be aware off.

This property is located beautifully. We loved the view, and proximity to Argregno and neighbouring villages. Instructions to locate it were very clear, and although we had troubles with the main door key sometimes, it was secure.
