Deze mooie duplexwoning op de eerste verdieping ligt op een prominente plek met uitzicht op het meer in de exclusieve nieuwe Eden Residence in de heuvels van Argegno. Het pand is perfect voor familie-uitjes met een ruime en gezellige open woonkamer met een lichte comfortabele zithoek met flatscreen tv voor entertainment en een moderne volledig ingerichte keuken die ideaal is voor een self-catering verblijf. De woonkamer biedt via twee aparte deuren toegang tot een zonnig privéterras. Vanuit de woonkamer leidt een wenteltrap naar de uitnodigende slaapaccommodatie in chaletstijl met een ruime tweepersoonsslaapkamer met schuin plafond en een tweede grote slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, ideaal voor jongere gasten. Er is ook een slaapbank voor twee personen in de woonkamer. Vanaf de bovenverdieping kunt u ook genieten van een privédakterras met eetmeubilair dat een prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de bergen biedt. Een moderne en stijlvolle badkamer is ook handig gelegen op elke verdieping van het split-level pand. De populaire bezoekersstad biedt vele pittoreske uitzichten, van de stromende bergrivier en oude bruggen tot de levendige pleinen met cafés, bars en restaurants die leiden naar rustigere en charmante middeleeuwse doorgangen en delen van de stad die wachten om ontdekt te worden! De stad biedt een scala aan lokale voorzieningen en een aantal zeer goede restaurants om van te genieten, waaronder La Piazzetta. Vanuit de stad kunnen gasten ook gemakkelijk gebruik maken van de veerboot- en busdienst of met de auto de nabijgelegen steden verkennen en ook genieten van andere geweldige eetervaringen in Il Crotto Platani en Gatto Nero. Property is well located and has a good view of the lake. As others remarked, the town centre is nearby. Albeit a steep incline, it is a few minutes walk. The amenities are as listed. Listed as "weak", do not count on the wi-fi. We used and hot-spot data from our mobile phones which had good connection. Also, the assigned parking stall is okay for most vehicles, but access too tight for a van/transport. Fortunately, there are a few outdoor parking spots on the property. As well, there are places to park nearby if needed. The property management, Lake Como Holiday, communicates well - before, during, and after your stay. It does so, however, during its business hours. Note this, if you check-in after hours especially on a weekend and need to speak to someone. Their maintenance people were very good as well. We had a few issues that were addressed in a timely manner.

Utrolig dejligt område og komplex. Bygninger, have og pool er flotte og velholdte med masser af plads. Derimod halter det indenfor i boligen, der var ikke rent, der manglede service og køleskab manglende hylder. Solterrassen havde 2 parasol fødder men der manglede parasol til dem

Great location with beautiful views but Magnolia 19 lacks basic amenities including heat on the lower floor, coffee, coffee filters, pasta strainer, parking, etc., that were promised as part of the expensive price. The furniture was quite dated and the double bed upstairs was actually two twins together, so if sleeping with your child as we were, it is not possible unless you move downstairs to the pullout bed. But downstairs there was not heating so we were quite cold. The garage parking spot had pool chairs in it and though we notified the management early after check-in around 5:30 / 6 pm, they did nothing to move the benches out of the garage space (we would have even moved the pool chairs so as to have a covered parking space as we paid for). And so were forced to park quite far away when the three spots by the property were taken (so we could only park by the house on the first night). If you're traveling with younger children or older parents as we were, the steep inclines are challenging and I advise you to not book this property.
