Es un edificio moderno pero construido en un atractivo estilo mediterráneo. El apartamento tiene vistas a un hermoso jardín compartido y a la piscina, con numerosas tumbonas, que los huéspedes pueden disfrutar. La moderna cocina del salón-comedor está bien equipada con fogones, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas y cafetera Mokka. El atractivo salón cuenta con una mesa para 4 personas, un cómodo sofá, TV de pantalla plana y grandes ventanales que dan a una terraza privada con sombra y vistas a la piscina. La terraza tiene otra mesa de comedor para 4 personas y tumbonas para relajarse al sol. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Un amplio dormitorio con una cama doble, un gran armario y ventanas francesas que dan a una terraza privada con acceso directo al jardín. Dormitorio 2: Un dormitorio luminoso con 2 camas individuales y amplio espacio de almacenamiento. Pittulongu es conocido por su larga playa de arena blanca, ideal para familias, gracias a sus aguas claras y poco profundas, seguras para el baño e ideales para practicar snorkel. En la playa principal se pueden alquilar tumbonas y sombrillas, así como motos acuáticas y tablas de windsurf para los más aventureros. También hay bonitas excursiones costeras con vistas a la famosa isla de Tavolara. La isla de Tavolara presume de ser el reino más pequeño del mundo y bien merece una excursión de un día para practicar senderismo, nadar y comer en el famoso restaurante Da Tonino, regentado por el actual rey de la isla. La ciudad de Pittulongu alberga muchos restaurantes excelentes para todas las edades, con especialidades locales sardas y cocina italiana clásica. Hay algunos servicios en la ciudad, incluyendo tiendas y farmacias, sin embargo, se recomienda traer su propio coche cuando se aloje en la propiedad. El aeropuerto de Olbia está a sólo 11 minutos en coche del apartamento. Si tiene previsto llegar en ferry desde Livorno o Civitavecchia, la terminal de ferry de Olbia está a sólo 15 minutos en coche.

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Having the pool was great, really close to beaches and a super market. We were supplied with very clear instructions on how to get there, check in, recycle, and we were able to have an early check in and out which was great. Inside is just as depicted in photos, we did have to buy salt, pepper and oil but we had everything else we needed. Would recommend!

Sehr schön gelegen, in der Nähe eines Restaurants und Supermarktes. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine schöne gepflegte Anlage. Ein großes Appartement mit zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung 1 hat einen guten Schnitt, eine große Terrasse und ist sehr gut zugänglich. Die Anlage mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein anfängliches, kleines Problem ist sofort behoben worden. Das Entgegenkommen vom Personal, hier speziell Marco, einfach nur genial. Ich, wir, würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A nice place close to the sea with several beautiful beaches. The beaches are not to crowded and has many cosy restaurants. The appartement has all you need and the garden surrounding the house is really nice. The pool is ok size but gets crowded when all 5 units are rented out. Marco is a helpful host with short response time.
