La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double ou de deux lits jumeaux pouvant être rapprochés. Une salle de bains moderne équipée d'une baignoire et d'une cabine de douche complète l'agencement de ce refuge de vacances accueillant. Les clients pourront accéder facilement à l'appartement par ascenseur. La climatisation, le Wi-Fi gratuit et un parking sont disponibles pour plus de confort. Le Palazzo dispose d’un espace d’accueil équipé d’une connexion Wi-Fi et proposant des informations touristiques, d’un café-bar moderne, du restaurant Osteria del Porto et bien plus encore. Pendant les mois de juillet et août, des animations pour enfants sont également proposées sur place aux familles accompagnées de jeunes enfants. Le complexe de vacances dispose également d’un parc commun accessible aux animaux de compagnie, avec des sentiers pédestres et des pistes cyclables, d’une plage commune dotée d’un restaurant avec vue sur le lac et d’un bar de plage près du lac, d’un service de location d’équipements de sports nautiques et de deux aires de jeux pour enfants. Veuillez noter que le bar et le restaurant sont situés au rez-de-chaussée. Grâce à l’emplacement idéal du complexe, les clients peuvent rejoindre les commodités de la ville, les liaisons en bus et en ferry, ainsi que la route principale longeant le lac à Porlezza et son centre-ville historique en 2 à 5 minutes à pied. Des excursions d’une journée peuvent être organisées vers Lugano, la capitale du lac animée toute l’année, les célèbres localités de Menaggio et Cadenabbia ainsi que le club de golf du lac de Côme, sans oublier le parc d’aventure du mont Tamaro. Par ailleurs, les Grotte di Rescia, situées à seulement 4 minutes en voiture, constituent un magnifique réseau de grottes souterraines, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan-Malpensa, situé à environ 1 h 30 de route du complexe.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick, das kann ich Jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer mit Bergblick haben ab Mittag keine Sonne mehr und liegen unter dem Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes. Also gibt es auch Autoverkehr. Das Apt. war sehr gut ausgerüstet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, das Bett bequem und Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Im Gebäude gibt es eine Eisdiele ( sehr gutes Eis), eine Bar/ Cafetería ( am Samstag/ Sonntag Musik, und ein Restaurant. das Beste war, dass unser Hund überall mitdurfte, auch zum Strand und zum Beach Club. Viele Gäste kommen mit ihrem Vierbeiner. Am Strand ( 5 Minuten vom Apt.) kann man Kajaks, Segelboote und Standup Paddle mieten.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am See, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und hat herzige LLäden und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal hierher.

Die Lage direkt am See hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Apartments sind einfach eingerichtet und sind perfekt für unkomplizierte Leute. Vor dem Gebäude sind viele Gratisparkplätze vorhanden.
