Nei mesi di luglio e agosto è disponibile anche un programma di animazione per bambini all’interno della struttura, pensato per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. Il resort dispone inoltre di un parco comune accessibile agli animali domestici con sentieri pedonali e piste ciclabili, una spiaggia comune con un ristorante affacciato sul lago e un bar sul lido vicino alla zona lacustre, un servizio di noleggio attrezzature per sport acquatici e due aree giochi per bambini. Si prega di notare che il bar e il ristorante si trovano al piano terra. Grazie alla posizione comoda del resort, gli ospiti possono raggiungere i servizi del paese, le fermate di autobus e traghetti e la strada principale del lago di Porlezza con il suo centro storico in 2-5 minuti a piedi. È possibile organizzare gite di un giorno a Lugano, la “capitale del lago” attiva tutto l’anno, alla famosa località di Menaggio Cadenabbia e al golf club sul Lago di Como, nonché al Parco Avventura del Monte Tamaro. Inoltre, le vicine Grotte di Rescia, una splendida rete di grotte sotterranee situata a soli 4 minuti in auto, sono una meta perfetta per gli amanti della natura. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick, das kann ich Jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer mit Bergblick haben ab Mittag keine Sonne mehr und liegen unter dem Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes. Also gibt es auch Autoverkehr. Das Apt. war sehr gut ausgerüstet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, das Bett bequem und Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Im Gebäude gibt es eine Eisdiele ( sehr gutes Eis), eine Bar/ Cafetería ( am Samstag/ Sonntag Musik, und ein Restaurant. das Beste war, dass unser Hund überall mitdurfte, auch zum Strand und zum Beach Club. Viele Gäste kommen mit ihrem Vierbeiner. Am Strand ( 5 Minuten vom Apt.) kann man Kajaks, Segelboote und Standup Paddle mieten.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am See, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und hat herzige LLäden und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal hierher.

Die Lage direkt am See hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Apartments sind einfach eingerichtet und sind perfekt für unkomplizierte Leute. Vor dem Gebäude sind viele Gratisparkplätze vorhanden.
