The perfect family retreat is just 5 minutes from one of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches. This 2-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is a modern building but built in an attractive, Mediterranean style. The apartment overlooks a beautiful, shared garden and swimming pool, with numerous sun-loungers, which guests can enjoy. The contemporary kitchenette in the living/dining room is well-equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Mokka coffee machine. The attractive living area has a table that seats 4 people, a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and large French windows that lead out to a shaded, private terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace has another dining table that seats 4 people and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun. Sleeping Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and French windows that open onto a private terrace with direct access to the garden. Bed 2: A bright bedroom with 2 single beds and extensive storage. Bathroom Bathroom 1: A large, tiled bathroom fully equipped with a standalone shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine Bathroom 2: A pretty tiled bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and WC. Additional • Shared swimming pool with sun loungers • Outdoor dining area • Shared garden • Washing machine • Free Wi-fi • Hairdryer • Air conditioning • Private parking • Pets allowed Location The residence is on the edge of the small town of Pittulongu, a prime location on Sardinia’s famous Costa Smeralda. Pittulongu is well known for its long, white sandy beach which is ideal for families, thanks to its clear, shallow waters, which are safe for bathing and ideal for snorkelling. On the main beach, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as jet-skis and windsurfing boards for the more adventurous. There are also fine coastal hikes with views of the famous island of Tavolara. The island of Tavolara claims to be the smallest kingdom in the world and is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. The town of Pittulongu itself is home to many excellent restaurants which cater to all ages, with local Sardinian specialities and classic Italian cuisine. There are some amenities in the town, including shops and pharmacies however, you are advised to bring your own car when staying at the property. Olbia airport is just an 11-minute drive from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by ferry from Livorno or Civitavecchia the ferry terminal in Olbia is just a 15-minute drive away

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. Having the pool was great, really close to beaches and a super market. We were supplied with very clear instructions on how to get there, check in, recycle, and we were able to have an early check in and out which was great. Inside is just as depicted in photos, we did have to buy salt, pepper and oil but we had everything else we needed. Would recommend!

Die Wohnung 1 hat einen guten Schnitt, eine große Terrasse und ist sehr gut zugänglich. Die Anlage mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein anfängliches, kleines Problem ist sofort behoben worden. A nice place close to the sea with several beautiful beaches. The beaches are not to crowded and has many cosy restaurants. The appartement has all you need and the garden surrounding the house is really nice. The pool is ok size but gets crowded when all 5 units are rented out. Marco is a helpful host with short response time.
