El Palazzo cuenta con una zona de recepción con conexión Wi-Fi e información turística, una moderna cafetería, el restaurante Osteria del Porto y mucho más. Durante los meses de julio y agosto, también hay actividades de entretenimiento infantiles en el propio complejo para las familias que viajen con niños pequeños. El complejo vacacional cuenta además con un parque compartido en el que se admiten mascotas, con senderos para caminar y para bicicletas; una playa comunitaria con un restaurante con vistas al lago y un bar junto al lago; alquiler de material para deportes acuáticos y dos zonas de juegos infantiles. Ten en cuenta que el bar y el restaurante se encuentran en la planta baja. Desde la cómoda ubicación del complejo, los huéspedes pueden llegar a los servicios de la localidad, a las paradas de autobús y ferry, y a la carretera principal del lago de Porlezza y su centro histórico en un paseo de entre 2 y 5 minutos. Se pueden realizar excursiones de un día a Lugano, la capital del lago durante todo el año; a las famosas localidades de Menaggio y Cadenabbia y al club de golf del lago de Como; y al parque de aventuras del monte Tamaro. Además, las cercanas Grotte di Rescia son una preciosa red de cuevas subterráneas situadas a solo 4 minutos en coche, perfectas para los amantes de la naturaleza. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el de Milán-Malpensa, situado a aproximadamente una hora y media en coche del complejo.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick, das kann ich Jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer mit Bergblick haben ab Mittag keine Sonne mehr und liegen unter dem Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes. Also gibt es auch Autoverkehr. Das Apt. war sehr gut ausgerüstet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, das Bett bequem und Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Im Gebäude gibt es eine Eisdiele ( sehr gutes Eis), eine Bar/ Cafetería ( am Samstag/ Sonntag Musik, und ein Restaurant. das Beste war, dass unser Hund überall mitdurfte, auch zum Strand und zum Beach Club. Viele Gäste kommen mit ihrem Vierbeiner. Am Strand ( 5 Minuten vom Apt.) kann man Kajaks, Segelboote und Standup Paddle mieten.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am See, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und hat herzige LLäden und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal hierher.

Die Lage direkt am See hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Apartments sind einfach eingerichtet und sind perfekt für unkomplizierte Leute. Vor dem Gebäude sind viele Gratisparkplätze vorhanden.
