Si tratta di un edificio moderno ma costruito in un attraente stile mediterraneo. L'appartamento si affaccia su un bel giardino e una piscina in comune, con numerosi lettini, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire. L'angolo cottura contemporaneo nel soggiorno/sala da pranzo è ben attrezzato con piano cottura, microonde, frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè Mokka. L'attraente zona giorno dispone di un tavolo per 4 persone, di un comodo divano, di una TV a schermo piatto e di ampie porte-finestre che conducono a una terrazza privata e ombreggiata con vista sulla piscina. La terrazza dispone di un altro tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e di sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi al sole. Pittulongu è nota per la sua lunga spiaggia di sabbia bianca, ideale per le famiglie grazie alle sue acque limpide e poco profonde, sicure per la balneazione e ideali per lo snorkeling. Sulla spiaggia principale è possibile noleggiare lettini e ombrelloni, nonché moto d'acqua e tavole da windsurf per i più avventurosi. Ci sono anche belle escursioni costiere con vista sulla famosa isola di Tavolara. L'isola di Tavolara sostiene di essere il regno più piccolo del mondo e merita una gita di un giorno per fare escursioni, nuotare e pranzare al famoso ristorante Da Tonino, gestito dall'attuale re dell'isola. La stessa città di Pittulongu ospita molti ottimi ristoranti per tutte le età, con specialità locali sarde e cucina classica italiana. In città sono presenti alcuni servizi, tra cui negozi e farmacie, ma si consiglia di portare la propria auto quando si soggiorna presso la struttura. L'aeroporto di Olbia si trova a soli 11 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. Se pensate di arrivare in traghetto da Livorno o Civitavecchia, il terminal dei traghetti di Olbia è a soli 15 minuti di auto.

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Having the pool was great, really close to beaches and a super market. We were supplied with very clear instructions on how to get there, check in, recycle, and we were able to have an early check in and out which was great. Inside is just as depicted in photos, we did have to buy salt, pepper and oil but we had everything else we needed. Would recommend!

Sehr schön gelegen, in der Nähe eines Restaurants und Supermarktes. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine schöne gepflegte Anlage. Ein großes Appartement mit zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung 1 hat einen guten Schnitt, eine große Terrasse und ist sehr gut zugänglich. Die Anlage mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein anfängliches, kleines Problem ist sofort behoben worden. Das Entgegenkommen vom Personal, hier speziell Marco, einfach nur genial. Ich, wir, würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A nice place close to the sea with several beautiful beaches. The beaches are not to crowded and has many cosy restaurants. The appartement has all you need and the garden surrounding the house is really nice. The pool is ok size but gets crowded when all 5 units are rented out. Marco is a helpful host with short response time.
