L'isola di Tavolara si autoproclama il regno più piccolo del mondo e merita sicuramente una gita di un giorno per fare escursioni, nuotare e pranzare al famoso ristorante Da Tonino, gestito dall'attuale re dell'isola. La stessa città di Pittulongu ospita molti ottimi ristoranti adatti a tutte le età, con specialità sarde locali e cucina italiana classica. In paese ci sono alcuni servizi, tra cui negozi e farmacie; tuttavia, si consiglia di portare la propria auto se si soggiorna presso la struttura. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista solo 11 minuti in auto dall'appartamento. Se prevedete di arrivare in traghetto da Livorno o Civitavecchia, il terminal dei traghetti di Olbia si trova a soli 15 minuti di auto.

Emplacement idéal , calme , très propre . Piscine et jardin bien sympa. Notre logement comportait deux chambres et deux salle de bains . Place de parking juste devant. Le petit plus : pizzeria , et supérette à proximité . Cela est très appréciable. Arret de bus proche également Les explications données concernant notre arrivée étaient très explicites. Nous avons pu partir un peu plus tard que prévu . Je garde l’adresse pour une prochaine fois ! Je recommande ! Merci pour tout !

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Having the pool was great, really close to beaches and a super market. We were supplied with very clear instructions on how to get there, check in, recycle, and we were able to have an early check in and out which was great. Inside is just as depicted in photos, we did have to buy salt, pepper and oil but we had everything else we needed. Would recommend!

Sehr schön gelegen, in der Nähe eines Restaurants und Supermarktes. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine schöne gepflegte Anlage. Ein großes Appartement mit zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet.

The property is located in the very peaceful and picturesque district of Obli Pittulongu, just a few steps from the sea. It is easily accessible from the airport by buses 514 and 4, with tickets costing only 1 euro. There are many restaurants nearby, both along the beach and the main road, offering plenty of choice for everyone. Above all, the area is very safe, and in the evenings it is quiet and peaceful. A big advantage of these apartments is the swimming pool — the water is clean, so it can be enjoyed from morning until evening. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Die Wohnung 1 hat einen guten Schnitt, eine große Terrasse und ist sehr gut zugänglich. Die Anlage mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein anfängliches, kleines Problem ist sofort behoben worden. A nice place close to the sea with several beautiful beaches. The beaches are not to crowded and has many cosy restaurants. The appartement has all you need and the garden surrounding the house is really nice. The pool is ok size but gets crowded when all 5 units are rented out. Marco is a helpful host with short response time.

Die Reinigung der Unterkunft wurde am Tag vor Ihrer Anreise durchgeführt und selbstverständlich wurden dabei auch alle Betten frisch bezogen. Der von Ihnen wahrgenommene Geruch ist vermutlich auf die im Frühjahr häufig sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zurückzuführen, insbesondere da das Haus durch die umliegende Vegetation und die Lage teilweise viel Schatten hat und die Sonne zu dieser Jahreszeit noch nicht besonders intensiv ist. Leider kann dies zeitweise zu einem leicht muffigen Geruch führen, obwohl die Unterkunft regelmäßig gereinigt und gelüftet wird. Auch Ihre Hinweise bezüglich des Komforts der Betten, der Decken sowie der allgemeinen Ausstattung nehmen wir ernst und geben diese entsprechend weiter. We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Having the pool was great, really close to beaches and a super market. We were supplied with very clear instructions on how to get there, check in, recycle, and we were able to have an early check in and out which was great. Inside is just as depicted in photos, we did have to buy salt, pepper and oil but we had everything else we needed. Would recommend!

Sehr schön gelegen, in der Nähe eines Restaurants und Supermarktes. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine schöne gepflegte Anlage. Ein großes Appartement mit zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet.

The property is located in the very peaceful and picturesque district of Obli Pittulongu, just a few steps from the sea. It is easily accessible from the airport by buses 514 and 4, with tickets costing only 1 euro. There are many restaurants nearby, both along the beach and the main road, offering plenty of choice for everyone. Above all, the area is very safe, and in the evenings it is quiet and peaceful. A big advantage of these apartments is the swimming pool — the water is clean, so it can be enjoyed from morning until evening. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Die Wohnung 1 hat einen guten Schnitt, eine große Terrasse und ist sehr gut zugänglich. Die Anlage mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein anfängliches, kleines Problem ist sofort behoben worden. Das Entgegenkommen vom Personal, hier speziell Marco, einfach nur genial. Ich, wir, würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A nice place close to the sea with several beautiful beaches. The beaches are not to crowded and has many cosy restaurants. The appartement has all you need and the garden surrounding the house is really nice. The pool is ok size but gets crowded when all 5 units are rented out. Marco is a helpful host with short response time.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie besonders die entspannte Atmosphäre beim Frühstück im Außenbereich genießen konnten. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass einige Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Die Reinigung der Unterkunft wurde am Tag vor Ihrer Anreise durchgeführt und selbstverständlich wurden dabei auch alle Betten frisch bezogen. Der von Ihnen wahrgenommene Geruch ist vermutlich auf die im Frühjahr häufig sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zurückzuführen, insbesondere da das Haus durch die umliegende Vegetation und die Lage teilweise viel Schatten hat und die Sonne zu dieser Jahreszeit noch nicht besonders intensiv ist. Leider kann dies zeitweise zu einem leicht muffigen Geruch führen, obwohl die Unterkunft regelmäßig gereinigt und gelüftet wird. Auch Ihre Hinweise bezüglich des Komforts der Betten, der Decken sowie der allgemeinen Ausstattung nehmen wir ernst und geben diese entsprechend weiter.
