Enjoy this calm and cozy appartment for 3 guests at Quartier les Fleurs in Nice, a short walk from the beach and old town. This modern appartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful historical building offers all convenience for a perfect stay. The open plan kitchen and daylight soaked living room are fully equipped and airconditioned. The recently renovated bathroom offers a pleasant rainshower, with a separate toilet located in the entrance hallway. Utilities include hair dryer, laundry facility, waste disposal, a flatscreen TV, combi microwave-oven, induction hob, american style coffee machine and toaster and washing machine among others. Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobe including a small library of books. Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib). Living room: A comfortable sofa bed sleeps 2 people. Meanwhile, the old town centre of Nice and the famous Mediterranean square - Place Mássena, are only a 15-minutes’ walk from here! The closest international airport is Nice Côte d’ Azur, approximately a 15-minute’s drive away. The tramstop is a 5 minute walk from the appartment with direct access to the Airport and only 1 stop to the famous Place Massena. Central Station is 15 minutes walk from the Apartment

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Apartment! 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro Alsace Loraine und 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Nice-Ville! Das einizige Manko ist, dass die Schlüsselbox 15 min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Aber wir durften die Koffer im Office nach dem Check out ablegen, vielen Dank!

Lovely place, really enjoyed out stay. Would say more for two rather than three guests and was a bit far from city centre but really enjoyed air conditioning and had a very responsive host, flexible check in.

The apartment was well situated. The washing machine was a definite plus. There were things that needed to be fixed such as a door handle that kept falling off and a shelf that fell and almost hurt my grand daughter. There were also gross stains on the duvet.The worse thing was the shower. I cannot recommend that average size adults rent this place. The shower is two feet by two feet and the faucet takes another 8 inches. We could not turn around or we would turn off the water or change the temperature drastically and risked getting scalded. A larger shower is a necessity in this apartment. I cannot return because of this experience.
