Duplex idyllique au bord du lac de Côme ! Bénéficiant d'une position dominante avec vue sur le lac dans la nouvelle résidence exclusive Eden sur la colline d'Argegno, cette belle propriété en duplex au premier étage est parfaite pour les escapades en famille avec une salle de séjour spacieuse et accueillante offrant un coin salon confortable et lumineux avec une télévision à écran plat pour le divertissement et une cuisine contemporaine entièrement équipée idéale pour les séjours avec cuisine indépendante. Le salon donne accès, par deux portes séparées, à une terrasse privée ensoleillée. Depuis le salon, un escalier en colimaçon mène à l'accueillante chambre à coucher de style chalet, qui comprend une grande chambre double avec plafond mansardé et une deuxième grande chambre avec des lits simples jumeaux, idéale pour les plus jeunes. Il y a également un canapé-lit double dans le salon pour deux personnes. Depuis l'étage supérieur, on peut profiter d'une terrasse privée sur le toit avec des meubles de salle à manger, qui offre une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. Cette ville touristique très prisée offre de nombreux points de vue pittoresques, depuis la rivière Mountain qui jaillit et les anciens ponts qui la traversent jusqu'aux piazzas animées avec des cafés, des bars et des restaurants qui mènent à des passages médiévaux plus calmes et charmants et à des zones de la ville qui ne demandent qu'à être explorées ! La ville offre une gamme de commodités locales et de très bons restaurants, dont La Piazzetta. Depuis la ville, les visiteurs peuvent facilement utiliser le ferry et le service de bus ou se déplacer en voiture pour explorer les villes voisines et profiter d'autres expériences gastronomiques merveilleuses à Il Crotto Platani et Gatto Nero. En séjournant à Argegno, sur la rive ouest du lac de Côme, vous pourrez facilement accéder aux délices cosmopolites de la ville de Côme, notamment la célèbre cathédrale Duomo, ses Piazzas animées, la grande variété de boutiques de créateurs et de grands magasins, ainsi que la Villa Olmo, qui accueille chaque année, dans ses splendides salles et jardins, de nombreux événements et festivals artistiques et musicaux. Property is well located and has a good view of the lake. As others remarked, the town centre is nearby. Albeit a steep incline, it is a few minutes walk. The amenities are as listed. Listed as "weak", do not count on the wi-fi. We used and hot-spot data from our mobile phones which had good connection. Also, the assigned parking stall is okay for most vehicles, but access too tight for a van/transport. Fortunately, there are a few outdoor parking spots on the property. As well, there are places to park nearby if needed. The property management, Lake Como Holiday, communicates well - before, during, and after your stay. It does so, however, during its business hours. Note this, if you check-in after hours especially on a weekend and need to speak to someone. Their maintenance people were very good as well. We had a few issues that were addressed in a timely manner.

Such a great place! Location was ideal, although it is a steep hike up the hill from the piazza. The listing was accurate with its amenities and we had a great time.

Utrolig dejligt område og komplex. Bygninger, have og pool er flotte og velholdte med masser af plads. Derimod halter det indenfor i boligen, der var ikke rent, der manglede service og køleskab manglende hylder. Solterrassen havde 2 parasol fødder men der manglede parasol til dem

Great location with beautiful views but Magnolia 19 lacks basic amenities including heat on the lower floor, coffee, coffee filters, pasta strainer, parking, etc., that were promised as part of the expensive price. The furniture was quite dated and the double bed upstairs was actually two twins together, so if sleeping with your child as we were, it is not possible unless you move downstairs to the pullout bed. But downstairs there was not heating so we were quite cold. The garage parking spot had pool chairs in it and though we notified the management early after check-in around 5:30 / 6 pm, they did nothing to move the benches out of the garage space (we would have even moved the pool chairs so as to have a covered parking space as we paid for). And so were forced to park quite far away when the three spots by the property were taken (so we could only park by the house on the first night). If you're traveling with younger children or older parents as we were, the steep inclines are challenging and I advise you to not book this property.
