Con una ubicación privilegiada en el complejo vacacional Residence I Fari, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa y cerca del centro de Porto San Paolo, donde se concentran boutiques, supermercados y restaurantes, este apartamento tipo estudio es una opción excelente para unas vacaciones tranquilas con tu pareja. La propiedad cuenta con una terraza cubierta y un jardín privado, ideal para cenar al aire libre o disfrutar de una copa al final de un ajetreado día de turismo. En el interior, la luminosa y espaciosa zona de estar de planta abierta da al jardín a través de grandes puertas acristaladas. Esta zona está amueblada con una cama doble, una mesa de comedor, un sofá, un gran mueble de almacenamiento y un televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina está equipada con una placa de cocción y un frigorífico-congelador. Ubicación: Porto San Paolo se encuentra en un área marina protegida en la costa noreste de Cerdeña. El mar que lo rodea es famoso por su hermoso color turquesa y por la isla de Tavolara, que domina el paisaje costero. Porto San Paolo se articula en torno a un pequeño puerto deportivo (a 8 minutos a pie) desde donde los visitantes pueden coger un ferry para visitar Tavolara y otras islas cercanas. Los visitantes también pueden disfrutar de las numerosas boutiques, restaurantes y bares de la zona. Hay varias playas cercanas, a las que se puede llegar a pie, que son lugares ideales para practicar snorkel. (La Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina está a 11 minutos en coche y la Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo a 15 minutos a pie) Dos de las playas más famosas del norte de Cerdeña están a poca distancia: La Cinta (a 15 minutos en coche) y Lu Impostu (a 11 minutos en coche); y Capo Coda Cavallo, un impresionante cabo famoso por sus espectaculares acantilados y sus idílicas calas, también está a poca distancia. My friend and me stayed in this airbnb for 8 days & we were really happy about everything! You have everything you need there & in the evening you can cook and enjoy eating dinner in the garden or have breakfast at the sunrise 🌞. Also the beach, where you only have to go about 5-10 mins to, is a dream. It‘s not really crowded & a beautiful sand beach with perfect blue water :) When you needed help or had a question, you got an answer almost immediately.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of Tavolara, visible right from the house. The neighborhood is home to a number of friendly cats, which we enjoyed seeing each day. The area is peaceful and private, though the neighbors can occasionally be a bit noisy in the morning. There is easy access to the beach, along with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room had a TV, but the outside table was plastic rather than wood, as shown in the pictures, which was a little disappointing. I would recommend coming with a rental car, and there are many free parking options available.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful. Our host, Chicca, was easily the greatest host I’ve ever had with Airbnb. She went above and beyond. The yard and outside area is serene and perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen is full of everything you need. There were also lots of cats in the neighborhood who were quite friendly and curious :)

Esperienza di check in con personale molto positiva, ci hanno accettato mezz’ora prima del orario previsto di check in. Una volta arrivati in appartamento, ci hanno spiegato e dato consigli sulla zona, spiagge, ristoranti ecc. Purtroppo la struttura aveva un problema, il bidet perdeva acqua tutto ciò però era causato da una fonte esterna all’appartamento che aveva colpito le tubazioni del bagno, ma prontamente e molto gentilmente ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero cambiato di appartamento.

Die Wohnung war schön gelegen in einer alten Ferienanlage und verfügte über eine ausreichende Terasse mit privatem Garten und tollem Ausblick. Die Wohnung selber war funktionell eingerichtet. Einige Möbel waren stark in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch dennoch nutzbar und ausreichend. Leider war aus dem Unterschrank der Küche, sowie dem Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode ein stark störender Geruch wahrzunehmen. Den Ursprung des Geruchs konnten wir nicht ermitteln und auch ausreichendes Lüften verschaffte keine Linderung. Der Bettbezug führte bei uns an einigen Abenden zu einer laufenden Nase und die Bettdecke war für eine Reise im Oktober nicht mehr wirklich ausreichend wärmend. Wir würden empfehlen an den oben genannten Punkten etwas zu ändern, um für mehr Wohlbefinden in der Wohnung zu sorgen!
