La chambre à coucher principale est équipée d'un lit double ou de deux lits jumeaux joignables. Une salle de bains moderne équipée d'une baignoire et d'une douche complète l'aménagement de ce lieu de vacances accueillant. Les clients trouveront l'appartement facilement accessible par ascenseur. La climatisation, l'accès Internet sans fil gratuit et le parking sont disponibles pour plus de commodité. Le Palazzo propose une réception dotée d'une connexion Wi-Fi avec des informations touristiques, un café-bar moderne, l'Osteria del Porto et bien plus encore. Pendant les mois de juillet et d'août, des animations pour enfants sont proposées aux familles accompagnées de jeunes enfants. Le centre de vacances dispose également d'un parc commun accueillant les animaux domestiques, avec des sentiers pédestres et des pistes cyclables, une plage commune avec un restaurant avec vue sur le lac et un lido bar près de la zone du lac, la location de sports nautiques et deux aires de jeux pour enfants. Depuis l'emplacement facile du complexe, les clients peuvent rejoindre les commodités de la ville, les liaisons par bus et par ferry, la route principale du lac de Porlezza et son centre historique en 2 à 5 minutes de marche. Des excursions d'une journée peuvent être effectuées à Lugano, la capitale du lac ouverte toute l'année, au célèbre Menaggio Cadenabbia et au club de golf du lac de Côme, ainsi qu'au parc d'aventure du mont Tamaro. Par ailleurs, la Grotte di Rescia, située à 4 minutes de route, est un magnifique réseau de grottes souterraines, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan Malpensa, situé à environ 1,5 heure de route du complexe.
