Dit moderne appartement op de 1e verdieping van een prachtig historisch gebouw biedt alle gemak voor een perfect verblijf. De open keuken en de met daglicht overgoten woonkamer zijn volledig uitgerust en voorzien van airconditioning. De onlangs gerenoveerde badkamer biedt een aangename regendouche, met een apart toilet in de hal. Tot de voorzieningen behoren onder andere een haardroger, wasruimte, afvalverwijdering, flatscreen tv, combimagnetron, inductiekookplaat, amerikaans koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster en een wasmachine. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: Een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een ruime kledingkast inclusief een kleine bibliotheek met boeken. Ondertussen liggen het oude stadscentrum van Nice en het beroemde Mediterrane plein - Place Mássena, op slechts 15 minuten lopen van hier! De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is Nice Côte d'Azur, op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden. De tramhalte ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het appartement met directe toegang tot de luchthaven en slechts 1 halte naar het beroemde Place Massena. Het centraal station ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het appartement.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Apartment! 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro Alsace Loraine und 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Nice-Ville! Das einizige Manko ist, dass die Schlüsselbox 15 min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Aber wir durften die Koffer im Office nach dem Check out ablegen, vielen Dank!

Lovely place, really enjoyed out stay. Would say more for two rather than three guests and was a bit far from city centre but really enjoyed air conditioning and had a very responsive host, flexible check in.

The apartment was well situated. The washing machine was a definite plus. There were things that needed to be fixed such as a door handle that kept falling off and a shelf that fell and almost hurt my grand daughter. There were also gross stains on the duvet.The worse thing was the shower. I cannot recommend that average size adults rent this place. The shower is two feet by two feet and the faucet takes another 8 inches. We could not turn around or we would turn off the water or change the temperature drastically and risked getting scalded. A larger shower is a necessity in this apartment. I cannot return because of this experience.
