Disfrute de este apartamento tranquilo y acogedor para 3 personas en Quartier les Fleurs en Niza, a pocos pasos de la playa y del casco antiguo. Este moderno apartamento en el 1er piso de un hermoso edificio histórico ofrece todas las comodidades para una estancia perfecta. La cocina americana y el salón con luz natural están totalmente equipados y climatizados. El cuarto de baño recientemente renovado ofrece una agradable ducha de lluvia, con un aseo separado situado en el pasillo de entrada. Los servicios incluyen secador de pelo, lavandería, eliminación de residuos, TV de pantalla plana, microondas-horno combi, placa de inducción, cafetera y tostadora americanas y lavadora, entre otros. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y amplio armario que incluye una pequeña biblioteca de libros. El casco antiguo de Niza y la famosa plaza mediterránea de Mássena están a sólo 15 minutos a pie. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el de Niza Costa Azul, a unos 15 minutos en coche. La parada de tranvía está a 5 minutos a pie del apartamento, con acceso directo al aeropuerto y a sólo 1 parada de la famosa Place Massena. La Estación Central está a 15 minutos a pie del Apartamento

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Apartment! 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro Alsace Loraine und 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Nice-Ville! Das einizige Manko ist, dass die Schlüsselbox 15 min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Aber wir durften die Koffer im Office nach dem Check out ablegen, vielen Dank!

Lovely place, really enjoyed out stay. Would say more for two rather than three guests and was a bit far from city centre but really enjoyed air conditioning and had a very responsive host, flexible check in.

The apartment was well situated. The washing machine was a definite plus. There were things that needed to be fixed such as a door handle that kept falling off and a shelf that fell and almost hurt my grand daughter. There were also gross stains on the duvet.The worse thing was the shower. I cannot recommend that average size adults rent this place. The shower is two feet by two feet and the faucet takes another 8 inches. We could not turn around or we would turn off the water or change the temperature drastically and risked getting scalded. A larger shower is a necessity in this apartment. I cannot return because of this experience.
