¡Una idílica vivienda dúplex a orillas del lago de Como!
Con una ubicación privilegiada con vistas al lago en la exclusiva y nueva residencia Eden, situada en la ladera de Argegno, este encantador dúplex de primera planta es perfecto para escapadas en familia, ya que cuenta con un amplio y acogedor salón diáfano que ofrece una zona de estar luminosa y cómoda con un televisor de pantalla plana para el entretenimiento, así como una cocina contemporánea totalmente equipada, ideal para estancias con cocina propia. Desde el salón se accede, a través de dos puertas independientes, a una terraza privada y soleada. Desde el salón, una escalera de caracol conduce a la acogedora zona de dormitorios, de estilo chalet, que cuenta con un espacioso dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y techo inclinado, y un segundo dormitorio amplio con dos camas individuales, ideal para los huéspedes más jóvenes. Además, en el salón hay un sofá cama doble con capacidad para 2 personas.
Desde la planta superior también se puede disfrutar de una terraza privada en la azotea con muebles de comedor, que ofrece unas vistas magníficas al lago y a la montaña.
Además, cada planta de esta vivienda de dos niveles cuenta con un cuarto de baño moderno y elegante, convenientemente situado.
La vivienda dispone asimismo de lavadora, portero automático y plaza de aparcamiento. No está permitido fumar.

Desde esta residencia situada en la ladera, los huéspedes pueden llegar al centro de Argegno, a orillas del lago, en tan solo 5 minutos en coche. Esta popular localidad turística ofrece numerosas vistas pintorescas, desde el caudaloso río de montaña y los antiguos puentes hasta las animadas plazas con cafeterías, bares y restaurantes, que conducen a tranquilos y encantadores callejones medievales y zonas de la ciudad que están esperando a ser exploradas.
La localidad cuenta con una amplia gama de servicios locales y ofrece algunos restaurantes excelentes para disfrutar, entre ellos «La Piazzetta». Desde la localidad, los huéspedes también pueden utilizar fácilmente el servicio de ferry y autobús o desplazarse en coche para explorar las localidades cercanas y disfrutar de otras maravillosas experiencias gastronómicas en «Il Crotto Platani» y «Gatto Nero». Alojarse en Argegno, en la codiciada orilla occidental del lago de Como, también significa que los huéspedes se encuentran a poca distancia de los encantos cosmopolitas de la ciudad de Como, entre los que se incluyen la famosa catedral del Duomo, sus animadas plazas, la amplia variedad de bulevares comerciales con tiendas de diseñadores y de marcas populares, y la Villa Olmo, que acoge cada año en sus espléndidas salas y jardines numerosos eventos y festivales artísticos y musicales. Property is well located and has a good view of the lake. As others remarked, the town centre is nearby. Albeit a steep incline, it is a few minutes walk. The amenities are as listed. Listed as "weak", do not count on the wi-fi. We used and hot-spot data from our mobile phones which had good connection. Also, the assigned parking stall is okay for most vehicles, but access too tight for a van/transport. Fortunately, there are a few outdoor parking spots on the property. As well, there are places to park nearby if needed. The property management, Lake Como Holiday, communicates well - before, during, and after your stay. It does so, however, during its business hours. Note this, if you check-in after hours especially on a weekend and need to speak to someone. Their maintenance people were very good as well. We had a few issues that were addressed in a timely manner.

Such a great place! Location was ideal, although it is a steep hike up the hill from the piazza. The listing was accurate with its amenities and we had a great time.

Utrolig dejligt område og komplex. Bygninger, have og pool er flotte og velholdte med masser af plads. Derimod halter det indenfor i boligen, der var ikke rent, der manglede service og køleskab manglende hylder. Solterrassen havde 2 parasol fødder men der manglede parasol til dem

Great location with beautiful views but Magnolia 19 lacks basic amenities including heat on the lower floor, coffee, coffee filters, pasta strainer, parking, etc., that were promised as part of the expensive price. The furniture was quite dated and the double bed upstairs was actually two twins together, so if sleeping with your child as we were, it is not possible unless you move downstairs to the pullout bed. But downstairs there was not heating so we were quite cold. The garage parking spot had pool chairs in it and though we notified the management early after check-in around 5:30 / 6 pm, they did nothing to move the benches out of the garage space (we would have even moved the pool chairs so as to have a covered parking space as we paid for). And so were forced to park quite far away when the three spots by the property were taken (so we could only park by the house on the first night). If you're traveling with younger children or older parents as we were, the steep inclines are challenging and I advise you to not book this property.
